Second time around for 'Bloody Language', a 2014 single from Italian industrial scene veterans Control Unit. Appearing again on translucent green vinyl in an ultra-limited pressing of 100, the record offers a good introduction to the dystopian musical world of the outfit's principle players, guitarist/vocalist Ninni Morgia and synth player/vocalist Silvia Kastel. 'Bloody Language' is raw, fuzzy and intense, with squealing lead guitar solos and Kastel's angry, stylized vocals rising above Nine Inch Nails style riffs and punky drums. It comes accompanied by an even more punk-fuelled bonus cut, 'Alarm', and a freakish post-industrial number on the flip - the beat-free, end-of-days soundscape that is EP highlight 'Forbidden Thoughts'
