Ulithi opens in a gloriously serene funk courtesy of LK, who pushes deep house right to the edge of consciousness with "Untitled". Shanahan & Lynch rise to the challenge and head even further out into ambient pastures with the ethereal pulse of "Ask", before Duijn & Douglas whip up a hypnotic cycle of chords and rhythms for the deep end of the night. Omar Santis and VGAV maintain the mellow disposition of the record perfectly, leaving you with five fresh, thoughtful variations on gentle house and techno.
