After almost two years break, Niccolo Cupo returns with his Panta Rhei imprint. He's brought some company along to celebrate, too, as Rose Records' Martin Hayes takes over the A with a brilliantly dusty, jaunty, organ-flecked deep house chugger that opens out with Chandler-style charm. Flip-wise Cupo regains the reins with "Filius", a languid moment of sonic luxury that takes off exactly where "Subsolanus" left us... Total chilled emotion in a swampy pool of humid slo-mo soul. Let's hope we don't have to wait two years for the next Panta excursion.
