The Super Biton is an orchestra that has exist since the 60s. It is a powerful driving force behind the sounds of many cities in Africa and always incorporate and amplified brass instruments, electric guitars and plenty more. Influences from Cuba can be heard in their work while congas and bongos further deepen the sound and strike a perfect balance between the traditional and the modern. This superb collection of jams across two 12"s in spot-varnished sleeves takes in seductive jazz-tinged rhythms with bigger, funkier beats and plenty in between.
