Holland's Field Records have proven to be consistent in their last seven years of existence with a string of killer releases, proving they're always on the pulse of the contemporary techno sound. This time recruiting Swede Staffan Linzatti, following up great releases on his own Searchlights Records and Lenny Posso's Chronicle. Fans of bleep techno indebted to Axis or Sahko should seriously pay attention! Starting off with the Millsian surrealism of "Madness" he gets stuck in straight after, with the haunting hypnotism of "Lost" and the deep sonar transmissions of "The Only Thing Greater Is Simpler". On the flip "Control Room Failure" captures the adrenalised fear of said technological disaster perfectly and the totally majestic "Who Knows Where To Go" is one of the most impressive tributes to the Jeff Mills sound we've heard of late.
