More hip hop goodness coming your way from Tuff Kong here with a first ever collaboration by Canadian MC Daniel Son and the producer's crew, Crate Divizion. It was a digital only album first put out in 2015 but now makes its way to vinyl due to popular demand. The vibes are largely early rap and East Coast hip hop, with some nods to giants like Wu-Tang in tracks such as the darkly soulful boom bap of "Trouble Times". Elsewhere you can zone out to the stoner keys of "Son Showers" or sink deep into the slick rhythms of "Almond Butter," which is as smooth as it sounds.
