1983's Invisible Voices by Rudiger Lorenz had never received a reissue treatment since its original release, and even that was limited to 500 copies back then! Anthology have come through correct on this collector's item, one which can only be described as proto-techno music. Some of the tracks are so ahead of its time that even we couldn't believe that is was made in the early 80's. "Between The Times", for instance, filters and sweeps its way through terse beats much like Optical or Matrix's d&b classics, whereas other tracks like "Out Of The Past" could have been made by the likes of Aphex Twin. Could it even be him? Probably not, but what is for sure is that you can't possibly miss this. Wonderful stuff.
