Saving My Love (4:18)
Review: Adam Port, &ME and Rampa at team up with Little Dragon are quite the collaboration here on 'Saving My Love', a one track 12' where the deep house sound of Berlin collides with Swedish pop sensibilities. Proper mood music for late night basement parties, the Keinemusik trio's idiosyncratic style of bold, emotive and futuristic groove is the perfect backdrop to Yukumi Nagano's breathtaking vocals. Tip!

More Love (Rampa & &ME Remix) (7:27)
Review: Keinemusik's Rampa & &ME put their spin on the third single from the most recent Moderat album, released not too long ago in 2022, MORE D4TA. 'More Love' was a star track and well represented the longtime Ninja Tune and now Monkeytown duo's contemporary sound; fusing popular indie-stadium motifs with vocoded electronics and elusively glossy vocal repetitions. This remix, however, hears a complete and utter tempo shift and ushers the track into far more treacherous territories, echoing the aesthetic of contemporaries such as DJ Koze in its stereo-panned percussive clanks, muted-distorted vocal processing and peculiar "womps".

Rampa & WhoMadeWho - "Tell Me Are We" (6:56)
Lavender Boogie (7:20)
Review: Keinemusik co-founder Gregor Sutterlin AKA Rampa is the latest addition to the Innervisions roster. His debut EP for the imprint is dancefloor-friendly and for the most part club ready, but also slightly more experimental and off-kilter in ethos than you'd perhaps expect from Ame and Dixon's long-running label. Check first the non-stop A-side suite of tracks, where the oddball electronics and effects-laden looped vocals of "79249 (Intro)" seamlessly segues into the ghostly lead lines, thrusting arpeggio bass, creepy effects and locked-in techno drums of "They Will". Radiohead-influenced vocal number "Tell Me Are We" is a glassy-eyed outsider tech-house collaboration with WhoMadeWho, while "Lavender Boogie" is a richly percussive affair rich in ice cream van chimes, dense African percussion and hushed tech-house tones.

Hall Of Violence (7:24)
Bimma (6:16)
Fluke (6:41)
Review: Hi tech soul powerhouse Innervisions continues to surprise us. From Marc Houle and Culoe De Song, to Eagles & Butterflies and now fellow Berliner and Keinemusik boss Rampa with the impressive "Hall Of Violence EP. This legend of the scene (real name Gregor Sutterlin) has gone on to release great tracks with studio partner Re.You of late: which many would be familiar with. The mesmerising and evocative title track truly nails the label's vibe; from the rich analogue arpeggios, elevating strings and general retro-futurist tendencies. On the flip, "Bimma" has more adrenaline and even more dancefloor drama to boot on this Afro infused epic, until "Fluke" hammers the message home gloriously with this dark journey track that'll make even the Life & Death camp up their game!

The Touch (6:47)
528Hz (7:16)
Review: Berlin's Rampa is back, on none other than brilliant local imprint Keinemusik (which he co-founded) presenting the deep and sultry slow burner "The Touch" which is a perfect follow up to the equally sexy hits "Touch Me" and "Spoken For" from last year which featured Hercules & Love Affair's one time frontwoman Nomi Ruiz. Second offering "528 Hz" is a dark and moody journey track which is perfect for one of those euphoric cool down moments for DJs to facilitate a headrush or few before getting into the tougher stuff. Spoiler alert: incredibly wonky Life & Death style synth lead on this one! After great releases recently by Adam Port and &ME, the German label goes from strength to strength.

Les Gout (DBN Gogo & Felo Le Tee remix) (5:46)
Review: Keinemusik co-founder Gregor Suetterlin aka Rampa returns this week with his latest effort titled 'Les Gout'. The Berliner collaborates with Choula for a sun-kissed and life affirming Afro house indebted cut that reaches near spiritual moments. The DBN Gogo & Felo Le Tee remix on the flip is a more downbeat affair with more space in the mix, altogether making for a truly meditative experience.

Bumper (feat Nomi Ruiz) (4:25)
Review: Berlin tech house heavyweights team up here on 'You Are Safe' a collaboration between &ME, Adam Port and Rampa on their Keinemusik imprint. The city natives hand in a collection of deep and evocative cuts, that are brought to life by some exceptional studio engineering, sitting somewhere between the sleek late night grooves of local imprint Souvenir as much as it does Innervisions with its melodic and futurist edge. Highlights on here include the hi-tech soul of "Civilist" calling to mind the sonic grooves of Toto Chiavetta or Ame, the sultry r'n'b of "Up & Down" featuring London songstress Chiara Noriko or the slinky moodlighting of "Bumper" featuring frequent collaborator Nomi Ruiz of Hercules & Love Affair fame. Keinemusik came to life in 2009, naming an existing friendship linked by the interests of six members - five DJs and one graphic designer/painter. Five releases per year have been released ever since, solely laid down by members of the crew.

20 Years Cocoon Recordings: EP 1

Rampa - "2000" (6:17)
Emanuel Satie - "Departure" (5:52)
Solomun - "We'll Never Have Today Again" (7:39)
Review: Cocoon Recordings has long been one of big room techno's most visible labels. Of course, the Ibiza party it has hosted for much of that time has helped win it a global audience, but it is always well deserved. To mark the anniversary Sven's label is putting out a series of special EPs. The first opens with longtime associate Ramp offering some tense but melodic tech that undulates nicely.

Emanuel Satie follows up with more lithe electronic melodies on 'Departure' and then one of hosu music's biggest names, Solomun, keeps it simple but effective with his synth laden, hands in the air cut 'We'll Never Have Today Again.'
