Review: Grammy Award-nominated songwriter, producer, and performer Maggie Rogers unveils her third studio album, Don't Forget Me, via Capitol Records, to her dedicated and eager fan base. It finds her collaborating with Ian Fitchuk who is known for his work with Kacey Musgraves and Maren Morris at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, and Rogers has co-produced and co-written eight of the album's ten tracks. It is a record that exudes a comforting warmth akin to a lazy Sunday afternoon - think well-worn denim, a leisurely drive in your favoorite car. It's pure understated elegance, classic yet contemporary, with many timeless pieces all feeling vintage yet not overly Americana in vibe.

Review: The Rolling Stones are arguably one not only the most iconic rock bands of all time but also considered legendary performers as well. Review: Punctuation aside, The Rolling Stones set a precedent with Get Yer Ya Ya's Out. At the time, concert albums were still something of a novel ideal, but when the iconic British rock 'n' rollers unleashed this it proved to the industry just how much people wanted on-stage magic captured for posterity. The first live record to hit number one in the UK charts, it was recorded at shows in New York City and Baltimore in 1969, just ahead of the landmark Let It Bleed LP arriving. It also proves the power of a bootleg, with an unofficial record, Live'r Then You'll Ever Be, reportedly persuading the band's then-label, Decca, to cash in on the clear demand for the group's exceptional live show, on vinyl. Captured on their first tour with Mick Taylor, Brian Jones having left, it presents the outfit as they sounded at the very top of their game - energetic, rule breaking, and packed with the soul of blues six stringers.

Review: Repressed to vinyl for the first time since its initial 1991 release, An Eye For The Main Chance was the iconic debut album from homegrown gothic rock new wavers Rosetta Stone. Landing on very appropriate purple vinyl to compliment its iconic artwork, the LP sways with the reverberated, frosted jangling guitar work that served as staple of the late 80s scene, yet evokes a sultry sinister air that would pave the way for their darker, industrial-tinged coldwave experiments. Melancholic, hypnotic and playful in equal measure, this quintessential slice of coldwave goth rock is a classic forgotten to time, and now that vacant, pining spot on your shelf can be fulfilled without taking out a mortgage for an original pressing flipped to high heaven. Be warned, however, act fast or copies of this long overdue repress will suffer a similar fate.
