Review: Gorje Hewe serves up his debut album here on home label All Day I Dream, and it is a perfect fit for Lee Burridge's imprint. By now even passing house fans will know what to expect from this crew - ethereal soundscapes, dreamy pads and whimsical motifs that drift by like tiny insects on a hot day. Plenty of guests help to add subtle details that make the record standout, from longtime label mate Lost Desert on 'Aya,' to M.O.S on the mysterious and energetic 'Amulet.' Amonita, Makebo, and Volen Sentir also feature on three respective tunes and each one adds up to masterfully well paced and delightful organic house for those who like it heady.

Review: Two years on from their last outing of note - the deliciously melodic and atmospheric "Elephants EP" - PHCK returns to All Day I Dream with a surprise debut album. The German trio is in fine form throughout "More Than A Machine", effortlessly moving between the hazy, slow burn dreaminess of glassy-eyed opener "Heaven's Gate", the deep Afro-house shuffle of "Whiteout", the tech-tinged ambient house hypnotism of "A Flock", the chiming melodies and hushed grooves of "Harps" and the hard-to-pigeonhole flex of "Essential Return", where a metronomic drumbeat is overlaid with metallic Indonesian instrumentation and woozy freestyle vocals.

Review: Lee Burridge's All Day I Dream label has one of the most coherent sounds of any imprint going right now. It is music for day time dancing, for lulling you into a reverie and keeping you there for hours on end as clouds drift by through blue skies. He has a fine cast of artists helping him on hi scission and next up with a superb full length is Pippi Ciez. Hailing from Birmingham, the DJ and producer has honed in on a fine organic house sound that is laid bare here across 10 tracks. Featured vocalists help add spiritual layers and the rich percussion is organic while the cuddly beats roll ever deeper.

Review: All Day I Dream is one of the most consistent labels out there. It's a bastion of house to day dream to, or meditate to, or practice yoga to, and now it serves up a winter sampler filled with more such sounds. There are airy delights such as the opener from Somelee, deeper and more cuddly grooves from Evren Ulusoy and those more deriving cuts that are suited to slightly more energetic moments from LEGATO. There is nothing here to surprise anyone but plenty of good quality, reliable house tracks for sets that go deep.

Review: Enduring underground stalwart Lee Burridge has carved out a cosy little space for himself with his dreamy, melancholic house label and party All Day I Dream. It is grown up music that deals in slow-release pleasures, and as the late summer sun throws out its final rays, he treats us to a sampler of recent highlights. Our picks: Squire's "Inimagina", which is an archetypal ADID cut with soft melodies and pillowy drums, YokoO & Retza's "Drifting" for those late, romantic nights thanks to the gooey chords, and Kevin Di Serna x Max & Nim's "Presence" which has the sort of yawning pads that have you craning your neck to the heavens. Along with plenty of other escapist grooves, it all adds up to a comprehensive overview of this cultured little crew.

Review: Lee Burridge is a man who has endured through the ages of house music, always shifting his sound and staying ahead of the game. All Day Dream is arguably his most successful and well known project. Based around the idea of grown up, open air day time partying, with dreamy sounds and melancholic moods, it has turned into label that is now 74 releases and is packed with new talents. That is showcased here on this triple vinyl summer sampler. The grooves are always deep and come coloured with everything from xylophones to new age pads, tropical percussion to minor chords. It's a fine window into this horizontal house world.
