Following the success of their Robert Owens collaboration "Right Now" Justin Harris and Luke Solomon return to Rebirth with another impressive hook-up. This time it's vocalist 012 - better known as Chicagoan producer Diz - who lends a hand, adding his soulful tones to a cover of Womack & Womack's "Conscious". The original vocal version is a delight, placing 012's vocal atop a bubbling house backdrop that fuses old skool electro, deep house and Chi-town jack to great effect. Henrik Schwartz delivers two fine remixes, too, turning the quirky original into a techy European groover - all hypnotic riffs, tough beats and glacial FX.
