The Body Language EP vinyl

Dopeness Galore have been knocking it out the park for the best part of a year, with killer plates from Inkswel, Rahaan, Andras Foxx and label mainstay Kid Sublime ensuring they are perhaps one of Amsterdam's most unsung operations. The Sublime one is at the helm once more on the Body Language EP that builds on the crisp, heavy jacking approach of his previous Dopeness Galore release, appealing to fans of early M.A.W, Mike Dunn and Moodymann. Lead track "Mr Hanz" is a highlight and most reminiscent of Dunn with a spoken word vocal riding the bumpy house rhythms that are complemented by the sort of eyebrow raising samples that Sublime may have sourced from a field recording trip to Amsterdam's Red Light District.
