Oz specific imprint Ken Oath return with more colloquialisms from down under - this time courtesy of debutante Rino Cacciatore aka Midnight Tenderness from Melbourne. He is one half of Turner St Sound, in addition to being a member of the local Loose Joints collective. He serves up the label's seventh release which is the Refresco EP. It features four cuts of late night deep house that are as smooth and sultry as you like it. As heard on the title track and the emotive nu-jazz of "Terme" (reminiscent of early Atjazz) rounding up the A side. On the flip, we have the slo-mo, neon-lit boogie down jam that is "Hydra" brining this fine EP to a close.
