What can be said about Kerri Chandler that hasn't already been said? The man is one of the greats of contemporary House music, a true legend & one of the most hard working & consistent producers out there today... "Trionisphere", his (second) LP from 2003 has it all, those gritty drums, the deep Garage groove, the church feeling that influences so much of his sound & those bass-lines that he's renowned for are all here, not forgetting the outstanding vocal performances from his long-time collaborator Dee Dee Brave amongst a cast of other guests.
The sounds on the LP are wide ranging, from the uplifting Latin swing of "Ye Yo Ma (Mother)" to the sparse, pacey, heads down House of "It's You" we're treated to a glimpse into Mr.Chandler's sound world across 2 x 12"s & we all know that can only be a good thing! "Trionisphere" has always been a fond favourite with House aficionados around the world & hasn't been available for a little while... Until now!
