Review: Belarus' Iner launches a new label with a strong cast of international names all pushing a deep and distinguished strain of house music for those who want soul and invention in equal measure. Tilman is up first with 'Sweet Dreamer', a mellow, looped up roller. Sune's 'Flutes' takes a breezier approach shaped out by fluttering jazz funk motifs. Yann Polewka celebrates the sweetest Philly strings and some classic vocal licks for a disco-infused burner you can't help but love. Iner himself keeps things loose and organic on the wonderful 'Respectfull Kind Music', while Scruscru goes for a sleek approach to chopped up funky house. That leaves it to Buzz Compass to get heady and hazy with the bass-leaning cuts coursing through 'That Nighter'.

Review: Yann Polewka is the man in charge of the GLBDOM label's fifth outing and a fine one it is too. He brings plenty of timeless house vibes to the opener 'Keep On' with its Kerri Chandler style bumping kicks and feel-good piano chords next to subtle vocal chops packed with soul. 'Oblivion' is another upbeat, uplifting house cut with a classic underbelly and rich chords to get those hands in the air. 'The Light' once again layers up well-crafted chords, irresistible drum funk and nice analogue percussion. Last of all, Jesse Bru's Sea Of Change remix of the same tune brings a more deep and late night feel to close out a top EP.

Review: There is plenty of French touch influence to the opening track on Yann Polewka's new missive for La Fete Recordings. A vocal loops up top to irresistibly soulful effect, the train track grooves churn on and the keys bring a cute jazziness. After the lush, loungey and downbeat piece that is 'UFO', 'The Ghetto (35770 mix)' is a deep disco stomper with more fine samples. Two versions of the flip side's 'Dressed Like A Fella' close out in camp vocal fashion with big string samples and Chicago drums all present and correct. These are authentic, aged tracks that sound perfectly worn and lived in.

Review: Esuoh White's fifth transmission is all about cooking up feel good house sounds steeped in classic references without ver getting too nostalgic or obvious. Yann Polewka opens things up with 'Stronger' which is a delightful filter jam with muffled melodies and piano chords topped off with a lush vocal. Reece Johnson mines a similar style with equally effective results and then Ezequiel G taps into a 90s Us house sound with the bumping drum funk of 'Don't You (Edit)'. Last of all is the most wild and expressive with Beaux Arts offering up the twitchy synth loops and clattering percussive energy of 'Arrogance'. Dancefloor dynamite for sure.

Review: The GLBDOM label is on a roll and we don't want it to stop. As was the last with the seance EP, this one is a various artists' affair pressed on nice heavy vinyl to match the heavy sounds. Ollie Rant opens with the quirky melodic leads and sleazy deep house loops of 'Aaaww Yeh' before Manuold brings some Chicago bump and grind on 'Roots.' The hats and drums are perfectly raw and lead you 'Deeper Underground' and into the jacked-up hands of Yann Polewka. Last of all comes some cheeky garage swing and swagger courtesy of DAN T's' nice dry 'Hold Me'.

Review: This is GDWAX001 the debut vinyl release from GLBDOM, featuring four sumptuous, vintage tinged house tracks.

Up first is 'So Fly' by Saint Paul, a soul infused jam with heaps of uplifting vocal samples, organs and synths a plenty, not to mention a subtly jacking beat that steadily bumps the vibe along.

Next up is 'Keep Me Inside' by Yann Polewka, taking things back with that classic house piano buzz.

A pounding beat, an understated yet driven bass line, strings, pads and some ecstatic vocals all combine for a truly heavenly touch.

Manuold follows on with 'Beating Hear't, a super catchy deep house number. Melancholic synth stabs and subtly employed vocal samples, luscious pads and that unmistakable house sax sound: Beating Heart is the perfect track for getting the crowd moving.

Finishing the release off are Marc Brauner & David Silver with 'Gioia', an energetic house tune with an initiable beat and an exquisite bouncing bass line. A soulful, uplifting vibe from start to finish, Gioia is the perfect end to this awesome debut vinyl release.
