Review: As you will know if you are reading this, trance is back in a big way. Push's iconic anthem 'Universal Nation' is one of the OG greats of the genre and now you can hear it like never before with this bumper 2 x 12" vinyl release featuring a series of superb remixes of it. The original driving version with its euphoric trance stabs and chunky progressive beats kick-off and then come Airwave's Vocal Theatrical Version and remixes from James Harcourt, Gai Barone, DJ Ghost and Danny C. This one comes with remastered artwork, one purple disc and one in white.

Review: Mike Dierickx has a rich history in techno and trance, and a head-spinning range of aliases to boot. As Push and Retro-Active, he laid down some classic big room anthems, and what better label to carry such a sound than the legendary Bonzai? Here's a heavy dose of peak-inducing firepower, with Blacked Out bringing the hyphy synths and some trippy FX touches while 'Dusk Til Darkness' leans in on a throbbing bassline to work its magic. 'Hands Alert' piles on the hard trance flourishes and mind-melting acid with enough heft to get a crowd of thousands chanting in unison, and 'Dark Motion' brings the 303 back as the central thread in an epic showdown to round out this monolithic EP.
