音响和MIDI接口转接盒

On a basic level, audio interfaces feel like quite simple bits of kit: they get sound into your computer and back out again, allowing you to hook studio monitors up to your DAW and record signals from hardware like synths, drum machines and microphones. That being said, there are big differences in features and sound quality from different interfaces. Generally speaking, more expensive audio interfaces offer better sound quality, more inputs and outputs and/or additional features like monitoring controls, built-in compressors and even digital effects. But at every price point there are lots of options, designed to suit different approaches to making music.

Flip the switch

The AMS-24 and AMS-44 feature our innovative Music / Streaming Switch.

When switched to Music mode, you can record into your DAW with expanded input and output routing options.

When switched to Streaming mode, all inputs are combined into a single signal so you can easily stream without needing additional complicated software.

Record & stream with ease

AMS Audio Interfaces are designed for musicians who want to record music with their DAW or easily livestream on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, without all the typical complications.

AMS-24 | 2-In, 4-Out

The AMS-24 is perfect for solo streams and multi-instrument sessions. It features two XLR/TRS combo inputs along with Zoom's low-noise preamps. Also included are two headphone outputs and two TRS outputs for external monitors.

Quick control

With their onboard hardware switches, the AMS-24 and AMS-44 are designed to simplify common streaming challenges without the need for additional software.

Little switch, big streams

When in Streaming mode all inputs are combined into one signal to work seamlessly with your streaming software.

Onboard monitoring

Use the Direct Monitor Switch to send the input signal directly to your headphones while routing the same signal to your DAW or streaming software.

Loop it back

The Loopback Switch combines the input audio with playback from your computer and routes it to your streaming software. This is perfect for adding background music to your stream or singing live with an instrumental track.

Mic/line guitar

Switch Input 1 from mic or line level to guitar level (Hi-Z).

Stereo link

Links two inputs for stereo recording or streaming and allows you to control both inputs with one gain knob.

Phantom power

Tascam US-2x2HR High-Resolution 2-In/2-Out USB-C Audio & MIDI Interface
Cat: 798798 Rel: 12 Jan 21

High-resolution USB-C audio & MIDI interface
Notes: High-resolution sound at a low price thanks to Tascam's US-HR range, provided here in 2-in, 2-out format with integrated MIDI in and out. Simple, no-fuss solution for hooking up to your DAW.

Supplier's Notes:
High-Resolution USB Audio/MIDI Interface (2 in, 2 out)

The US-2x2HR is a member of the Tascam US-HR series of high-resolution USB audio interfaces. It provides two mic/line/instrument switchable inputs and two balanced line outputs as well as MIDI I/O to your Windows or Mac computer or your iPhone or iPad. This interface is ideal for music creation and home recording with high demands on simple operation and studio-quality sound. The included loopback function and support for Open Broadcaster Software (OBS Studio), however, makes it also an excellent choice for podcast creation and live streaming.

The compact US-2x2HR incorporates a wealth of features, including high audio resolution up to 24-bit/192 kHz, ultra-low latency with a Windows buffer size starting at four samples, Ultra-HDDA mic preamplifiers with 48-volt phantom power for superior sound quality with ultra-low noise, a robust USB Type C connector, and a rich assortment of included software to start producing audio right away. This interface can also be used for mobile production or live streaming using your iPhone or iPad with the included Cubasis LE. Simply put, the US-2x2HR helps you create and distribute great-sounding audio wherever you go.

All US-HR models offer a unique dye-cast aluminum honeycomb structure on the side panels with a slight upward tilt. This design not only results in a sleek, eye-catching design, it also provides just the right amount of weight so the interface won't move when cables are connected or disconnected. Equally important, the upward tilt offers the ergonomic benefit of being angled in such a way as to make the interface easy to work with.

If you're a musician, producer or home-recordist who needs a solid, uncluttered, easy-to-use audio interface with superb sound quality, the Tascam US-2x2HR can be your reliable partner for many years.

The Ultra-HDDA (High-Definition Discrete Architecture) mic preamps used on the US-HR series feature a discrete construction. They have a higher number of components and are far away from mass-produced preamps. Their EIN (equivalent input noise) rating, which measures the absence of noise, is truly low for the US-2x2HR and US-4x4HR. Combined with a newly improved audio circuit and support for sampling rates up to 192 kHz, our in-house developed microphone preamplifier delivers enhanced audio performance with the most transparent and low-noise sound, reflected in a signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB.

One issue when recording using a computer is latency, which is when audio signals are delayed through digital circuitry. Another is setting up the driver software that is used when connecting an audio interface to a computer. In order to eliminate these problems, our driver software introduces only very little latency and is easy to install. Furthermore, by making the external structure of these interfaces as simple as possible, the Tascam US-2x2HR and US-4x4HR allow users who are not expert users of audio equipment to operate them without concern.

The Settings Panel, which is installed on your computer, comes with a variety of functions. You can choose whether direct monitoring is done in mono or stereo and adjust the balance between input and computer signals. You can also switch the hardware inputs on and off individually and set the Windows buffer size according to your working environment.

For online broadcasting, Internet communication and other live streaming applications, the US-HR series interfaces offer a Loopback function which can merge input signals 1/2 with signals 1/2 coming from the computer (each can be set to mono or stereo) and send that mix to the broadcasting or other software on the computer. A software slider allows to adjust the final "broadcast" volume independently from the unit's line output level setting.

Instead of a computer, you can also use an iPad or iPhone together with the US-2x2HR/US-4x4HR to make music. Performance has been tested with not only the bundled digital audio workstation (Cubasis LE3), but also with other popular recording software - you can continue to use them even if you change DAW software. Since these units include MIDI inputs and outputs, you can connect MIDI keyboards, drum computers etc. to play sounds on the iPad or computer and thus expand your personal orchestra.

Supplier notes:
Class-leading performance, in the studio and on the road

The Solid State Logic SSL 12 is the perfect audio interface for producers and engineers who demand uncompromising performance and versatility from a desktop device. SSL 12 is capable of being both a studio centrepiece and a portable production hub to take with you on the road. Four SSL-designed mic pre-amps with uncompromising low-noise and high gain performance, Legacy 4K analogue enhancement for adding that signature SSL colour, class-leading dynamic range from premium-quality converters, comprehensive monitoring section, ADAT expandability, talkback mic, flexible headphone outputs and an intuitive console-style software mixer. SSL 12 just set a new bar for what you can expect from a unit that is entirely USB-powered.

Big studio features, small desktop footprint

SSL 12 is loaded with an extraordinary amount of professional studio features normally reserved for high-end rackmount interfaces. For tracking, the ADAT connectivity, together with the on-board talkback mic and an incredibly powerful cue mixer (that allows you to create up to 4 independent near-zero latency performer mixes) will handle the most demanding of recording sessions. For mixing, alternative monitor switching and assignable front panel control room functions puts everything you need at your fingertips. For production, USB Loopback, MIDI I/O and DC-coupled outputs for CV control of synths and FX equip you with a serious toolkit to keep the creativity flowing. To top it all off, the ever-expanding SSL Production Pack (packed with a selection of must-have virtual instruments, plug-ins, samples and DAWs) helps to bring your productions to life.

SSL Studio Quality and Know-How

For over 50 years, SSL have been designing cutting-edge mixing consoles and hardware processors, as used by the world's most recognised artists and recording studios. Over that time, their reputation as a world-leading manufacturer of professional audio equipment has centred around a constant pursuit of audio excellence and technical innovation, accomplished through streamlining production workflows and advanced studio ergonomics. SSL 12 takes the 'traditional' desktop audio interface where it's never been before with an incredible array of features in a compact footprint that delivers outstanding audio quality. Featuring the familiar Alps pots, Neutrik connectors and an attractive brushed aluminium front panel, SSL 12 is built to last whether you're using it in the studio or on location.

Real Analogue Enhancement Inspired By The SSL 4000-Series (4K) Console

SSL has a history of innovation in analogue electronics and console design. Whether it be the sound of the classic '242' and '292' EQ circuits, the punch of the legendary SSL Bus Compressor or the incredible bandwidth and sonic accuracy of the ground-breaking SuperAnalogue designed mic amps and consoles, SSL are always moving forward with analogue. Legacy 4K is an all-analogue enhancement effect, inspired by the character of an SSL 4000-series console (often referred to as '4K'). It distils two essential characteristics of the 4K sound into a single circuit. The first thing engaging the Legacy 4K circuit will do is to introduce a forward, yet musical sounding high frequency EQ boost, helping to add some excitement to your vocal or instrument. Secondly, it'll add some subtle analogue distortion with finely tuned harmonic content, helping bolster any sound with more edge and personality.

*** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

Supplier's Notes:
RME Fireface UFX III: The Flagship Multi-channel Interface

The Fireface UFX III is a powerful all-in-one solution for modern recording studios, live audio playback systems and multi-channel location recording rigs, handling up to 188 channels (94 Inputs / 94 Outputs) with ease.

Unprecedented flexibility and compatibility combines with RME's famous low latency hardware and driver designs, guaranteeing flawless operation for any multi-channel recording application, whilst the inclusion of DURec (Direct USB Recording) provides extensive options for backup recordings and stand-alone operation.

The ultimate professional tool for multi-track recording, mixing and mastering, the RME Fireface UFX III is packed with professional features including:

USB 3.0 (full 94 channel I/O Class Compliant; USB-C compatible)
SteadyClock FS
Powerful integrated DSP
TotalMix FX
TotalMix Remote
DURec (Direct USB Recording)
MADI I/O (64 channels)
And support for the Advanced Remote Control USB (sold separately)

Powerful USB 3 Performance

The front panel of the Fireface UFX III provides four high-performance XLR/TRS combo inputs for microphone, instrument and line signals, two stereo headphone jacks with +19 dBu output level, MIDI I/O, and a USB port.

In combination with the DURec function (Direct USB Recording), the USB port allows independent recording of selected input and output signals (up to 80 channels) to a connected USB storage medium.

The rear panel reveals the full connectivity of the Fireface UFX III. Besides another MIDI I/O, the two optical ADAT I/Os, an AES/EBU I/O, and eight balanced analogue outputs with line level (including XLR stereo monitor outputs) are available.

With the new Multi-Mode, the two ADAT I/Os can be used as separate optical SPDIF inputs and outputs in addition to the AES I/O. Furthermore, the Fireface UFX III offers an optical MADI interface (SC) with 64 bidirectional channels. The Word Clock connectors (BNC) work as additional coaxial MADI input and output if required.

Comprehensive MADI Connectivity

The Fireface UFX III opens the doors to a host of RME and 3rd party digital and analogue I/O solutions.

Expanding your analogue channel count, the ability to route/mix within the digital domain through numerous sources presents many flexible options. Multiple external MADI devices can also be connected in series.

To further enhance MADI flexibility, the Fireface UFX III boasts some typical RME-style features. For example in USB 2 mode, which is limited to 30 channels I/O (12 analogue plus 16 ADAT plus AES), the MADI I/O is still available via RME's integrated hardware mixer TotalMix FX.

Word Clock I/O (BNC) can be switched to MADI I/O (coaxial), and a special split mode even supports the use of both MADI I/Os simultaneously, with 32 channel each on optical and coaxial.

SteadyClock FS - FemtoSecond Clocking Technology

The RME Fireface UFX III also features RME's latest digital clocking and jitter rejection technology, 'SteadyClock FS'.

Originally developed for RME's award-winning ADI-2 Pro FS range of high-end converters, SteadyClock FS reduces intrinsic jitter to a new all-time low, when converting to and from analogue over all digital formats.

All clock modes provide excellent performance and astonishingly high-quality analogue conversion, allowing you to hear your mix exactly as it is.

What's more, RME's digital format conversion occurs without any loss to the signal, and SteadyClock FS ensures your sonic image will never experience any kind of degradation, ensuring the soundstage is replicated to the fullest depth and clarity.

Powerful Applications for Mixing, Monitoring and Measurement included

The Fireface UFX III comes with the TotalMix FX DSP mixer, offering comprehensive routing and monitoring options for all analogue and digital audio channels, as well as the DIGICheck Analyzer, which allows users to measure and analyze digital audio data feeds (in both directions) with maximum precision.

TotalMix FX can completely replace an external mixer, enabling the creation of multiple latency-free monitor mixes with EQ, Dynamics, Reverb and Delay for any outputs, including main monitors, submixes, and headphone mixes for musicians.

A free companion app, TotalMix Remote is a network-controllable remote for TotalMix FX, enabling control over interface's hardware mixer and effects from another Mac, PC or iPad, including wirelessly over Wi-Fi.

TotalMix Remote mirrors the current state of the host system on the iPad and Windows/Mac computers - the entire mixing state, the complete routing, all FX settings, up to the level meters, and everything in real time.

DC-Coupled Outputs - CV/Gate Voltage Control

Most audio interfaces are traditionally designed with what is called 'AC-coupled outputs', where capacitors are used to filter out any extreme low frequencies.

Whilst these frequencies are generally considered undesirable for audio - eating into headroom and potentially causing damage to other equipment - one instance where DC-coupling remains desirable is the world of modular synthesizers, where static or slow-moving signals are used for control over various parameters such as pitch note values or LFOs.

All of the Fireface UFX III's line-level outputs are fully DC-coupled, allowing for the sending of control voltages (CV) or Gate information to modular synthesizers (such as the popular Eurorack and Moog/MOTM/Synthesizers formats) and other studio hardware.

USB 3 Class Compliant Audio

The Fireface UFX III operates in two different modes: driver-based and Class Compliant.

Class Compliant mode is a standard that is natively supported by operating systems like Windows, Mac OSX and Linux distributions, allowing for Plug 'n' Play operation of the Fireface UFX III. No proprietary drivers are required, the device will be directly recognised when the CC firmware is loaded.

The Fireface UFX III is RME's first audio interface with full USB 3.0 support in Class Compliant Mode. This makes all channels available in driverless operation for Linux, Mac and iPadOS.

An iPad Pro with USB-C can manage up to 94 channels for recording and playback in TotalMix FX for iPad and on system level.

ARC USB Remote Control (sold separately)

The ARC USB is an optional remote control for the Fireface UFX III, along with all other RME devices that use TotalMix FX.

15 user-assignable illuminated buttons, one encoder wheel, and a TS jack (for connecting a foot switch) provide access to all of the most used functions of TotalMix FX.

The ARC USB can be connected directly to the Fireface UFX III via the second USB port on the back of the interface, or directly to a USB port on a Mac or PC.

Operating as a UAC 1 class device, the RME ARC USB is natively compatible with Windows and Mac OS X. As soon as it is present in the operating system, TotaIMix FX will automatically detect the ARC USB, and communicate with it via simple MIDI remote commands to control the UFX III.

DURec (Direct USB Recording)

DURec is an integrated digital recorder for all inputs and outputs directly to USB memory devices via the front USB port. The Fireface UFX III records on USB thumb drives or hard drives with up to 2 TB capacity.

The recording functionality is provided by the internal DSP, and is therefore independent from a connected Windows or Mac computer. The Direct USB Recording converts the Fireface UFX Series both into a stand-alone field recorder and a powerful multichannel live player for previous recordings, e. g. for virtual sound checks.

Live concerts, band rehearsals or spontaneous jam sessions can be directly recorded and played back from the medium - even completely stand-alone without computer or software.

The Fireface 802 FS comes with the TotalMix FX DSP mixer offering comprehensive routing and monitoring options, as well as the DigiCheck Analyzer allowing to measure and analyse the digital data feed in both directions with maximum precision.

TotalMix FX can completely replace an external mixer, enabling the creation of multiple latency-free monitor mixes with EQ, Dynamics, Reverb and Delay for any outputs, incl. main monitors and headphone mixes for musicians.

Notes: Based on the Digiface Dante but with the added benefit of low-latency Ravenna audio-over-IP, the Digiface Ravenna offers 128 Ravenna channels and 64 MADI channels.

*** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

Supplier's Notes:
The Digiface Ravenna is a lightweight, portable audio interface, based on the proven Digiface Dante equipped with a RAVENNA module developed by DirectOut and features with everything that RME is famous for: USB 3, MADI, TotalMix FX and outstanding options in both USB and stand-alone operation.

Mobile RAVENNA Solution via USB

The combination of RME's renowned drivers (Mac/Windows) and DirectOut's RAVENNA implementation offer a reliable and flexible networked computer audio interface. Equipped with the latest TotalMix FX it can not only route, but also mix as many independent submixes as outputs are available. RAVENNA & MADI

RME made the two BNC sockets for word clock I/O switchable to MADI I/O, with up to 64 channels. The total sum of Ravenna and MADI, 128 channels, are transferred via USB 3.0 and handled via the included RAVENNA web server or RME's TotalMix FX, for full and struggle-free control of all audio.

On the network side, the interface features a full-fledged RAVENNA stack with AES67 and ST2110-30/31 support and redundant audio-over-IP streaming as per ST2022-7. In addition, the interface can also be used as a mobile 64-channel RAVENNA/MADI converter without a USB connection to a computer. The coaxial MADI I/O connectors may also be configured to work as word clock sync I/O.

TotalMix FX and TotalMix Remote

Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Digiface Series also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows for practically unlimited mixing and routing operations, with all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs.

RME Digiface USB 66-Channel Bus-Powered USB 2.0 ADAT Audio Interface
Cat: 641232 Rel: 31 Mar 17

66-channel bus-powered USB 2.0 ADAT audio interface
Notes: *** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

This compact, portable and lightweight audio interface (only 220 g /0.49 lbs) transfers digital audio data in SPDIF and ADAT format to Windows and Mac computers.

The latest Plug and Play technology guarantees a simple installation, even for the inexperienced user. Numerous unique features as well as RME's robust drivers enable a quick, efficient and comfortable operation of the Digiface USB.

The Digiface USB is an extremely compact & portable digital audio interface with 4 optical ADAT / SPDIF I/Os, and an analog high-quality line/phones output via 6.3 mm TRS jack. Continuing the legacy of RME's famous HDSP Digiface, a triple ADAT I/O interface with phones and PCI interface, Digiface USB simplifies connection with USB 2, does not need an external power supply, and even adds another optical I/O, resulting in 32 channels input and output each when using ADAT optical.

The analog output hosts channels 33/34, and can be used freely thanks to TotalMix FX, RME's routing and monitoring solution that knows nearly no limits in routing and mixing (the Digiface USB does not include FX).

Each single optical port can use either ADAT (up to 8 channels) or SPDIF (stereo). While the inputs adapt automatically to the received signal format, the outputs can be individually switched between ADAT and SPDIF operation. Supported are SMUX and SMUX4. Therefore at 192 kHz either 8 channels via 4 x SPDIF or ADAT are possible on both inputs and outputs.

Its small size, weight and bus-powered operation make the Digiface USB extremely versatile and useful. It could even serve as simple headphone amp for mobile use.

Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Digiface USB also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows for practically unlimited mixing and routing operations, with all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs. The Digiface USB does not have a DSP, so there are no FX available. Still it includes a dedicated Control Room section with Talkback, Main/Phones, fader groups, mute groups, complete remote controllability via Mackie or OSC protocol, and much more.

Here are some typical applications for TotalMix:

- Setting up delay-free submixes (headphone mixes). The Digiface USB allows for up to 17 fully independent stereo submixes. On an analog mixing desk, this would equal 34 Aux sends.
- Unlimited routing of inputs and outputs (free utilisation, patchbay functionality).
- Distributing signals to several outputs at a time. TotalMix offers state-of-the-art splitter and distributor functions.
- Simultaneous playback of different programs via a single stereo output. The ASIO multiclient driver supports the usage of several programs at the same time. When done on different playback channels TotalMix provides the means to mix and monitor these on a single stereo output.
- Mixing of the input signal to the playback signal (complete ASIO Direct Monitoring). RME not only is the pioneer of ADM, but also offers the most complete implementation of the ADM functions.
- Integration of external devices. Use TotalMix to insert external effects devices, be it in the playback or in the record path. Depending on the current application, the functionality equals insert or effects send and effects return, for example as used during real-time monitoring when adding some reverb to the vocals.
- Every single input channel, playback channel and hardware output features a Peak and RMS level meter, calculated in hardware. These level displays are very useful to determine the presence and routing destinations of the audio signals.

Supplier's notes:
Four years ago the Babyface Pro again demonstrated RME's absolute commitment to superior craftsmanship, not only in audio circuits and driver development, but also in mechanics. Created with the highest precision from a block of aluminium, this high-end portable interface incorporated newly designed analogue and digital circuits. Its innovative energy saving technologies provided supreme fidelity with no compromises in level, noise or distortion.
The two headphone outputs, offering TRS and mini-jack sockets in parallel, have completely separate driver stages to perfectly match low and high impedance headphones, guaranteeing pristine sonic results no matter what type of headphone is used.
For the main I/O RME have designed an XLR socket, which integrates seamlessly into the housing and saves space.
Two digitally controlled preamps provide individually switchable 48V phantom power. These circuits feature a gain range of 76 dB, adjustable in steps of 1 dB, including a relay-driven PAD, resulting in exceptional EIN (Equivalent Input Noise) performance as well as line overload protection, and enough gain for even the lowest level microphones.
Babyface Pro's incredibly efficient design almost never requires an external power supply - it's perfectly stable on USB 3 bus power, and also most USB 2 ports, with no degradation in any technical specification. This makes it perfect for mobile recording, even with a pair of your favourite condenser microphones.
The comprehensive feature set continues with an optical TOSLINK I/O; use as either an ADAT port with SMUX support or SPDIF for sessions up to 192 kHz. In combination with an external ADAT converter, the Babyface Pro fully supports 12 analogue inputs as well as 12 outputs, making it ideal for both live and studio multi-track applications. You can plug any instrument, line or high impedance, into Babyface Pro's jack inputs 3 & 4. Record your guitar on the go, with no additional hardware required. MIDI I/O via an included breakout cable completes the package.
In digital audio, the clock frequency is an essential factor, as it creates the correlation between the audio bits and the time reference. Unfortunately, the clock frequency is not always as stable as desired. The Babyface Pro FS offers the full SteadyClock FS circuit as in the ADI-2 Pro FS for lowest jitter and highest jitter immunity. Excellent performance in all clock modes and High Quality Analog Conversion to hear your mix as it is. Digital format conversion in RME products are done without any loss or degradation, and SteadyClock FS ensures your sonic image will never experience degradation. This helps to optimize recordings and mixes because the soundstage has more depth and clarity.
Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Babyface Pro FS also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows fully independent routing and mixing of input and playback channels to all physical outputs. Independent stereo submixes plus a comprehensive Control Room section offer unrivalled monitoring capabilities and unsurpassed routing flexibility.
Babyface Pro FS ships with RME's TotalMix FX, available for Windows and Mac OS X. An iOS version is available as well. This amazingly versatile software allows you to use Babyface Pro in any situation. For example, mixing your guitar and vocals to headphones has never been easier. The FPGA-based DSP mixer adds a flexible, 3-band parametric equalizer to all inputs and outputs. Reverb and delay FX are also available.
The FPGA-based DSP mixer adds a flexible, 3-band parametric equalizer to all inputs and outputs. Reverb and delay FX are also available. Latest generation low latency AD/DA converters, combined with RME's unique SteadyClock FS technology, result in exceptional specifications that will satisfy the most demanding of professionals. Combining a huge feature set with sonic excellence and intuitive control, whether for the studio or on the move, the RME Babyface Pro is the most comprehensive and versatile compact audio interface ever built.
Straight to the core without interference: the reference design of the Babyface Pro leaves nothing to be desired. RME devices are designed to conserve music as it is. Audio signals are passed in their entirety, nothing added, nothing taken. For the new Babyface, the audio circuits have been improved to meet even highest gain levels with best dynamic range. The clever user interface is informative and clearly laid out. It makes access to every feature and configuration mode of the Babyface Pro intuitive and easy to use.

myVolts Beatsplitter Dual Output Switchable Signal Splitter Audio Interface (black)
Cat: 924225 Rel: 30 Mar 23

Dual output switchable signal splitter audio interface.
Notes: The Beatsplitter is a single to dual stereo splitter with switchable channels.

It can duplicate outputs, but it can also merge inputs. Which signals appear on each channel is determined by how a small switch is set on the side of the unit.

On the Left channel, in can be set to Stereo, LL (Left, Left) and Mono. On the Right channel, it can be set to Stereo, RR (Right Right) and Mono.

In output mode, the stereo cable plugged into the unit has a Left and Right signal. If the output is set to LL, then the Left channel signal from the input is duplicated to both Left and Right sides of one output, creating a false stereo. The same can be achieved with the Right input signal, by setting the Right sided output to RR.

In input mode, the Left channels from ach of the two inputs are merged onto the Left channel of the output when switched to LL. The same happens for the Right channels when switched to RR.

What does the Beat Splitter do?

The Beat Splitter allows you to manage the signals to your desired outcome. In practical terms, it solves channel mis-match problems, for example, did you ever want to...

Share an output of your jam with a second person with headphones? Whether you want to share the output of a player, or a mini-synth like a PO, or duplicate the output of your summing mixer, this very easily achieved.

Have a second output to record any of the above on a recorder, or even bluetooth send it to a camera or phone. The convenience of being able to "get in" at any point in your setup means greater flexibility when recording.

But I can do those things with a standard splitter cable, is there anything else it can do?

Get a true stereo output to two independent speakers. For example, if you wished to take a laptop audio output and send L and R channel independently to a Left and Right speaker, true separation is achieved. You can send a LL to one speaker and RR to the other. This will be far better than a stereo splitter cable, which will give you a LR on both speakers, or a stereo to mono cable, which will give you a L Mono and R Mono on each speaker.

Create a stereo effect when you want it. There are numerous situations where audio will end up only on one side of your headphones, or worse, one side of your mix in recording. These include, when your guitar, or violin pick-up only outputs Mono, or when you run your keyboard through a Mono effects pedal. Using the LL output, you can "stereo-fy" your Mono output, by creating a false stereo duplication of the channel.

Allow yourself to easily record on two channels with one input. If you wanted to record an interview, but have only a single input stereo recorder, Beat Splitter makes it possible to record the two voices independently. For example, a smartphone with audio input jack could have the beatsplitter attached, then a mic could be plugged in to each of the two inputs, set to LL and RR, the phone would record person A on L channel and person B on R channel. This would obviously work with any two channel recording requirement, with synths, guitar and voice, etc.

Avoid Sync "hammer" in your mix. A lot of small synths have intelligent systems for clock control, usually existing on the Left side of your stereo connection. Avoiding this in your mix is possible with the Beat Splitter. For example, using a Pocket Operator as sync master to control a Korg Volca slave. One Beat Splitter channel has output audio, the other outputs sync. This can be also be achieved with a stereo to dual mono cable, but if you do, you will most likely end of with your PO audio on one channel, as in the point above.

For desktop synths, manage audio independently from sync to avoid distortion from multiple pass-throughs and allow recording on independent tracks. The suggested method for connecting a number of Pocket Operators, is to run them in a train, each passing sync and audio on to each other. Each pass-through requires the adding of gain, which can provide significant noise and distortion as it passes through multiple amplifications. This also removes the possibility of individual volume control per PO and the recording of the POs outputs as individual tracks. With Beat Splitter, all these limitations and difficulties are removed.

Can TAPS be combined?

Yes, they can be combined, they are also stack-able, you can plug a Beat Splitter into a PO, then plug a PnP into one of its outputs. These configurations solve other problems, such as...

Wet/Dry effects on your tabletop. If you want to duplicate your audio output from a device (with Beat Splitter), then you can run a cable through an effects unit (e.g. Korg Monotron), put a PnP on its output and you get a Wet/Dry version of the effect by turning the pot in Volume mode.

You can A/B test two sources of of a input to a mix. Just set up like point 5 above, then use a PnP to pan between the two inputs.

B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

Updated version of the hugely popular mobile audio interface. Just about as compact as it gets but with all the functionality you'd expect for getting quality sound in and out of mobile devices.

Supplier's Notes:
Make your go-to mic go farther

Like many of today's musicians, YouTubers, and broadcasters you probably rely on the professional sound quality you get from using an XLR microphone. But for mobile, on-the-go audio and video creation, XLR mics present some challenges. Many require phantom power, and at best, using them also means dragging along a laptop and boxy audio interface to get the mic preamps along with the phantom power you need.

iRig Pre 2 is a pocket-sized mic preamp that lets you easily use your XLR mics to record, perform and stream with your iPhone*, iPad, Android device or DSLR camera. The sequel to the best-selling mobile mic pre of all time, iRig Pre 2 delivers the same professional sound you're accustomed to, while adding direct monitoring, auto-switching wiring for use with digital cameras, and so much more.

All powered up

Need phantom power for your condenser mic? iRig Pre 2's 2 AA batteries provide true +48V phantom power (many other mobile mic preamps only offer 32V, degrading your mic's performance) for around 7 hours of continuous use.
To use your favorite dynamic or ribbon mic, simply turn off the phantom power and you're good to go for even longer, up to 20 hours!

Don't waste a take

A time-saving 3.5mm (1/8") headphone output now offers direct monitoring, so you can listen back to ensure the signal is perfect before you start recording or streaming!
It's perfect for all today's popular live-streaming and video recording apps, so you can hop from app to app with confidence you'll always sound your best.
And for DSLRs and digital cameras, it makes set up a snap without needing to dive into menus or set up alternate workarounds to monitor the sound.

Works in more situations

You can easily access your favorite apps while recording or performing by mounting the iRig Pre 2 to your mic stand or other convenient stage locations using the included Velcro strip slot. For secure mic stand mounting for your connected smartphone, tablet or digital camera, be sure to check out our iKlip series, which offers a choice of flexible-mounting options for a variety of scenarios.

Ready to rock, right out of the box

Even if you're new to mobile audio and video creation, you can get started right away by simply downloading two free IK Multimedia apps from the App store or Google Play: iRig Recorder FREE (our easy-to-use audio and video recording/editing app) and VocaLive FREE (our premium vocal processor for live performance and multi-track recording).
So get ready to break out of the box and start exploring the creative possibilities all around you, with the freedom of iRig Pre 2.

The Creator series from IK Multimedia puts you in the spotlight with fast and easy tools to help you create professional content. Its budget-friendly solutions are ideal for YouTubers, podcasters, live streamers and other social media platforms, and include a variety of mobile and studio-friendly microphones, interfaces and smartphone stands. With convenient features and flexible options, you'll be covered wherever and whenever inspiration strikes.

IK Multimedia iRig Pre 2 XLR Microphone Interface & Preamp For iOS/Android/Digital Cameras
Cat: 815019 Rel: 24 Feb 21

High-fidelity XLR microphone interface/preamp with iOS/Android/digital camera compatibility
Notes: Updated version of the hugely popular mobile audio interface.

IK Multimedia iRig Stream Streaming Audio Interface For iOS, Mac & PC
Cat: 751621 Rel: 21 Nov 19

Audio interface for live streaming
Notes: Today's mobile devices make it easier than ever to share your music with the world. From Instagram live-streams to YouTube videos, SoundCloud playlists and more, social media and smartphones have become a key aspect of how many musicians get heard and connect with fans.

iRig Stream makes it easier than ever to share, letting you connect instruments, mixers and more to your iPhone, iPad, Android device and Mac/PC, with convenient features designed just for use on today's most popular platforms. Whether it's mono or stereo, live playing or an existing mix, iRig Stream gets you connected to all your favourite apps, so you can start connecting with listeners instantly.

Get connected:

iRig Stream makes it easier than ever to connect. With USB, USB-C and Lightning cables right in the box, it plugs into all the latest iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, as well as Mac & PC - even the latest devices.

2 line-level RCA inputs are perfect to connect DJ and multi-channel mixers, but are also great for keyboards, synth & drum machine setups, and more. Whether you're looking to stream your DJ set, record band practice, jam along with your favourite song, or even host a podcast, iRig Stream lets you connect a massive range of gear.

Sound your best:

iRig Stream offers 24-bit, 48 kHz A/D and D/A converters to ensure a clean, professional signal regardless of the platform you'll wind up on. And adjustable input gain and easy-to-read level indicators let you dial in the right sound level instantly

Make your voice heard:

iRig Stream offers a unique headphone / microphone jack, wired just like your smartphone, so you can listen and talk over the stereo input simultaneously.

The mic input is mixed into the stereo inputs, to ensure it works with any app, and offers adjustable volume. Best of all, it works with most headphones with a built-in mic*, and also with IK products like iRig Mic Lav, iRig Mic, and iRig Pre, giving you a wide range of options for any situation.

Designed for apps:

If you're ever tried streaming or sharing audio on social media, you know many apps only support mono signals - so iRig Stream offers a mono/stereo switch to compensate. Stereo passes both inputs as left & right channels, and mono mixes them together to a single channel, ensuring you won't lose anything panned to one side.

iRig Stream also offers a loopback function that lets you mix the output of your device with the incoming signal. Load up a backing track in your favourite music app, jam along on your instrument, then send both signals together to a video or live-stream - all on one device!

Comprehensive compatibility:

iRig Stream works with any app that records or streams audio or video, so you'll never stop finding new ways to use it. To get you started, it includes iRig Recorder 3 LE (iPhone/iPad/Android) - an easy-to-use, high quality audio and video recording app. Record, trim, edit and share, right from your device.

Built to go and to last:

iRig Stream is compact enough to slip into the pocket of your backpack, so it's ideal for use on the go. It runs off your device's battery, so there's no batteries to run out mid-show, but can also charge your device with an optional power supply, to keep you going for extended sessions.

Includes:

- iRig Stream interface
- Lightning to mini-DIN connection cable (60cm/23.62")
- USB C-Type to mini-DIN connection cable (60cm/23.62")
- USB A-Type to mini-DIN connection cable (60cm/23.62")

IK Multimedia AXE I/O 2-In 5-Out USB & MIDI Audio Interface
Cat: 714259 Rel: 17 Jan 19

Premium audio interface with advanced guitar tone shaping
Notes: Since we pioneered guitar amp & effects modelling in 2002, IK Multimedia has spent more time studying guitar and amp recording than possibly anyone else on the planet. Modelling over 400 pieces of gear has required tens of thousands of hours painstakingly measuring the interactions between instruments, pickups and amplifier circuits, not to mention the cooperation of the world's most iconic guitar players, amplifier manufacturers, and engineers to learn how to create and capture great guitar tones.

AXE I/O brings all that experience to you.

AXE I/O is a professional 2 in/5 out audio interface - and controller - designed specifically with the needs of the recording guitarist in mind, providing best-in-class sound quality and powerful features aimed squarely at making your recordings faster, easier and better than ever.

AXE I/O offers an exclusive triple-topology, fully discrete input circuit, with both PURE and JFET input stages, to go from transparent to tube-like with just a single switch.

Its patent-pending Z-Tone impedance-adapting circuit interacts with your guitar's pick-ups to give you a massive range of tonal flexibility, you've never heard before.

Plus AXE I/O includes a dedicated Amp Out, so you can process your recording with real guitar amps and stomps without the need for external accessories (and without having to unplug your existing connections!). This low-noise out also eliminates ground loops, to keep even the highest-gain re-amplification as quiet as possible.

And AXE I/O seamlessly integrates with the included AmpliTube 4 Deluxe to select presets and control values via the front input knob, and lets you connect pedals and switches to get the most from your virtual rig without ever taking your hands off your axe.

We even included an onboard tuner so you can be ready to record in an instant whenever inspiration strikes.

Every element of AXE I/O has been created with no-compromise quality and real-world usefulness.

It's the interface we wish we'd had all along.

IK Multimedia AXE I/O One 1-In/3-Out USB Audio & MIDI Interface
Cat: 932613 Rel: 16 Jun 23

USB audio interface with Z-Tone input, MIDI and Amp Out. Comes with TONEX SE and AmpliTube 5 SE.
Notes: AXE I/O ONE is the ultimate compact and affordable 1-in/3-out audio interface designed for guitarists, musicians and engineers who want the best sound possible for recording guitar or bass. It combines IK's patent-pending Z-Tone impedance control, an Amp Out for Tone Modeling, multiple circuit topologies, and award-winning AmpliTube and TONEX software for a complete digital studio rig.

AXE I/O ONE delivers professional audio with sample rates up to 192 kHz, 108 dB dynamic range, and 9 Hz-45 kHz frequency response.

AXE I/O ONE offers a simple, streamlined setup for Tone Modeling and re-amplification. Use the Amp Out to create a virtual Tone Model of your amp, cab or pedals including distortion, overdrive, EQ, Fuzz and boost. The Amp Out can also be used as a standard re-amping output for even more creative options.

AXE I/O ONE's main channel offers 3 different circuit topologies. This gives you three different options to dial in the perfect tone for any type of guitar pickup or style.

The PURE setting offers a completely transparent and ultra-accurate instrument preamp that won't colour your sound in any way.

Switching to the Class A JFET input buffer adds midrange focus, warmth and harmonic enhancement, giving you more tonal options from the same instrument.

ACTIVE pickups don't require a Hi-Z input, so this setting bypasses unnecessary gain stages to keep your signal path as direct, transparent and clean as possible.

AXE I/O ONE's patent-pending Z-Tone circuit lets you go from a tighter/sharper tone to a thicker bolder tone with a simple twist of a dial. Z-Tone changes the impedance from 1 MO ("sharp") down to 2.2 kO ("bold") giving you ultimate freedom to dial in the perfect feel and tone from electric guitar and bass pickups.

AXE I/O ONE offers a PURE mic preamp designed for transparent and clean recording. The mic preamp offers a wide, flat frequency response: 9 Hz to 45 kHz, +/- 0.5 dB (at 96 kHz) to avoid unwanted coloration and perfectly preserve the sonic character of your voice, acoustic guitar, piano or other instrument.

It's also ideal for capturing your rig with IK's groundbreaking TONEX AI-based Tone Modeling software. With both AmpliTube 5 SE and TONEX SE included, you'll have everything you need to record, model and play right out of the box, plus AXE I/O ONE works with all your favourite recording applications.

AXE I/O ONE offers a range of useful features including dedicated controller inputs that let you connect up to two expression pedals or two single/double switches to control AmpliTube, or any other software, in real-time without putting your hands down. You can also use AXE I/O ONE's MIDI input and output to connect floor controllers or iRig Stomp I/O to add even more real-time controls - or use it with regular keyboards and other standard MIDI gear.

iConnectivity mio 1-In/1-Out MIDI To USB Cable Interface (1.5m)
Cat: 825862 Rel: 08 Nov 21

1 x 1 MIDI to USB cable interface (1.5 m), for Mac, PC. iOS
Notes: mio- the perfect 1 in 1 out MIDI to USB interface

mio is a 1 in 1 out USB 16 channel MIDI interface to connect your MIDI compatible controller, keyboard, synthesizer, or drum machine to your computer. mio is USB bus powered and is plug and play compatible with Windows and Mac computers.

What Makes mio Unique?

Even the most basic tasks need to be done right. So iConnectivity engineered a new basic MIDI interface from the ground up that does everything right.

Not one of iConnectivity's competitors' 1x1 MIDI interfaces could pass all these tests:

Indestructible drivers - Interfaces that use their own drivers have to be updated all the time, or they stop working properly. Or they were USB Class-Compliant years ago, but today they aren't anymore. mio is engineered to today's strict guidelines to ensure compatibility for years to come.

Stellar MIDI Management - When the MIDI datastream gets heavy, other interfaces choke. iConnectivity interfaces deliver MIDI reliably no matter what.

Immaculate Electrical Design - You don't want a MIDI interface that introduces noise or even crashes your system, like some do. mio is engineered properly.

Performance Optimized - A MIDI interface that works too slowly is useless. mio is optimized for the highest performance.

The iConnectivity Advantage: iConnectivity's name on your interface means that time was taken to do it right, whether it's the simple 1 x 1 models to the uniquely sophisticated high-end interfaces.
