After the family affair of the last Hour House Is Your Rush twelve, the focus remains in Chicago with Ricardo Miranda stepping up and imploring us to "do the damn thing"! If the Howard collaboration was soaked in emotion, then Miranda's is definitely drenched with sweaty energy as "Floorwax" proves to be an intoxicatingly simple yet effective acid filled odyssey. Miranda seemingly strips things back further on the B Side with "Redline" commencing with little more than a raw throbbing beat which gradually teases out a dizzying acid pulse. Just when your brain has locked into gear, Miranda opts to drop in some utopian strings which are the impulse for a massive shift in rhythmic momentum!
