After a string of stay-in-bed sojourns on Cadet, Chicago poet Callier took a scenic trip for his fifth album. Still hitting the heart with heavy sentiment at points ("Butterfly"), there's a much more widescreen vista of the relevant sounds of the late 70s. As a result we're hit with footloose rock "Street Fever" glimmering rare groove "Holdin' On (To Your Love)" and floor-trampling sing-along gospel disco "Disco In The Sky" A pivotal release for Callier that's stood the test of time much more than its critics at the time would ever imagine.
