Hold on tight for this first transmission from new funk label The Influence from US It kicks off with a limited edition blue 7" featuring a pair of tunes that are built on big funky breaks. The Cowbell Brothers open up with 'Too Hot to Handle' which is a super cool joint with smooth bars over leggy drums and nice breaks. On the flipside is The Jazz Souls classic 'Inner City Chill' which features a number of well-worn samples that you will recognise and are sure to still vibe off. This is a great start to what is sure to be a top label.
