Will Azada's The Contrast receives a second pressing by the Finale Sessions imprint - a label housing output from Fred P, Luke Hess and Santiago Salazar. It's also the way deep house should be; deep and dubby with no signs of pretence or mockery. If the genre dub house is ever seriously coined to explain tracks that fall somewhere between deep house and dub techno, than "Sleazy" - with its heads down groove - is it. "Divine" is a little more upbeat and dancey, as continuously reforming filters suck and pump throughout its mix. Title track "The Contrast" is the housiest of the three productions and features indecipherable and conversationally sung vocals that add some sultry and danceable swing to a pleasurable plateaus track.
