Paris has Dimitri and Milwaukee has Richard! Milwaukee based producer Richard Galling returns to the Jolly Jams label with the Free Love EP having debuted in fine style with last year's Better Off 12". The penchant for glistening disco shown on that Jolly Jams debut is retained here, with Galling enlisting the vocal talents of Porchia Strapp to lend "Free Love" an extra dimension. Musically it's faultless, with Galling's live instrumentation and subtle rhythmic arrangements treated with all manner of overdubs and delay - the errant saxophone is an especially nice touch! It's backed with two superb remixes from Dr Dunks and Fernando - the new bassline on the latter's Dub version is particularly memorable!
