NHK yx Koyken has built up a pretty illustrative discography thus far, with an impressive roster of EPs for the like of PAN, Diagonal and LIES having led him to land on the mighty DFA imprint. As you'd expect, Exit Entrance is a vast and compelling collection of tunes with one objective in common - to unleash a murderous slew of wonky, out-of-this-earth techno. Unlike his previous releases, which verged on much more direct dance territories, this new LP has a lot more room for exploration and experimentation, taking us through 8 wild slices of electronics for those wishing to breathe some life into their DJ sets. Don't expect straight, party-ready tracks, because NHK is one of the few who can truly deliver a bit of outsiderism.
