Behringer Eurolive B1500XP Active PA Subwoofer
Cat: 762630

hjgh-performance active 3000-watt PA subwoofer with 15" turbosound speaker and built-in stereo crossover
Notes: The Eurolive B1500XP 3000-Watt active subwoofer provides the ultimate in low-frequency reproduction, and the built-in stereo crossover makes it ideally suited for use with any of our active 2-way loudspeakers. Loaded with an all-new 3000-Watt Class-D amplifier, TURBOSOUND 15" long-excursion Low-Frequency (LF) transducer and an incredible array of professional features, the B1500XP produces extreme levels of low-end punch, with the definition and clarity typically reserved for much larger systems. Packaged in a completely redesigned and lightweight enclosure, the B1500XP is Behringer's most robust and articulate subwoofer design ever!

Put simply, these cool-running systems are significantly lighter than their predecessors, making them ultra-easy to transport and set up - and the no-compromise design means you get amazingly-deep, chest-pounding bass that will keep the party going all night long.

Thanks to the revolutionary Class-D amplifier technology, the B1500XP is able to provide you with enormous power and incredible sonic performance in an easy-to-use, ultra-portable and lightweight package. Class-D amplification makes all the difference, offering the ultimate in energy efficiency and eliminating the need for heavy power supplies and massive heat sinks. This amazing technology makes it possible to design and build extremely powerful products that are significantly lighter in weight than their traditional counterparts, while using less energy and protecting the environment.

A world-leading British designer and manufacturer of professional loudspeaker systems, TURBOSOUND has been building cutting-edge speakers for more than 30 years, and won the venerable Queen's Award for Innovation numerous times for their highly acclaimed loudspeaker designs. You will find TURBOSOUND's distinguished products not only touring with the best-known international artists, but also in countless major venues worldwide.

BEHRINGER is proud to incorporate world-famous, custom-engineered TURBOSOUND speakers and amplifier technology into select products for the ultimate in high-quality audio reproduction. The B1500XP features a truly-inspired 15" TURBOSOUND speaker with an impressive 3000 Watts of power handling, enough to meet all your amplification needs. Find out more about TURBOSOUND's amazing legacy by visiting their extensive website.

The B1500XP features balanced XLR inputs and outputs, as well as balanced XLR Thru jacks for connecting additional enclosures. A Boost Frequency knob targets a boost frequency between 45 Hz and 90 Hz. Flick the Boost switch to give your selected frequency a +10 dB boost. The B1500XP also has a High Cut dial that provides precision control over the upper-corner frequency of the subwoofer's amplifier. The High Cut dial does not affect the Thru signals, only signals directed to the subwoofer (however, it does affect the Output socket signals sent out to full-range speakers). A Level knob controls the input gain, and the Phase switch reverses the output phase to compensate for frequency cancellation between the subwoofer and satellite speakers. LEDs show operational status at a glance, including power, signal present and input overloads. Rounding out this stellar set of features is an RMS and Peak limiter, which provides the ultimate in protection for the RBOSOUND LF driver.

As you have probably noticed, these subwoofers are made in two different woofer sizes. Which one is right for you? An 18" woofer has more surface area with which to move air than a 15". If you're running sound for a jazz combo in a dinner club, a single B1500XP might be all you'll need. But if you need to serve up pulse-pounding techno at a large, standing-room-only dance club, you might need a pair of B1800XPs to really ignite the dance floor.

The B1500XP PA subwoofer stands head and shoulders above the rest of the pack and delivers exceptional performance, even when pushed to the limit. Lightweight, but massively powerful with 3000 Watts of Class-D power, a TURBOSOUND LF transducer and state-of-the-art onboard active stereo crossover, the B1500XP is ideal for any music application - at a price that is unheard of in this class.

JBL LSR310S Powered Studio Subwoofer
Cat: 520888 Rel: 14 Apr 14

Powered studio subwoofer with selectable extended low frequency
Notes: Bringing extended low-frequency performance to music recording and post-production clients, HARMAN's JBL Professional today introduced the new LSR310S powered studio subwoofer optimised for use with the highly successful JBL 3 Series studio monitors.

The first studio monitors to incorporate JBL's patent-pending Image Control Waveguide, the recently introduced 3 Series models provide an unprecedented level of accuracy, with exceptional imaging and detail at most affordable price points.
Rounding out the 3 Series line, the new LSR310S subwoofer extends the low-frequency response of the system into the 20 Hz range while including an innovative feature that will make the sub attractive to dance music producers.

Driven by an integrated 200 Watt Class D power amplifier, a new 10-inch high excursion woofer works in concert with JBL's patented Slip Stream Port, delivering impressive low-frequency response below 27 Hz, with peak output of 113 dB SPL. Exceptional performance in a compact form-factor make the LSR310S the ideal choice for use in music recording and playback reference systems, and also as the ".1" LFE Low Frequency Effects speaker in surround-sound post production applications. Developed with dance music producers in mind, the sub includes a selectable XLF Extended Low Frequency setting that emulates the augmented low frequency response heard in the dance club environment. This provides a useful reference of how a dance mix will sound in the outside world.

Designed to integrate into a broad range of applications the LSR310S features balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs, a selectable input sensitivity switch and three crossover settings: 80Hz, XLF and External. The 80 Hz setting implements high and low pass filters to create a seamless blend of the LSR310S with JBL's LSR305 or LSR308 studio monitors or models from other manufacturers. The external setting bypasses all filtering, allowing use of an external crossover. The special XLF setting activates a 120Hz High Pass Filter in conjunction with a low frequency tuning that approximates the tuning used in club playback systems. Using this setting, the bass output more than doubles and the newly developed woofer/amp combination with protective limiting allow the 310S to produce extended bass output continuously without failure.

The LSR310S joins JBL's exciting 3 Series Powered Studio Monitors, which are capturing rave reviews for their exceptional performance and value.

Presonus Eris Pro Sub10 Active 10" Studio Subwoofer
Cat: 960788 Rel: 13 Sep 23

Active 10" studio subwoofer.
Notes: Intended for serious personal studios and professional music-production environments, the Erisr Pro Sub 10 helps you take charge of the low-frequency foundation of your mix. An ideal companion to Eris Pro- and Eris Studio-series reference monitors, the Eris Pro Sub 10 complements full-range monitors without overshadowing them and extends the reach of your full-range system's low end with a natural sound.

Powerful and musical, the PreSonusr Eris Pro Sub 10 active, front-firing studio subwoofer is designed to deliver fast and accurate transient response, extending low frequencies down to 20 Hz, allowing you to hear the full-spectrum range of your mix. Driven by 170W (RMS) Class AB amplification, the Eris Pro Sub 10's 10-inch, glass-composite, low-frequency driver delivers tight, responsive sub-bass, thanks to its lightweight and rigid cone. This design provides lower distortion than other materials for sub-bass reproduction that's as coherent and clear as your full-range monitors.

Extensive user controls include input gain, continuously variable lowpass filter for creating a seamless crossover transition, and a switchable highpass filter that removes content below 80 Hz from the full-range signal sent to the monitors. A continuously variable lowpass filter (50 Hz to 130 Hz) allows you to create a seamless crossover transition between the full-range studio monitors and subwoofer for the most accurate listening environment possible.

Features

10-inch, front-firing, glass-composite, low-frequency transducer
Front-firing, bass-reflex acoustic port
Continuously variable lowpass filter (50 Hz to 130 Hz) sets the upper frequency reproduced by the subwoofer
Switchable highpass filter removes frequency content below 80 Hz from the full-range subwoofer outputs to the main monitors
Momentary footswitch (included) bypasses the subwoofer, highpass filter, and Sub Out
Input gain control (-30 dB to +6 dB, continuously variable), polarity invert switch, and ground-lift switch
170 watt (RMS), Class AB amplification for up to 113 dB SPL, with a frequency response of 20 to 200 Hz
Left and right, balanced XLR and 14-inch TRS and unbalanced RCA main inputs
Left and right balanced XLR and 14-inch TRS outputs and XLR subwoofer output for connecting a second Eris Pro Sub 10

Versatile connectivity

Erisr Pro Sub 10 subwoofers provide the connections needed to act as the central hub for a basic monitoring setup, including left and right balanced XLR and 14-inch TRS and unbalanced RCA main inputs. Connect full-range monitors with left and right balanced XLR or 14-inch TRS outputs. An XLR subwoofer output lets you connect a second Pro Sub 10.

Seamless system integration

The Erisr Pro Sub 10 integrates seamlessly with your full-range monitors. A variable lowpass filter sets the upper (crossover) frequency reproduced by the subwoofer. A switchable highpass filter on the full-range outputs helps avoid frequency cancellation and reinforcement in the subwoofer's upper range, while a polarity-invert function ensures your system is in phase. A momentary footswitch (included) makes it easy to compare your mix with or without sub-bass frequencies.

Presonus Temblor T10 10" Active Studio Subwoofer
Cat: 538678 Rel: 17 Jun 14

10 inch glass composite powered subwoofer with built in crossover and resonance suppressing enclosure technology
Notes: Great value sub from one of the rising brands in the studio monitor market. 10-inch speaker design reproduces frequencies all the way down to 20 Hz for precise monitoring of bass.

Supplier's notes:
To hear what's really going on at the bottom of your mixes, you need a subwoofer that speaks the truth. The Temblor T10 lets you take charge of the low-frequency foundation of your mix with a combination of quality components and design, plenty of inputs and outputs, and extensive user controls not normally available in this price range.

An ideal companion to Eris and Sceptre active reference monitors, the T10 complements full-range monitors without overshadowing them, extending the reach of your full-range system's low end with a musical and natural approach.
Powerful and musical, Temblor features high-quality components and design that enable it to deliver fast and accurate transient response, extending low frequencies without a hint of "tubbiness" or overshoot.

The Temblor T10 is an active subwoofer with a 10-inch glass-composite driver, built-in crossover, high-temperature voice coil, and damped rubber surround. Its cabinet features a front-firing, bass-reflex acoustic port and optimized, resonance-suppressing internal bracing. The enclosure has integrated rubber feet for stable placement.

In addition to outstanding accuracy and a frequency response that ranges from 20 Hz to 130 Hz, this combination of features enables the subwoofer to produce higher volume - up to 113 dB SPL - with less power than a sealed-box design. But make no mistake; the T10 has plenty of juice: 250 watts of Class AB power.

The result is a subwoofer that delivers accurate, tight low end and outperforms subs costing far more. With Temblor T10, you hear what the foundation of your mix really sounds like so you can produce your best mix from top to bottom.

The T10 provides more user controls than any other subwoofer in its class, enabling seamless integration into your listening environment.

The Temblor T10's extensive user controls include input gain (-30 dB to +6 dB, continuously variable) and a continuously variable low-pass filter (50 Hz to 130 Hz) that let you create a seamless crossover transition between your full-range studio monitors and subwoofer for a more accurate listening environment.

A switchable high-pass filter removes frequency content below 80 Hz from the full-range signal sent from the T10 outputs to the main monitors, avoiding destructive cancellation and reinforcement in the T10's upper range.
The result is a subwoofer that can be adjusted to perfectly complement not only our Sceptre CoActual and Eris active studio monitors but virtually any studio monitor.

The T10 also features a momentary footswitch (included) that bypasses the subwoofer, high-pass filter, and Sub Out. This allows your audio source signal to pass directly through the Temblor T10 to the full-range studio monitors, making comparing your mix with or without sub frequencies quick and easy. This helps to ensure your mix will sound good on a wide variety of systems.

Of course, we didn't forget the "small things" that can make a big difference: polarity invert and a ground-lift switch.

No other subwoofer anywhere close to the Temblor T10's price range offers a comparable selection of inputs and outputs.

The Temblor T10 provides a choice of three input pairs: two sets of balanced inputs (XLR and 1/4" TRS) and one pair of RCA unbalanced inputs. Pairs of inputs are provided in order to accept a stereo signal from your audio source.
When both of the balanced connections are in use, the TRS inputs will take precedence over the XLR inputs. The RCA inputs will sum into either balanced connection.

You get two pairs of balanced outputs: XLR and 1/4" TRS. The full-range signal connected to the stereo inputs on the T10 is passed through to these outputs so you can connect them to your main left and right studio monitors. If the High Pass Filter switch is engaged, frequencies below 80 Hz are not sent from these outputs.

The T10 also has a balanced XLR output that sends the low-frequency signal from the low-pass filter to a second Temblor T10 for the ultimate in smooth low end.
