After several self-released titles, Night Works joined the esteemed company of Azari & III on the Loose Lips label for his debut album Urban Heat Island. A further example of the high regard for that album and Night Works in general is demonstrated with this pair of remixes from Erol Alkan and Daniel Avery on the former's Phantasy Sound label. Erol Alkan uses the whimsical lyrics of "Long Forgotten Boy" to turn the track into something euphoric, with happy synths surrounding drawn out vocals wet in reverb, while Avery devilishly moulds "The Evening Time" into something more sinister with spooky clave work and a viscously flaring lead.
