Review: Last year, reborn Miami electro imprint Isophlux raided their vaults and delivered a retrospective of late '90s and early 2000s tracks by label co-founder Shad T Scott under the Gosub alias. Here they continue to mine the archives by reissuing one of his finest EPs to date, 2006's "The Future Is Enslaved". There's plenty of classic cuts to savour throughout, from the Artificial Arm style future funk of "The Chains Of Technology" and the chunkier, Detroit-influenced spacey warmth of "Next To Me", to the spiralling electro bliss of "The Mountain of RU" and the acid-fired Drexciya style headiness of "The Element II (Metal Beast Mix)".

Review: Big one for all the heads this week by Miami electro legend Gosub on his esteemed Isophlux imprint. Prepare for flesh eating tendencies in outer space on the Cosmic Cannibals EP, featuring the aptly titled 'The Depth Charge' a soundtrack to hyper aware martian bloodlust, then transporting the fresh meat back to earth for a preparatory acid bath on 'The Way Home' . Over on the flip, Shad T Scott settles into less confronting subject matter on the deep and soothing lounge vibe of 'The Ratio' featuring a super sensual vocal delivery by one Preston Fulwood, who also provides some velvety keys as well.

Review: Isophlux Records revives a stone cold electro classic from the vaults here with this superbly remastered reissue of Gosub's' Night Mal'ach EP. It is an immersive world of cinematic electro that is dark and moody but always alluring. It was first put put back in 2005 on just 500 black labeled copies but has since become a cult classic from the man born Shad T. Scott . His shadowy soundscapes blending eerie melodies with kinetic drums and iconic tracks like 'Forcequit Your Love,' 'Fuck Satan,' and 'Populated Data Cells' sound as good as ever and will surely win lots of new fans this time round.
