The vinyl-only Fried Tofu label launches with four discoid edits ripe for the d-floor. The label's ethos revolves around pressing up organic-sounding edits, eschewing the modern tendency to compress the hell out of everything, and it's one we admire here at Juno Towers. "Let's Make Love!" opens with a punk-funk sturt that brings to mind Justine & The Victorian Punks, while the playful riffage, low slung bass, lovely organ and pleasing Latin shuffle of "Change For Better" marks it out at the Juno pick of the bunch. Flip over for "Love Is What" and "Finally", with the latter's mid-tempo soulisms standing out most. Already packed in the record bags of San Soda and Jamie 326 - don't sleep!
