Brussels-based but France-born Strapontin is a composer and visual artist as well as being a producer, performer, and DJ. His new EP is actually quite old - it took three years of production and was then delayed another year by Covid. But no matter when this had landed, it would stand out. It's dark, brooding electronic music that spans techno, new wave, disco and house to come up with new forms of body music. Though making a slight move away from the dance floor, these tuns will still bang in the right place at the right time.
