Review: The third release on this Italian imprint out of Bologna, which is headed up by Affekt club resident D-Leria and Beat Movement (Love Blast/Blackwater). French electro legend Umwelt brings the manic dystopia (as usual) on the fierce boom and snap of "Blind Submission" while D-Leria brings the madness in similarly retro fashion on the relentless techno stomper "Ignis" which calls to mind the early sounds of Kne' Deep or Pro-Jex. On the flip, the aforementioned Beat Movement serves up the EP's highlight in the form of "90 Degrees" which is Berghain ready, tool techno of the most brooding and nefarious variety. The B side continues on a relentless streak with the powerful onslaught that is "Nighttime Raids" by Greek producer Endlec (MORD/ARTS/Panel Trax) which will appeal to fans of Jeff Mills 'Waveform Transmissions' series from back in the day. Top stuff here. Tip!
