60-voice polyphonic wavetable desktop synthesiser
Notes: All the features of the Modwave MkII in a compact 4U 19" desktop/rackmount package. Modwave builds on the legacy of Korg's DW-8000 and transforms it into a modern monster synth, featuring incredibly deep wavetable oscillators, gorgeous filters, wildly flexible modulation, unmatched polyphony, comprehensive pattern sequencing, and immediately satisfying hands-on control to deliver unique, powerful, and easily customizable sounds and phrases.

Like Modwave MkII, the Modwave Module provides an astonishing 60 stereo voices of polyphony - almost double the original Modwave's 32, and an unprecedented number for a wavetable synth at any price. The new 4U rack-mount enclosure has the same controls as the keyboard models, yet is easily transportable and fits neatly into any studio or desktop production system.

Responding to user requests, Korg have updated all LFOs with options for free running, delayed start, and retriggering. Korg have also added a pre/post switch for reverb sends, new modulation sources, and more.

The Modwave Module is fully compatible with the sounds and samples of the original Modwave, Modwave Mk II, and Modwave Native software, as well as many third-party libraries. MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch Support

With the latest software updates, all models of Modwave, hardware and software, now support MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and easy access to Polyphonic Aftertouch - making them excellent companions to the Korg Keystage controller.

Rack-Mount and Desktop

The Modwave Module is cleverly designed for both desktop and rack-mount use. The panel is redesigned to fit into a standard 19" width, and the rear jack panel is recessed to allow easy access to cables even with gear mounted directly above. With desktop setups, brackets offer a choice of panel angles: flatter for performing standing up, or more upright for working while seated in your studio.

64-voice polyphonic altered FM desktop synthesiser
Notes: A new modular model that revolutionizes the music production environment.

Opsix Module is a digital synth like no other. The Opsix Operator Mixer simplified FM synthesis for the first time, making it not just comprehensible but also controllable. With the addition of extra synthesis capabilities and programming, it offered a more efficient workflow and an even richer sound.

Now, Korg has created a new form of Opsix, the module. This model supports MIDI 2.0 property exchange and poly aftertouch, and is an excellent companion to Keystage. It's also fully compatible with the sounds of the original Opsix, Opsix mk II, Opsix SE, and Opsix native software, as well as numerous excellent third-party libraries, keeping the updated sounds and software fresh. The new 19" rack-mountable enclosure has the same controls as the keyed models, yet is easily transportable and fits neatly into any studio or desktop production system.

MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch support

With the latest software updates, all models of Opsix, hardware and software, now support MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange. Hundreds of the original factory sounds have been updated to include Polyphonic Aftertouch modulation (Channel Aftertouch is supported as well). All of this makes the Opsix module an excellent companion to KORG's Keystage controller.

Rack-Mount and Desktop

The Opsix module is cleverly designed for both desktop and rack-mount use. The panel is redesigned to fit into a standard 19" width, and the rear jack panel is recessed to allow easy access to cables even with gear mounted directly above. With desktop setups, brackets offer a choice of panel angles: flatter for performing standing up, or more upright for working while seated in your studio.

Many musicians have requested a module version of the Opsix. Now that components are once again available after a long period of supply-chain disruption, KORG is pleased to make that request a reality.

96-voice polyphonic wave sequencing desktop synthesiser
Notes: A new modular model that makes a big difference in the music production environment.

Introducing the Wavestate module - all of the features of the Wavestate mkII in a compact 19" desktop/rackmount package.

In 2020, the acclaimed Wavestate brought KORG's Wave Sequencing to the next level. Featuring the radically re-imagined Wave Sequencing 2.0, the Wavestate delivers astonishing, ever-changing sounds with extensive hands-on control. Far from a nostalgic reissue, the Wavestate was designed from the ground up for a new generation of musicians, producers, and composers, taking cues from sources as diverse as modular synths, groove boxes, and algorithmic composition.

120 voices of polyphony, updated LFOs, and more

Taking full advantage of both a new enclosure design and new processing hardware, the Wavestate module provides an impressive 120 stereo voices of polyphony. The new 4U rack-mount enclosure has the same controls as the keyboard models, yet is easily transportable and fits neatly into any studio or desktop production system.

Responding to user requests, we've also updated all LFOs with options for free running, delayed start, and retriggering, added new modulation sources, and more. A software update will also be available for the original Wavestate.

The Wavestate module is fully compatible with the sounds and samples of the original Wavestate, Wavestate mk II, Wavestate SE, and Wavestate native software, as well as many excellent third-party libraries.

18-key, 8-step sequencer synthesiser with effects
Notes: Build it, tweak it, connect it; a world of synthesis at your fingertips!

The compact and incredibly powerful NTS-1 is back with an array of new features, a refreshed interface and more customization options than ever before.

Boasting a new keyboard, built-in sequencer, fresh sounds, and expanded MIDI capabilities, the NTS-1 mkII packs a gigantic set of features in the palm of your hand.

Powered by an even more powerful processor than its predecessor, the NTS-1 mkII unlocks its full potential and welcomes a new wave of custom content through its upgraded logueSDK.

This DIY synth and effects unit is not just powerful but also versatile, a must-have tool for both studio and stage.

New Multitouch keyboard

The NTS-1 mkII boasts a new 18-key multitouch keyboard, substituting the ribbon controller of the first generation, for precise playing and sequencing. This upgrade unlocks the ability to send MIDI note messages polyphonically, opening the doors to custom oscillators and effects leveraging the paraphonic potential of the NTS-1.

The centre of your performance

In addition to a powerful arpeggiator, the new 8-step sequencer opens a whole new world of musical possibilities. With live and step recording modes (with per-note gate length and velocity settings) available in combination with its new keyboard and easy octave switch, the NTS-1 mkII provides an intuitive and seamless performance experience.

The NTS-1 mkII takes the sting out of forgetting your creative sparks. A new autosave function recalls all the parameters used in your last performance, including the step sequencer data, so you can pick up right where you left off. No more struggling to remember knob tweaks and pattern edits!

But that's not all! NTS-1 mkII has a MIDI OUT output so you can use its internal sequencer to control other gear in your setup.

Powerful new engine, sounds and effects
NTS-1 mkII is an extremely powerful, flexible and fun-to-explore synth. While retaining the versatile features of its predecessor, this new iteration adds an array of new sounds, including new oscillator types and modulation possibilities, using its Audio IN signal as a modulation source to create FM, AM or RING sounds.

The NTS-1 mkII is also an incredibly capable and expandable FX unit. In the mkII, we added many new Modulation (distortion, fuzz...), Delay (tape delay, BPM synced delays...) and Reverb effects, as well as handy oscillator OFF and Filter THRU functions, making it a uniquely versatile piece of gear that will cover all your needs at home or on stage.

Expanded connectivity

Integrating the NTS-1 mkII is now easier than ever. In addition to the SYNC IN/OUT and MIDI IN, we've added a new MIDI OUT output for seamless connection and expanded performance possibilities with other gear. On top of that, most parameters on NTS-1 mkII have been made MIDI CC compatible for deeper control.

It is also now powered through a new USB-C bus.

Even more DIY fun

The new NTS-1 mkII retains the DIY kit format from the original, and offers new customization options with reversible anodized silver and metallic black side panels. And don't worry, we've kept the same form factor and dimensions as its predecessor meaning custom sides, stands and other custom parts will still fit!

A new and more powerful logueSDK

Powered by a new chip, the NTS-1 mkII has expanded processing power, making complex effects and oscillators more possible than ever before. A new development API is available for developers on Github.

Customization and 3D data

Thanks to its DIY nature and open design, the NTS-1 mkII is a highly customizable synthesizer that you can modify in several ways. In addition to the open source logueSDK that allows users to build their own custom oscillators and effects, the hardware of the NTS-1 mkII can also be physically modified cosmetically and functionally. To help you get started with physical customization, we are providing the necessary schematics and instructions to personalize your NTS-1 mkII in many different ways!

Free bundle of music software

The NTS-1 mkII comes with a diverse variety of music software from Izotope including "Ozone Elements" which lets you not only create songs but also master them using AI, "Skoove" which will help you improve your keyboard playing skills, "Reason Lite" DAW software, as well as software synths from KORG and other brands.

In other words, the moment you get your hands on this synthesizer you'll have a variety of tools to help you take your music to the next level.

4-channel oscilloscope.
Notes: Easy self-assembly for Korg's intuitive oscilloscope, part of the Nu:Tekt range. Surprisingly useful as a tool for visualising sounds, dialling in synth patches and understanding how sound works.

Supplier's Notes:
The ultimate toolkit for the modern musician

The Nu:Tekt NTS-2 oscilloscope kit is a DIY multifunctional tool for musicians. Building on a 4-channel oscilloscope - monitoring control voltage (CV) and audio signals alike - NTS-2 also packs a flexible waveform generator, a spectrum analyser, and tuner functionality into a
build-it-yourself device which fits in the palm of your hand!

The NTS-2 kit is compact and easy to assemble with no soldering required, but don't let its size fool you - it packs a real punch!

It's an oscilloscope, tuner, FFT, and spectrum analyser that is accurate, intuitive, and incredibly useful. But that's not all - using its dual stereo IN, dual stereo THRU/OUT, and two separate OUTPUTs, you can wire it into your synth rig and use its dual waveform generators to give yourself an extra pair of oscillators or LFOs!

4 channel oscilloscope
FFT/Spectrum Analyser
Duel Waveform Generator
Tuner
Powerful connectivity

4 channel oscilloscope

With dual stereo inputs, you can visualise up to four signals at once, comparing and overlapping them with ease. A variety of display modes let you choose how you see your data, while the user interface is clear and quick, thanks to its dedicated menu buttons and clickable encoder knob, and 240 x 320 pixel 2.8" colour LCD screen. NTS-2 even has a powerful "Lissajous" mode - opening the door to creativity and making it possible to visualise widely available oscilloscope art, for extra fun with your device.

Dual Waveform Generator

A flexible Wave Generator mode provides 2 oscillators with dedicated outputs. Each oscillator can create a variety of waveforms - sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, pulse, and noise - whose shape and phase can be adjusted to suit many applications. These sounds can be used in the audio range or as control voltage sources, and they can be set to cycle continuously or act as one-shot impulses; that means you can turn them into LFOs, envelopes, triggers, and control voltage generators, as well as sound sources. Attaching the NTS-2 to any patchable synthesizer instantly expands its power.

FFT/Spectrum Analyser

NTS-2 also comes with a dedicated FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) mode with a real-time spectrum analyser.

Tuner

This multi-functional utility kit wouldn't be complete without a precise and easy-to-use tuner with multiple display modes.

Powerful connectivity

The NTS-2 offers many ways to connect to your rig. Alongside its 4-channel input and dual waveform output features, its dual stereo THRU/OUT ports enable you to keep it wired into your system, rather than constantly plugging and unplugging cables. NTS-2 lets you maintain your signal flow at all times - even when powered off. NTS-2 maximizes portability and flexibility by using either batteries or a USB-C power supply.

60-voice polyphonic 37-key wavetable keybaord synthesiser
Notes: Second-generation version of Korg's superb ModWave synth, building on the legacy of the iconic Wavestation with 60-voice polyphony, Kaoss Physics and Motion Sequencing 2.0.

Supplier's Notes:
Modwave is a synthesis powerhouse with distinctive wavetable timbres, Kaoss Physics, and Motion Sequencing 2.0. The new Modwave mkII provides an astonishing 60 voices of polyphony almost double that of the original Modwave. All LFOs have been updated with options for free running, delayed start, and retriggering, and a pre/post switch for reverb sends has been added, alongside new modulation sources, and more.

Modern monster synth

In 1985, Korg introduced the DW-8000 - a synth which combined digital wavetables with rich analogue filters to give users sounds which were impossible to create with analogue oscillators.

Modwave builds on the DW legacy, transforming it into a modern monster synth, featuring incredibly deep wavetable oscillators, gorgeous filters, wildly flexible modulation, unmatched polyphony, comprehensive pattern sequencing, and immediately satisfying hands-on control to deliver unique, powerful, and easily customizable sounds and phrases.

Over 200 factory wavetables each contain up to 64 waveforms. 30+ Modifiers can be used to change their basic character, and 13 Morph Types to process them in real-time. Using the unique, realtime A/B Blend, it's possible to create new hybrids from any two wavetables.

Expanded possibilities

Modwave can be expanded by importing new wavetables using the free Editor/Librarian software. There are many free and commercial wavetable libraries in the standard Serum format, or you can create your own using the free, cross-platform WaveEdit software (available in a custom version for the Modwave). Wavetables can be layered with samples from the built-in, multi-gigabyte PCM library, or import your own 4 GB of samples using the Sample Builder software.

Each Program has two full-featured wavetable oscillators, plus a sub oscillator/noise generator and any of a dozen stereo filter types, including the aggressive MS-20, sweet Polysix, and the newly enhanced Multi Filter. Animate almost any parameter using the massively flexible modulation system, with four triggerable envelopes, five LFOs, dual mod processors and two key-track generators-plus multi-lane Motion Sequencing and Kaoss Physics.

Even with all that synthesis power, playing up to four simultaneous wavetables per voice in a single Program, the Modwave mkII achieves 60-voice polyphony, incredible for a wavetable synth. Layer two Programs together for double the possibilities.

KAOSS in motion

Modwave introduced two unique new tools for creating dynamic motion: Kaoss Physics and Motion Sequencing 2.0. KaossPhysics combines an x/y Kaoss pad with modulatable game physics to create a responsive, interactive controller that is extraordinarily powerful.

Motion Sequencing 2.0 brings the organic, continuously evolving patterns of the Wavestate Wave Sequencing 2.0 into the world of motion sequencing, including multiple lanes and real-time recording to help you create complex and evolving phrases that other step sequencers cannot.

Modwave's evolved wavetable synthesis delivers its own brand of completely unique sounds and a knob-per-function layout that makes customizing those sounds fast and easy. There are hundreds of preset sounds empowered by this new architecture, organised by front-panel category buttons, and all instantly customizable via the four Mod Knobs. Modwave'sdistinctive wavetable timbres start with aggressive basses & leads, and lush ambient pads which will add a new dimension to your tracks. But that is just the beginning.

Those who want to dig deeper will find an endless source of discovery; with the Modwave's unique synth architecture, you'll be finding new things for a long, long time. Save as many of your sounds as you like; there's room for thousands more. You can also load your own samples, import wavetables in standard formats, and create your own wavetables using the free WaveEditsoftware.

KAOSS Physics

Kaoss Physics models a ball rolling on a surface and bouncing off walls. The surface can tilt in any direction, and a bump with variable height/depth and location attracts or repels the ball. Adjustable friction slows the ball's travel, and adjustable time controls the speed of the entire model. All of these characteristics are modulatable, so you can change them in real-time!

Start the ball by flicking a finger on the x/y pad, or launch the ball automatically using another modulation source. You can even directly control the ball by holding your finger on the pad. The position of the ball produces eight modulation signals, which can be used to control any modulation destination: the X and Y locations, the distance from the centre, the angle relative to the X axis, and separate signals for +/- X and +/- Y.

Walls can slow down the ball, as if they were padded, or accelerate the ball, like bumpers in a pinball machine. The walls can also be removed entirely, so that the surface wraps around to the opposite edges like a vintage arcade game.
The modelled environment can create specific modulation effects. For instance, use a centered bump with negative height so that the modulation values always eventually return to 0. Or, position a bump with positive height on a side or a corner, to push modulation values away from that zone.

The result is an interactive controller that amplifies your physical gestures, transforming them into complex musical results.

Motion Sequencing 2.0

Motion Sequencing 2.0 is evolved from the Wavestate's Wave Sequencing 2.0. Timing, Pitch, Shape, and four sets of Step Sequence values are separated into "Lanes," each with their own loop start and loop end, adding a deeper, more customizable level of phrase and modulation recording.

Every time the sequence moves forward, the individual Lanes are combined to create the output. For instance, a step sequence value may be matched with a different duration, pitch, and shape every time that it plays. You can modulate each Lane's loop points separately for every note, using velocity, LFOs, envelopes, Mod Knobs, or other controllers. Each note in a chord can be playing something different!

Lanes can also randomize the step order every time they play. Finally, individual steps can be randomly skipped, with a modulatable probability from 0 to 100%. The result is organic, ever-changing sounds that respond to your control. The dual onboard arpeggiators can interact with Motion Sequences for even more possibilities.

Wavetables

Wavetables are sets of single-cycle digital waveforms, arranged in a specific order. The wavetable's "position" determines which waveform is played. Moving the position with an envelope, LFO, or other modulation source creates subtle or dramatic changes in timbre. Some wavetable systems switch abruptly from one waveform to another; others crossfade smoothly between them. Modwave can do either one.

Modifers

Use over 30 Modifiers to alter the character of any wavetable at load time. For instance, isolate the odd or even harmonics, add weight through anti-aliased quantization or saturation, or revisit the gritty character of old-school wavetable synths with the Vintage 8 & 12 options.

Morph

The 13 Morph Types let you stretch, squeeze, reflect, and otherwise alter the wavetables in real-time, changing their timbre andiwhen modulatedicreating additional motion in the sound. Sync creates classic swept-sync timbres, using only a single oscillator. Three special Morph TypesiFM, AM, and Ring Modimodulate Osc 2 with Osc 1, and the last two even apply to samples.

A/B Blend

Using the unique A/B mode, oscillators can blend any two wavetables with phase-synchronous precisionidifferent from simply layering voicesiopening up a dimension of intermediate waveforms. Add body to otherwise "thin" waveforms, for instance, or a touch of sizzle to a mellow timbre. Even fade between two different "modifier" versions of the same wavetable. A/B Blend can be modulated in real-time, of course.

Or, step outside the box with Korg's unique Multi Filter, which creates modulatable blends of multiple modes simultaneously - now with presets on a front panel knob, for easier exploration of its many possibilities.

An arsenal of effects

Modwave's superb effects deliver production-ready sounds. Each Layer has three dedicated effects, plus a send to the Performance's master reverb, followed by a master parametric EQ. Along with standards such as compressors, EQs, choruses, flangers, phasers, and stereo delays, you'll find distinctive processors such as the Wave Shaper, Talking Modulator, Reverse Delay, Multiband Mod Delay, and Overb (from the OASYS and Kronos), plus modeled effects including VOX guitar amps, VOX wah, multi-head tape echo, and a collection of classic guitar pedals.

Analog synthesiser with all-new synthesis structure optimized for monophonic sounds & sequences - black
Notes: Next-generation monophonic analog synthesizer in a vivid five-colour line-up:
Fully programmable, analog synthesis for all players; monologue is the next-generation monophonic synthesizer that shares the spirit of the acclaimed minilogue, with a completely new voice and powerful new features.

The monologue is a 25-key, fully programmable monophonic analog synthesizer with a voice all its own. While sharing its sleek layout, knob-per-function workflow and high-quality construction with the best-selling minilogue, monologue is a truly unique new synth for all types of musicians; featuring new voicing and sound sculpting abilities - at an amazing price. The monologue's completely new filter, modulation, drive, and LFO can generate powerful basses and sharp leads, creating awesome mono sounds that showcase its single-voice design. The step sequencer has also been dramatically expanded, allowing more intuitive and more complex editing. With a line-up that gives you a choice of five eye-catching colours, this compact instrument has a strong personality to match your own.

Redesigned monophonic analog circuitry:
The monologue contains monophonic analog synthesizer circuitry that builds on the circuitry of the minilogue. But that doesn't mean that the monologue is simply a one-voice model of the minilogue. It's a monophonic beast with stunning power that comes from a redesigned envelope section, modulation routing, and a filter with powerful low-end punch.

The structure is 2VCO, 1VCF, 1EG, 1VCA, and 1LFO. In addition to the same distinctive circuits as on the minilogue (such as the wave shaping that shapes the overtones of the oscillator, and a sync/ring switch), the filter section uses a two-pole filter to deliver aggressive sound. Newly featured is a drive circuit that adds overtones and distortion to the sound, letting you generate fat basses and sharp lead sounds to your heart's content. The LFO rate can be adjusted into an unprecedentedly ultra-high-speed range to generate crazy space-shattering sounds, or switched to one-shot mode to act, in a sense, as an additional envelope.

Fully programmable:
The monologue goes beyond analog synths in its price range by adding 100 preset locations. Select a program for instant access to great sounds - - ranging from thick basses to deep subs to brilliant cutting leads and even percussive sequences. No need to have deep synthesis knowledge; just choose a sound and tweak - a workflow that is very familiar with musicians today. Built-in programs provide 80 preset sounds and sequences made by creative artists around the world including legendary electronic artist Aphex Twin, plus 20 user locations for saving custom sounds.

16-step sequencer for highly-evolved motion sequences:
The step sequencer of the monologue has been significantly enhanced to deliver musical, complex rhythms that are easy to capture, see, and edit. It supports both real-time recording with overdubbing capability as well as step recording that lets you record simply by pressing keys in the desired order, and you can also use the 16 physical buttons for quick editing or for improvisatory performance. The motion sequence function lets you record up to four knob movements to apply time-varying change to the sound, and allows you to record not only continuously changing values as on previous models, but also values with step-wise variation. Since it's designed to let you create different sounds at each step, you can make unprecedented sequences, such as a sequence that generates a drum pattern from a single program.

There's also a key trigger function that lets you play back a sequence while you hold down a key, and even transpose it. Another new function is slide, which can be used to produce smooth bass lines by specifying portamento for each step.

Battery-powered analog:
From smooth curves to muscular straight lines. The stylish visuals featuring aluminium and wood are inherited directly from the minilogue, but have been modified to a straight, direct design that bespeaks the power of a monophonic instrument. In spite of its stout construction, the compact and light-weight body is only 1.7 kg / 3.78 lbs., providing an unprecedented combination of toughness and portability.

In addition, unlike most analog synthesizers in its class, the monologue can operate on batteries. Even if you're a hardware performer who uses numerous units, you won't need to worry about providing additional power supplies and installation space.

Sync with Audio Sync:
In addition to 5-pin In/Out and USB MIDI, monologue includes Audio Sync connectivity, which allows it to play in time and integrate seamlessly with KORG volcas, electribes, minilogue and SQ-1. Use the monologue with your DAW as a USB MIDI controller or a versatile analog voice. Send clock over USB and use Audio Sync to chain monologue's clock to other Audio Sync-equipped products.

Korg Monotron-Delay Analogue Ribbon Synthesiser
Cat: 440156 Rel: 04 Feb 12 • View all Synthesisers

Analogue ribbon portable synthesiser with delay effects
Notes: A good delay was an essential part of the classic analog synthesizer sound. More often than not, that delay came from a tape-style echo machine until affordable digital delays were created. The Monotron Delay is an analog synthesizer optimized for sound effects. In addition to its analog oscillator, filter and LFO, it also provides a space delay that's indispensible for swooping, cosmic sounds. The monotron Delay even reproduces the pitch changes that occur when you vary the delay time, just as though you were using an analog tape echo. This fat and warm delay will add an authentic edge to your analog sounds.

It also features Korg's class VCF filter for full control over your sounds. The distinctive tone of an analog filter (VCF) can dramatically alter and enrich the sound. The Monotron Delay uses the same highly acclaimed VCF circuit as Korg's classic MS-10 and MS-20 semi modular synthesizers. Originally released over 30 years ago, these instruments are still coveted today for their aggressive, dynamic filters. The VCF Cutoff knob sets the frequency or tone of the filter; the VCF Peak knob adds emphasis. A powerful filter is an essential aspect of any analog synthesizer, applying dramatic tonal changes to the sound, and projecting an intense personality that will stand out in any live performance.

Create classic sounding analogue tape delays to add warms and new dimensions to your synth sounds. Also included is Korg's fantastic enhanced ribbon controller keyboard, while a mini jack input also allows you to run any external audio, such as a Kaossilator, digital piano or guitar, through the Monotron Duo. As standard, the Monotron range comes with a powerful built-in speakers and is battery operated for the ultimate portable experience.

The Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO) waveform used to modulate the pitch now offers a choice of waveshapes, which is a new square wave plus the traditional triangle wave. Both the rate (speed) and the intensity (depth) can be adjusted independently. In addition, a trimpot on the back panel can continuously adjust the shape/direction of the triangle wave or the pulse-width of the square wave to deliver even more versatility. Used in conjunction with the delay, the LFO can create dazzling effects and provide unique possibilities for embellishing your songs.

The Monotron Delay's ribbon controller keyboard features a wide, 4-octave range. This design allows the pitch to be controlled even more aggressively and dynamically, making the Monotron Delay a great weapon for a DJ to get the floor moving with irresistible sound. The reversed white keys and body adornments glows under black light illumination, making the monotron Delay ideal for delivering a striking visual impact in nearly any club environment.

The input jack (AUX input) built into the Monotron Delay's compact body allow you to place any audio source into the Monotron Delay's signal path, directly before the analog filter and delay circuit. This provides a great way to connect a Kaossilator, a guitar, or a digital audio player to the Monotron and enjoy tone-bending filter and delay effect.

A miniature speaker is built into the Monotron Delay. Along with the battery operation and compact size, this feature allows you to enjoy the share the Monotron Delay's analog synthesis sound with your friends, anywhere, at any time. There's also a headphone output that you can use when practicing in private, creating sounds at home, recording, or for connecting to an amplifier or PA system.

Desktop module version of the now classic synth
Notes: A whooooole lot of synth power for the money, building on the original Minilogue's analogue platform with a load of added digital features. Hard to think of many more versatile synth modules.

Supplier notes:
Minilogue XD module is the new desktop module version of Minilogue XD, the four-voice polyphonic analogue synthesiser with a customizable digital multi-engine and built-in stereo digital effects.

The desktop module is equipped with the same controllers as the keyboard version, making it a great choice not only as an additional sound module for your keyboard or DAW but also providing excellent performability, giving you an easy way to include an analogue polyphonic synth in your setup. It's also equipped with a poly-chain function that lets you connect it with another Minilogue XD or Minilogue XD module so that the two units can operate as a polysynth with a total of up to eight voices in your studio or on stage.

Add the sounds of the Minilogue XD to your setup or system!

Equipped with an analogue synthesiser circuit and a digital multi-engine:

Voice structure of Minilogue XD is 2VCO + MULTI ENGINE, 1VCF, 2EG, 1VCA, and 1LFO. In addition to the distinctive circuits found in the series, such as wave shaping to shape the overtones of the oscillator and a sync/ring switch, there's also cross modulation, a two-pole filter that can be both sharp and fat, and a drive switch that adds thickness and drives signal into Minilogue XD's filter. Every parameter has been tuned in detail based on what musicians want out of their synth. The sounds range from the warm pads typical of analogue to fat basses and crisp lead sounds, covering every situation.

The additional sound design possibilities of digital sound are delivered by the multi-engine: the third oscillator in addition to the two analogue VCOs. This engine, which is equipped with three different types of sound generator (noise, VPM, and open-source user oscillators) lets you take advantage of a sonic character that's different than analogue, and use it at the same time as the analogue engine, infinitely expanding XD module's potential through hybrid sound design.

High-quality digital effects:

Minilogue XD's high-quality digital effects use 32-bit floating point DSP processing, adding a finishing touch to its deep sound design platform. The three types (modulation effects, reverb, and delay) can be used simultaneously, letting you choose from a wide range of variations including chorus, ensemble, warm tape delay, and a diverse variety of reverb. The user effect slots allow you to load your own effect programs that you've created.

User customization brings out infinite potential:

The Minilogue XD features a customizable open-source environment. The unit comes with 16 user oscillator slots and 16 user effect slots that you can customize. Oscillators and user programs that you've created with the SDK (Software Development Kit) can be loaded into the Minilogue XD via the dedicated librarian software, as well as oscillators other users share online.

What sounds can you create using the fusion of expanded digital oscillators with analogue synthesis? Create original programs, share code, and participate in the user community. KORG even provides sample code to get you started.

Polyphonic Step Sequencer:

One of the major features of the Minilogue XD series is its 16-step step sequencer. Each of the factory-preset programs has an embedded sequence pattern created with performance in mind.

The step sequencer provides 16 steps, and supports both realtime recording and step recording. You can use the 16 step buttons to select a step directly, allowing quick editing to replace the pitch of a step or to mute it, or even improvisatory performances. Motion sequence lets you record the movements of up to four knobs, adding time-varying change to the sound, and you can record not only smooth changes in value but also values that change precisely at each step. You can use this to have different parameter values at each step; for example, you might create a drum pattern or sound effect from just a single program. This allows countless ideas to be unleashed.

Poly chain support:

The Minilogue XD module can be used in conjunction with another unit in the Minilogue XD series for poly assignment settings. Specify one unit as the master and the other as the slave, and they will play as an eight-voice polyphonic synthesiser. This supports a variety of uses, such as a voice-expansion module for the Minilogue XD or as a sound module for a DAW-based production system.

Free bundle of music software:

The Minilogue XD module comes with a diverse variety of music software from Izotope including "Ozone Elements" which lets you not only create songs but also master them using AI, "Skoove" which will help you improve your keyboard playing skills, "Reason Lite" DAW software, as well as software synths from KORG and other brands.

2 x 8 step sequencer with a variety of sequencer modes and battery operation
Notes: When the classic MS-20 analog synthesizer appeared in 1978, it had a trusted partner in the SQ-10 step sequencer. Now, after thirty years, the MS-20 has been reborn as the MS-20 mini, and the SQ-10 has evolved into the more modern SQ-1.

The SQ-1 is a compact step sequencer with 2 x 8 steps. It's wealth of connection jacks allows it to be connected to the MS-20 and a variety of other synthesizers. Vintage analog synths or the latest compact synths can be controlled from this single unit. You can also switch between a variety of synthesizer modes and use the step buttons to create performances overflowing with spontaneity, just as when using a volca unit.

Liberate yourself from the numerically-bound parameter editing that's typical on a DAW; you'll enjoy truly musical inspiration as you train your ears and concentrate on what your fingertips are doing. Don't miss the experience of music that's driven by your instinct.

Rather than the commonly used V/Oct standard, the CV design of the MS-20 always used the Hz/V standard that provides excellent pitch stability limiting the step sequencers that are able to correctly control the MS-20. As a descendant of the SQ-10, the SQ-1 supports the Hz/V standard, enabling it to perfectly control the MS-20 or MS-20 mini. It goes without saying the V/Oct standard is also supported, and the voltage level of the CV output and polarity of the GATE output can be specified as appropriate for the device you've connected. This versatility will enable you to control a wide variety of other synthesizers as well.

As a connector, the SQ-1 provides two CV/GATE OUT channels, the standard MIDI OUT and USB MIDI, littleBits out (to connect to the littleBits synth kit by littleBits Electronics Inc.), plus the SYNC IN/OUT channel that allows you to connect to the volca series and monotribe. Compact and complete with all the functions you need, the SQ-1 is the ideal hardware sequencer.

The SQ-1 provides two channels (A and B) of 8-step sequencer that can operate consecutively, or be used in a variety of other modes. For example, you can run A and B following each other to function as a 16-step sequencer, ignore the order and make the steps play randomly, or use A and B to control different parameters as they run in parallel. From simple sequences to complex changes, you can choose from a variety of modes to suit your needs.

The 2 x 8 step buttons can be used in the usual way to turn notes on/off, but you can also use the MODE button to switch their function, opening up powerful possibilities such as letting you "perform" the sequence itself, as on a volca unit.

"Active Step" lets you skip steps mid-way through a sequence, and "Step Jump" lets you instantly play just the step that you press, producing irregular rhythms or effects that are reminiscent of short loops. "Slide" produces an effect in which steps are connected smoothly; using this to control a synth bass is an easy way for anyone to generate an acid sound.

Packed with carefully selected functionality, the SQ-1 features a compact and very sturdy sheet-metal body. Placed beside the MS-20 series, you'll notice a sense of solidity that gives the impression they were manufactured in the same era. The unit can operate on two AA batteries or on USB bus power.

Sequence step resolution is selectable as quarter notes, eighth notes, or 16th notes.

You can specify the way in which the step knobs control the pitch. The knob values can specify the pitch directly, or they can specify the closest note in a major, minor, or chromatic scale.

Korg Volca Kick Analogue Kick Generator Korg Volca Kick Analogue Kick Generator
Cat: 624272 Rel: 14 Nov 16 • View all Drum machines

Analog synthesiser optimized for kick drum & bass sounds
Notes: An analog kick generator that delivers powerful sounds from kick drum to kick bass.

The volca series has consistently brought renewed attention to classic groove machines and historical synthesis. It now has a new focus. This time, it's the most important sound in dance music: the kick.

The volca kick is an analog kick generator that's made for sound design. An analog circuit based on the powerful resonant sound of the original MS-20 filter, it lets you create a wide range of kick sounds only possible through analog circuitry, ranging from solid kick drums to crisp kick basses. The 16-step sequencer, a distinctive feature of the volca, now has a new Touch FX feature that lets you control an effect instantly, giving you even more live performance potential. Experience the stunning power of an analog kick that cannot be obtained from a plug-in or a sample.

Analog kick sounds generated by MS-20 filter oscillation:

The volca kick generates powerfully present kick sounds using a completely analog circuit. To create those sounds, it uses not a typical sine wave, but the sound of an oscillating filter from the original MS-20. The powerful Rev.1 filter of the MS-20 self-oscillates when resonance is increased to the maximum, and this is used to produce powerful kick sounds with complex overtones.

Simple and effective parameters are provided, allowing you to freely design a wide range of kick sounds to your taste. Start the sound design process by using MS-20 RESONATOR (PITCH/BEND/TIME) to control the sense of pitch that generates the "body resonance" of the kick sound. Then use PULSE COLOUR/LEVEL to adjust the clip components to control the sense of attack, and AMP ATTACK/DECAY to intuitively control the decay of the sound. From tight kicks to fat, slow-decaying kicks, and pitched kick bass, it's possible to create kick sounds that are appropriate for every type of dance music.

Aggressively control the sound using DRIVE and TONE:

In addition to the analog kick generator circuit based on the MS-20 filter, there's an analog drive that includes multiple stages of distortion. The distortion level and type can be varied by a single knob, increasing the variety and power of the kick sounds. You can use the tone control to transform the character of the sound by adjusting the high-frequency range.

Powerful kick bass that rules the beat:

The volca kick is not just a kick drum machine. You can use the 16-key touch-panel keyboard to perform dynamic kick bass, and take advantage of the volca kick's powerful analog circuitry to generate the sub bass sound that's indispensable to dance music styles such as grime or trap.

Since the volca kick covers a wide pitch range from low- to mid-frequencies, your sequences can include a variety of sounds including low tom, high tom, and sound effects.

16-step sequencer allows automation of all parameters:

The volca kick features a 16-step sequencer that gives you plenty of improvisatory freedom. You can use it to quickly lay out a kick drum pattern, and it also supports realtime recording, which is an ideal way to perform kick bass phrases. And the pattern chain function lets you connect multiple sequence patterns for successive playback, making it possible to construct large-scale developments of 32, 64, or even 256 steps by joining up to 16 sequences.

The volca kick's motion sequence function records your knob movements, letting you add time-varying change to the sound. This is great way to polish your loops, and also lets you generate highly original live performances. Up to 16 sequence patterns and sounds can be stored in internal memory.

TOUCH FX controls realtime sequence effects with for instant cuts, breaks and fills:

The new Touch FX function further strengthens the performance potential of the volca kick. You can instantly trigger a sequence effect simply by touching a step key, transforming your realtime performance in kaleidoscopic ways.

Sequence effects include the roll function that plays a sound repeatedly, the octave function that raises the pitch by one or two octaves, and the sustain function that immediately maximizes the amp decay. These are great ways to create punchy and powerful breaks.

Playback can be synchronized with another unit:

The volca kick provides a sync connector that can be easily connected to many of KORG's other synths and groove machines. Connect to other volca units, minilogue, electribe or SQ-1, and experience a session with synchronized sequencer playback. The MIDI IN jack lets you use the volca kick as a sound module for DAW and MIDI controller.

Analog synthesiser with all-new synthesis structure optimized for monophonic sounds & sequences - silver

Classic Korg MS20 recreated in miniature size
Notes: Korg's MS-20 monophonic synthesizer, first introduced in 1978, is still a coveted instrument to this day, thanks to its thick, robust sound, its powerful, iconic analog filter, and its versatile patching options. Over 300,000 people have enjoyed the distinct MS-20 sounds from the original, from Korg's MS-20 plugin synth, or the iMS-20 iPad app.

Today, the sounds of the MS-20 have been reborn in hardware, as the MS-20 Mini. The same engineers who developed the original MS-20 have perfectly reproduced its circuitry and fit into a body that's been shrunk to 86% of the original size, yet retains the distinctive look of the original.

The MS-20 mini will amaze you with its absolutely authentic analog synth sound.

The Korg MS-20 Mini features 2 improved lower noise voltage controlled oscillators with selectable waveforms including ring modulation and noise, 2 voltage controlled high and low pass filters, 2 voltage controlled amplifiers, 2 envelope generators and an LFO. Part of the appeal of the original was its self oscillating, resonant filters that could be driven into distortion. They remain popular to this day and can also be found in the recent monotron and monotribe units as well as on the new MS-20 Mini.

Part of the versatility of the original Korg MS-20 was its flexible patching system, making it semi modular, and this has been recreated for the MS-20 Mini. It allows users to create uniquely complex, evolving, organic sounds by using patch cables to access and change the internal synth architecture, with the front panel flow chart guiding easy operation straight out of the box. Users can even patch external sources via the external signal processor to be processed in the same way as an oscillator, as well as benefitting from the rich harmonics added by the circuitry and filters.

This reissue of a modern classic will be an extremely welcome addition to Korg's current synth line and, with fantastic sound, versatility and ease of use, the MS-20 Mini is sure to win over many fans old and new.

Korg Volca FM 2nd Generation 6-Voice Polyphonic Digital FM Synthesiser Korg Volca FM 2nd Generation 6-Voice Polyphonic Digital FM Synthesiser
Cat: 875053 Rel: 07 Jul 22 • View all Synthesisers

With expanded 6-voice polyphony, 16-step loop sequencer, arpeggiator and built-in effects, the new Volca FM is a DX compatible 6-operator FM synth that is small enough to fit into even the most compact setups.
Notes: Korg's excellent FM synth offers a modern take on those classic 80s digital tones. Second-gen version doubles the number of voices to six, adds new MIDI features and extra effects.

Supplier's Notes:
The next-gen Volca FM is a powerful 6-voice, 6-Operator FM synthesizer with all 32 classic algorithms, a 16-step loop sequencer, effects and a powerful arpeggiator that perfectly reproduces the sound of the classic Yamaha DX7 and is completely compatible with SYS-EX patches for the DX7 as well.

Battery (included) or adapter (optional) operated with built-in speakers and a compact and light chassis, the Volca FM is the ultimate portable FM solution for all musicians.

This new generation - with double the voices of its predecessor, additional effects, expanded MIDI connectivity, and intuitive interface - is poised to bring unprecedented possibilities to your setup, and revolutionize your studio with new musical ideas.
With 6 voices (instead of the 3 of its predecessor) the new Volca FM brings a new world of harmonic possibilities to your production.

Now it is possible to play, sequence or arpeggiate complex chords with up to 6 voices in order to bring a unique flavour to your music production. No more running out of voices when sequencing melody, harmony and bass all in one device!

Moreover, the new Volca FM is now velocity sensitive via MIDI, which coupled with its 6 voice polyphony, provides a much more expressive and nuanced playing experience than ever before.

By popular request, Volca FM includes a lush Reverb effect in addition to the Chorus effect. Each of these two effects can be used and adjusted individually to add the finishing touch to any FM sound you are going for.

In addition to MIDI IN the new Volca FM also includes a MIDI OUT (IN/OUT 3.5 mm TRS), making it possible to use the intuitive Volca internal sequencer to control other devices through MIDI, making it the perfect addition to your standalone setup. Of course, it also works well with your DAW of choice thanks to note, control, and clock receipt via the MIDI IN.

The internal sequencer offers looping up to 16 steps, allowing you to record your performance on the touch panel keyboard as you play. Up to 16 sequence patterns can be stored in the internal memory.

Volca FM also incorporates a motion sequence function to record in real time all the subtle nuances of your playing and knob movements, letting you add time-varying change to the sound. This is a great way to polish your loops, and also lets you generate highly original live performances.
In order to spice things up, the new generation of Volca FM includes a brand new program randomizer, letting you find new inspiration through happy accidents and unexpected patches.

Of course, it still incorporates highly acclaimed functions such as the warp active step, pattern chain and an improved arpeggiator, making it easy to create crazy looping rhythms and patterns.

In addition to the active step function that lets you skip steps during a sequence, the volca fm provides new functions that enable you to generate more irregular rhythms. If the active step is fewer than 16 steps, you can use the warp active step function to compensate so you occupy the same playback time as 16 steps; then by synchronizing the playback with another volca series unit, you can deliberately skew the step timing to generate truly unconventional performances.

Compact patch-based synth, ideal for beginners
Notes: Buchla-inspired modular business in Korg's small and affordable Volca range. Amazingly creative and experimental synth power in a tiny little box. Highly recommended.

Supplier's notes:
A semi-modular analogue synthesizer that makes modular synthesis more accessible and understandable than ever before.
Creating new sounds that don't exist in the outside world is an unending dream which has continued since the birth of electronic musical instruments. This dream has evolved and expanded throughout the development of new and unique music production devices.

The popularity of modular synthesizers around the world has generated new excitement and interest in the so-called "West Coast style" of synthesis that deviates from traditional synthesis norms.
The compact body of this volca synth features eight modules and 50 patch points. While learning the basics of a modular synth, you can use popular features of the volca synthesizer line to control a unique and different flavour of analogue sounds.

Eight modules:
The volca modular is a semi-modular synthesizer consisting of independent analogue synth modules, digital effects, and a sequencer. Each of the modules has been carefully selected for its stand-alone completeness. The modules are internally connected so that sound can be produced even before connecting the included pin cables, and the routing is shown by white lines on the panel. Module connections via a pin cable take priority over the internal connections, bypassing them.

A fusion of West Coast style in a volca format:
Analog synthesizers in which a simple oscillator such as a saw wave or square wave is modified by a filter are referred to as "East Coast style" because of their origin from well-known American manufacturers. Synths of this style, as exemplified by the MS-20, have continued to evolve toward a goal of being used in many mainstream musical genres, thus being equipped with a keyboard for performance. Their sounds are notable for sharp filters and rich presence, and can be heard in many well-known songs.

Patching allows infinite possibilities:
volca modular's modules are connected via the included pin cables, allowing a diverse range of combinations. The unit's compact chassis provides 50 patch points. Inputs and outputs are color-coded for recognition at a glance, and the signals are also marked by symbols to indicate audio, control, gate or trigger. Normally, each signal is connected according to its use, but on the volca modular, signal levels are universally compatible between modules, allowing hidden possibilities to arise from patching that defies common sense. Twenty pin cables are included, and also included is a reference sheet explaining each patch point and providing basic examples of patching.

Sixteen-step sequencer that can automate parameters:
While the volca modular is a semi-modular synth, it is equipped with a full-fledged 16-step sequencer providing a wide range of functions, letting you enjoy automatic performance even when used stand-alone.

Using the 16 buttons familiar from the volca series, you can perform step input or use the buttons as a keyboard for realtime recording. The pattern chaining function plays back multiple sequence patterns in succession, allowing you to connect up to 16 sequences with up to 32, 64, or even 256 steps to create large-scale development.

Randomize function that can generate accidental ideas:
The sequencer of the volca modular lets you specify randomization for notes, active steps, and micro tuning. Irregular phrases, rhythms, and scaling that would be unlikely to come to mind can be generated by applying randomness, letting the volca be a source of unknown ideas.

Two new modes added for sequence playback:
Two new sequence modes have been added: bounce sequence mode which makes a round trip through the steps, and stochastic sequence mode which gradually proceeds while randomly moving forward and backward. Playing back a recorded sequence in a different form can add dramatic changes to your song or performance.

Musically advanced scales, keys, and micro tuning:
Although the volca modular is a West Coast style synthesizer, it also provides flexible support for music as a contemporary instrument. You can choose from 14 types of scale including equal temperament. Since you can also specify the tonic key from which these scales start, you can play these scales in any key.

Connectors that allow synchronized performance and external control:
With a sync jack that allows easy connection to a Korg groove machine, you can connect the volca modular to another volca series unit, a minilogue, monologue, or prologue, an electribe, or the SQ-1, and enjoy sessions with the sequencer synchronized to the playback.

4-voice analogue synth with deep digital multi-engine
Notes: One of our favourite synths of 2019 and still amazing value. Analogue meets digital, offering hugely versatile sound in the same compact, user-friendly format as the original Minilogue.

Supplier's notes:
An evolved next-generation analogue synthesizer with huge potential for sound design and performance. We wanted to deliver a next-generation analogue synthesizer for a new generation of musicians new to analogue synthesis. That dream was realized in the development of the minilogue, which instantly made the analogue synthesizer approachable.

In addition to emphasizing the same real analogue sound and joy of controlling an electronic musical instrument offered by the original minilogue, the minilogue xd newly adds a digital multi-engine, effects, a powered-up sequencer, and micro tuning functionality, further expanding the possibilities for sound design and performance potential. Minilogue xd is a fitting addition to the original groundbreaking minilogue.

Four-voice polyphonic analogue synthesis. The analogue synthesizer circuit of the minilogue, whose genuine analogue sound had a huge impact on the synth world, has been further developed for the minilogue xd.

Voice structure of minilogue xd is 2VCO + MULTI ENGINE, 1VCF, 2EG, 1VCA, and 1LFO. In addition to the distinctive circuits found in the series, such as wave shaping to shape the overtones of the oscillator and a sync/ring switch, there's also cross modulation, a sharp two-pole filter, and a drive switch that adds thickness and drives signal into minilogue xd's filter. Every parameter has been tuned in detail based on what musicians want out of their synth. The sounds range from the warm pads typical of analogue to fat basses and crisp lead sounds, covering every situation.

Of course, programs that you create can also be saved in the unit. Out of the box, minilogue xd comes loaded with 200 presets, and a total of 500 programs can be saved.

Equipped with a digital multi-engine:

The additional sound design possibilities of digital sound are delivered by the multi-engine that's provided as a third oscillator in addition to the two analogue VCOs. This engine, which is equipped with three different types of sound generator (noise, VPM, and user slot) lets you take advantage of a sonic character that's different than analogue, and use it at the same time as the analogue engine, infinitely expanding the potential of hybrid sound design.
Noise generator

The noise generator provides four types of noise that are indispensable for percussive sounds or for sound effects. You can use the digital filter to directly change the colour of the noise.

VPM oscillator:

minilogue xd's multi-engine features a VPM (Variable Phase Modulation)/FM oscillator with a two-operator structure. It can produce sharp, metallic sounds with complex overtones beyond the possibilities offered by analogue systems. With 16 types of oscillator and a SHAPE knob control, you'll be able to create complex sounds intuitively.

User oscillators:

User oscillators allow you to load your own oscillator programs that you created or obtained via the internet. There are 16 user slots, as well as one type of morphing wavetable oscillator provided as a preset.

The minilogue xd features a customizable open environment. The unit comes with 16 user oscillator slots and 16 user effect slots that you can customize. Oscillators and user programs that you've created with the SDK (Software Development Kit) can be loaded into the minilogue xd via the dedicated librarian software.

Polyphonic step sequencer controlled by 16 buttons:

The step sequencer provides 16 steps, and supports both realtime recording and step recording. You can use the 16 step buttons to select a step directly, allowing quick editing to replace the pitch of a step or to mute it, or even improvisatory performances. Motion sequence lets you record the movements of up to four knobs, adding time-varying change to the sound, and you can record not only smooth changes in value but also values that change precisely at each step. You can use this to design the sound differently at each step; for example, you might create a drum pattern or sound effect from just a single program. This allows countless ideas to be unleashed.

3 voice polyphonic analog sound engine and loop sequencer
Notes: The Korg Volca Keys is an ideal introductory synthesizer, with a simple, yet powerful polyphonic analog sound engine and loop sequencer.

The Volca Keys is a long awaited synthesizer that adds a new chapter to the long and storied history of Korg's analog synthesizers. This 27 key analog lead synth delivers unbelievably powerful sound in a compact body. Starting with a filter section that uses the circuitry of the legendary miniKORG700S (1974), it delivers astonishing sound that takes full advantage of Korg's half-century of know-how in circuit design.

With a simple structure that includes delay effect and a sequencer, it's also an ideal choice for a first analog synth. It offers the richly expressive sounds that are distinctive of analog, providing the enjoyment of simple yet deep sound-creation. The possibilities are endless; you can use the three oscillators to play chords, use them in unison with detune to produce solid lead lines, or apply ring modulation to create far-out metallic sounds.

The Voicing function makes it easy to specify how the three oscillators will be combined. Choose between poly, unison, octave, fifth, unison ring or poly ring simply by turning a dial. Easy for those taking thier first steps into synthesisers, the Volca's simple design makes it easy to obtain a wide variety of sounds.

Record phrases as you play them with the Volca Keys using the loop sequencer. With up to 16 steps, it's easy to create phrases as they come to mind. Use the overdub recording function to produce complex loops, with up to 8 sequence patterns able to be stored in internal memory. Craft your loops with the motion seqence function, apply time varying changes to your sound to enhance loops and add originality to your life performances.

Skip a step during sequence playback with active step, a function that creates effects similar to a short loop or unexpectedly irregular rhythms. This allows you to create a dynamic performance just as though you were performing the sequence itself. Flux function lets you play back the phrase without quantizing the steps, producing a loop with a distinctive sense of groove.

A useful self-tuning function constantly tunes the oscillators, so you never need to tune during a performance or wait for the pitch to stabilise after turning the power on.

Hybrid analogue/digital drum machine
Notes: The best of both worlds, combining analogue drum circuits with samples and Korg's Multi Engine. Versatile step sequencing, built-in effects and seamless connectivity.

Supplier's Notes:
The introduction of Drumlogue marks a paradigm shift for drum machines. It combines the rich and raw power of analogue, the flexibility and convenience of digital, and the deep customisation of a unique SDK. A heavy-duty dynamic sequencer, powerful effects, and intuitive controls make Drumlogue a must-have in any setup.

The power of analogue

Drumlogue features completely new analogue circuitry from legendary Korg engineer: Junichi Ikeuchi (ARP 2600 M, MS-20 Mini, ARP Odyssey). The depth and richness of its sound is on a whole new level. New analogue circuits for bass drum, snare drum, low tom and high tom provide a solid foundation, and elevate tracks with harmonic richness and a thick low end.

The versaility of digital

Drumlogue has 7 digital parts: 6 sample-based and 1 Multi Engine based. The sample-based parts can play a wide selection of pre-loaded PCM samples alongside imported user samples. These can be easily loaded into Drumlogue by connecting to a computer via USB and simply dragging and dropping into its main memory.

Endless creative potential

The wildly popular Multi Engine from Minilogue XD is made even more powerful: in addition to Variable Phase Modulation (VPM) and Noise generator engines, the Multi Engine in Drumlogue features a new user slot able to play fully-fledged synth voices - providing vast sonic possibilities never before heard on a drum machine.

Custom Synths

Synth voices in Drumlogue are so much more than static waveforms. Custom synths can be built to not only generate sound, but can also draw on built-in filters, LFOs, MIDI controlled polyphony

Exclusive "Nano" plugin

Korg has collaborated with popular plugin developer "Sinevibes" to create a brand new synth plugin for Drumlogue: Nano. This exclusive plugin explores the power behind the newly expanded Multi Engine and gives an incredible first taste of the platform.

"Nano" is a full-fledged virtual analogue synth with a broad array of features and customisable parameters. The synth engine has dual oscillators with optional ring modulation, a 4-pole state-variable filter with soft clipping distortion, built-in EG and built-in multi-waveform LFO.

Sequencing powerhouse

At the heart of Drumlogue is a flexible, easy-to-use, and extremely powerful 64-step sequencer. This makes it easy to create complex patterns and polyrhythms that elevates the music creation process. Innovative features are available including per-step probability, per-step alternate trigger patterns, per-step micro offsets, per-track groove patterns and much more. With the clear OLED display, it's also easy to follow and edit your sequences visually.

Chain mode makes creating long and interesting patterns simple. In loop mode you can switch between several variations to play sequences in new and interesting ways. The Motion and Accent recording functions are fast and intuitive, and if you want to try new things on your track, the randomisation function is there to help you.

Effects and customisation

Drumlogue has high-quality effects across three categories that can be used simultaneously: delay, reverb and master effects. The send amounts for delay and reverb effects are set independently, with multiple return points also available. Master effects add that final polish to the sound and can be bypassed on a per-part basis, meaning it's possible to send the effect to specific audio parts. A sidechain bus is also available to the master effects section.

Drumlogue has an audio input, so you can process other instruments through Drumlogue's effect chain, making it an ideal companion for your studio setup.

Connectivity

With a wide range of I/O, Drumlogue can be integrated seamlessly with your rig. A USB-A port supports connectivity with USB MIDI class-compliant devices, meaning volumes can be controlled with the faders on a nanoKONTROL 2, or sounds triggered by the pads on a nanoPAD 2.
It almost goes without saying that Drumlogue easily syncs with other gear via the MIDI in/out, sync in/out, or via USB MIDI.

Four individual outputs are available, in addition to headphone and main L/R. Any part can be assigned to any output, allowing for expanded routing versatility with external processing and multi-track integration.

Ease of use

Drumlogue is incredibly easy to use - having been designed with simplicity and accessibility in mind. The most important parameters for the main drum parts have dedicated knobs on the front panel for on-the-fly adjustments, as well as dedicated volume pots for each part to speed up the mixing process.

A wide and clear OLED screen coupled with a simple UI and 4 dedicated encoder knobs makes the navigation process fast and smooth.

Design

Unlike other drum machines, Drumlogue's main panel is slanted. This offers superior ergonomics and visibility, while a brushed aluminium body and wooden side panels add to the premium look and feel.

64-voice 37-key polyphonic altered FM keyboard synthesiser
Notes: Second-gen version of the excellent Opsix features major updates including 64-voice polyphony and an improved interface. Same powerful six-operator FM synth engine.

Supplier's Notes:
A Full-Spectrum Sound Experience

Opsix mk II is a digital synth like no other. Based on the sound engine of the original Opsix, the number of simultaneous voices and voicings has been expanded to an astounding 64 voices. The result is superior performance and precise control.

The Opsix Operator Mixer simplified FM synthesis for the first time, making it not just comprehensible but also controllable. With the addition of extra synthesis capabilities and programming, it offered a more efficient workflow and an even richer sound.

And, it is fully compatible with the sounds and samples from both the original opsix and the opsix Native software, including numerous high-quality libraries.

Evolved to an astounding 64 voices

The Opsix mk II has 64 voices, twice as many as the original 32 voices, allowing users to enjoy tone editing without having to worry about the number of simultaneous voices. In addition, the operator-mixer section, the most distinctive feature of this product, has been accented with a new image colour, green.

Get Illuminated with the Operator Mixer

At the heart of every sound is Opsix mk II's Operator Mixer - a simple set of six faders and knobs that invite exploration. Each part lights up red to indicate carriers or blue for modulators. Manipulating them opens up new sound-shaping possibilities to breathe fresh life into your musical ideas. This straightforward, hands-on workflow is part of what makes Opsix mk II so unique, just like the sounds it offers.

Direct Hands-On Control

Whether you're tweaking a preset or building a patch from the ground up, the six data entry knobs on the right give you quick access to the parameters you need and seamlessly sync with the large OLED display, giving you a clear, focused direction to your workflow. Coupled with the mixer, it makes creating fresh sounds super easy and, most importantly, fun!

Select from a full range of analogue-style filters, from the radical Korg MS-20 low-pass/high-pass filter to the powerful yet smooth KORG Polysix low-pass filter that gives your sound a vintage feel. There are also two or four-pole low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-reject filters with resonance.

There's even a built-in spectrum analyser and oscilloscope that gives you visual feedback via the screen on the music you're making.

Six in One Synthesis

The core of Opsix mk II is nothing short of exponential. Since waveforms can be arranged and modulated in nearly infinite ways, Opsix mk II can easily do the sonic work that is similar to numerous types of synthesis:

Subtractive

Removing parts of the sound to get the sound you want; the most widely-used synthesis. Opsix mk II uses up to six envelopes and multi-modelled filters to achieve many cutting-edge and classical analogue synthesis tones.

Semi-Modular

Rerouting signal paths to change the sound. A spin through the Algorithm section will dramatically reshape the sound by changing how the signal routing between the operators work together, and no patch cables are needed. Analog-style controls and plenty of stackable waveforms take you from digital to analogue-sounding in no time. Enjoy deep basses, crisp leads, thick pad sounds, fuzzy brass tones, and so much more.

Analogue (Modeling)

Analogue-style controls and plenty of stackable waveforms take you from digital to analogue-sounding in no time. Enjoy deep basses, crisp leads, thick pad sounds, fuzzy brass tones, and so much more.

Waveshaping

Adding intentional distortion to the waveforms to achieve aggressive overtones that are either harmonic or inharmonic. This will help you achieve gritty, bitey tones dripping with character.

Additive

Stacking waveforms and blending their harmonics is key to an expansive range of harmonious, dissonant, and tension-driven sounds. With six operators available, the complete FM experience is possible, including the ability to go back in time for classic sounds you have heard throughout recording history.

Classic FM

Last but certainly not least, Opsix's highly flexible and powerful architecture starts with true six-Operator FM. As a result, it easily delivers signature sounds you have surely heard on thousands of hits from the '80s on through today, and with far more polyphony than other standalone FM synths available today.

With all of these ways to realize and explore sounds, Opsix mk II is uniquely suited as a "future-modern-classic" synth!

Altered Reality

What started as a legacy synthesis has evolved into something completely different. Opsix mk II is FM-based, but the similarities to the classic synthesis end there. The Altered FM architecture delivers sounds across a vast spectrum, far wider than any single synthesis has been able to cover before, thanks to new sound components; new waveforms, filters, shaping, effects, LFOs, envelopes, modulations, and more, all translating to its broad assortment of sounds.

Powerful Effects Processing

Opsix mk II provides three blocks of 30 types of high-definition effects that you can use together to enhance your sounds even further. There's everything from a great mix of usable standard effects like chorus, phaser, delay, and compressor to some world-class shimmering reverbs that will elevate your sound to the next level.

The jacks are mini-jacks, allowing you to make connections with just one stereo mini-cable from the headphone out of each Volca unit. The channel volumes use vertical faders that allow precise control. The gain can be boosted to adjust the mix balance, and mute buttons are also provided. Each channel is also equipped with a LO/HI CUT filter that lets you control the low and high frequency ranges with a single knob. The pristine, natural-sounding filters that you expect from analog gear give you complete control over the character of your sound.

Output and monitor capabilities for use on stage, plus stereo speakers for maximum portability:

The output section provides RCA stereo line outputs to ensure stable connection. There's a master volume with LED VU meter for adjusting the output level, as well as a headphone output that can be used simultaneously with the line output, providing a reliable monitoring environment on stage. Speakers are also built-in for excellent portability. The stereo speakers are placed at both sides of the front, and while compact, deliver SPL levels that are even greater than the built-in speakers on previous Volca units.

Powerful master chain:

The Volca Mix is equipped with master effects powered by all-analog circuitry. In addition to an expander that broadens a mono source into a stereo sound image, there's a dynamic range compressor that compresses the high-frequency range according to level changes of the low-frequency region, as well as a side chain effect that's indispensable for dance music. Use these to dynamically vary the mix, adding a professional feel to live performances with the Volca.

Connect an external effect unit for further variety:

The Volca Mix provides a stereo mini-jack send out and AUX in jack, and send level knobs for each channel. This allows you to use it with an external effect unit in a send/return connection. When used in conjunction with a unit such as the mini Kaoss pad 2S, you can also enhance your live performances using standard effects such as reverb, delay, filter, and break. The AUX in jack can also be used as a stereo input channel for a fourth Volca unit, an iOS app, or any other gadget, instrument, or device.

As the master of your Volca live setup:

The Volca Mix features an analog sync out jack that can easily be connected to many pieces of KORG gear for tempo sync, and also a play button and tempo knob to control that sync signal. By using the Volca Mix as the sync master device of your live setup, you can easily enhance your live performance, such as simultaneously playing sequences from multiple synced units, and combining mute and volume control to create performances that use your Volca units in even more ingenious ways.

Korg Pitchblack Mini Tuner Pedal (black) Korg Pitchblack Mini Tuner Pedal (black) Korg Pitchblack Mini Tuner Pedal (black)

Compact tuner pedal with large high-visibility display & true bypass
Notes: Small size, huge visibility!
A compact pedal tuner that's ideal for any effect board.

Korg's Pitchblack pedal tuners have earned the trust of guitarists and bassists worldwide for their quality, design and durability. The Pitchblack mini is the latest addition to the renowned tuner series, now available in a smaller, sleek size.

The Pitchblack mini appears smaller in size, yet embodies all of its superior tuner functionality. Featuring a large LED display with excellent visibility, it supports battery operation in spite of its compact size. The unit is also equipped with stabilizers to prevent it from overturning. Small but powerful, this is a high-quality pedal tuner that will meet the needs of any player.

Mini-size for easy installation in your effect board:
The Pitchblack mini is a size smaller than the previous Pitchblack, allowing for easy installment, even with a full effect board. The weight is also minimal at 129 grams, so handling is easy.

Large high-visibility display:
Despite its small size, the display is large and easy to read. Equipped with a large 7-segment color LED, the large note indication and the smooth moving meter indicator deliver excellent visibility even on a dark stage.

Battery operation is supported:
The Pitchblack mini supports battery operation that has been a long-awaited feature for miniature pedal tuners. In conjunction with the high mobility provided by its compact form, battery operation allows you to use this unit smoothly in any situation, whether in your effect board or on the floor. Additionally, you can also use DC9V power designed for effect units.

Stabilizers prevent overturning:
Compactness, light weight, and convenience are important, but they're a trade-off with stability. Other units tend to turn over more easily when placed on the floor, however, the Pitchblack mini is equipped with slide-type stabilizers on the underside of the body, eliminating this concern.

Three meter display modes:
Choose from three meter display modes to suit your playing style. In addition to the standard "Regular mode", you can choose "Strobe mode" or "Half-strobe mode" in which the direction and speed of meter movement indicate the pitch change for easy visualization of even minute differences.

Ultra-high tuning accuracy of +/- 0.1 cents:
When using strobe mode, the Pitchblack mini allows ultra-high-precision tuning with i0.1 cent accuracy. It's a great choice for exacting situations where even slight errors cannot be tolerated, such as in professional recordings or stage performances.

Adjustable calibration:
In spite of its compact size, the Pitchblack mini has the same high-quality design as the other units of the Pitchblack series. It inherits the accuracy and amazing ease of use that you expect from Korg tuners, and also allows the calibration to be adjusted to a variety of concert pitches.

True bypass has absolutely no effect on the sound:
The true bypass design allows for the input sound to become output with absolutely no change (when the tuner is off). In other words, the tuner circuit does not change, degrade, or modify your sound in any way. Since the input sound is completely muted when the tuner is on, this unit is ideal for use on stage.

Experience the same musical support as if a pro drummer were sitting in on your session. The KR-55 Pro gives you an easy way to enjoy jam sessions with the backing of real drum/percussion sounds. It provides a rich variety of input jacks, mixer functionality, effects, and equalizer, as well as a versatile recorder that can record to an SD card. The intuitive interface means that there's no need for complex programming. Battery-powered operation allows complete mobility from desktop to street performances, or use in a variety of situations including live events in small spaces.

Drum/percussion sound that overturns your concept of a rhythm machine:

The KR-55 Pro features "Real Groove Technology" which uses data recorded from actual professional musicians performing at various tempi, and is a completely different technology than conventional rhythm machines. There is a total of 24 high-quality rhythm styles, each fine-tuned to provide the best possible feel, to accurately reproduce the experience of playing with a percussionist. The sounds, grooves, and phrases will play back at pristine quality even if you change the tempo, so you can enjoy playing serious jam sessions at your own pace.

Use the chain function to easily create sophisticated rhythm tracks:

Each rhythm style includes a wide variety of patterns: two variations in addition to basic, fill-in 1, and fill-in 2. This means that the KR-55 Pro can provide the accompaniment for an entire song. By using the chain function, which lets you put together and memorize a different rhythm style for each measure, you can freely create even complex rhythm tracks. Up to 30 banks of chains can be stored, and each chain can be up to 999 measures long.

A rich array of input jacks and full-fledged mixer functionality:

The KR-55 Pro provides a rich array of input jacks that accommodate a variety of instruments: a guitar or bass can be connected to INPUT 1/2, and the XLR jack accepts a mic input. You can let the KR-55 Pro take care of the rhythm, and enjoy a full-band performance with guitar, bass, and vocals. A reverb effect can be applied to each input source, and TREBLE and BASS equalizer are also provided so that you can shape your sound in detail. The AUX INPUT supports stereo, and can be connected to a digital audio player, a keyboard, or an effect unit that's equipped with stereo output. Together, they allow you to use up to four channels.

Versatile recording functionality that supports multi-track recording:

In addition to built-in rhythm styles, the KR-55 Pro is equipped with a versatile recorder function that can record a variety of input sources. You can record your own performances along with the built-in rhythm styles, a favourite song, or karaoke tracks that you created on your DAW. The recorded data can be exported as a WAV file to an SD card, so the KR-55 Pro is all you need to create widely-usable tracks. You can also multitrack-record your guitar and bass to produce more complex tracks. Also provided are editing functions such as undo/redo and punch-in, and you can also place markers at the desired location of the recorded data, and overdub while looping the playback.

Player function can play back audio files from an SD card:

The KR-55 Pro is equipped with an audio player function that can play back audio files (wav) from an SD card. You can take advantage of Acoustage and use this unit as a high-quality listening system, or prepare backing tracks for you to play along with. There's also a playlist function (10 banks) that lets you manage the file playback order of up to 24 songs, so you can play back songs in a desired order for your live performance. In addition, the playback speed can be adjusted in the range of -25% to +25%, and you can also make files play repeatedly or automatically in succession. Whether you're practicing at home or performing in front of an audience, the KR-55 Pro is packed with functions that will be useful in various situations.

Tuner and metronome functions with a large and easily readable meter:

A tuner with the high precision that you expect from KORG is built in. When you turn this function on, the rhythm style buttons become a tuning meter, allowing you to tune with a large and easily visible meter. You can also tune while listening to a guitar, bass, or piano guide tone, or sound a metronome for convenient practicing.

Cat: 675876 Rel: 24 Jan 18 • View all PA Speakers | PA Speaker Systems

Compact, portable & powerful PA system with wireless Bluetooth connectivity
Notes: KONNECT is a portable all-in-one stereo PA system that provides a complete solution for both sound and convenience. It's a single unit that has everything you need for performances, DJ, background music, or MC work in any situation: live shows, parties, dance studios, exhibitions, seminars, or presentations. Featuring clarity that's unparalleled in any compact speaker, KONNECT delivers both powerful low-end and loudness. At the same time, KONNECT includes conveniences such as an interface that's easy to understand and operate, a rich variety of EQ presets suitable for any source (the VOICING function), and support for wireless control from your smartphone or tablet.

The KONNECT features stunningly powerful sound that exceeds its class. While remaining lightweight and compact, it reaches high volumes suitable for the stage. Equipped with a 6.5-inch woofer and two tweeters, it delivers a total of up to 180W of power. A bass reflex structure provides a rich low-range, giving you powerful sound that packs a punch.

In addition, the KONNECT achieves a clear sound image with an excellent sense of separation. The secret to this capability lies in a cutting-edge SHARC DSP and 32-bit digital processing. Experience accurate phase control with an all-in-one stereo speaker, a carefully designed crossover that connects the high and low frequency ranges, a low-noise design that decreases the noise floor, and superb resolution that delivers smooth attacks and crisp clarity. The latest technology and Korg's know-how ensure that the full range will be reproduced with high-quality sound that rivals studio monitors.

In addition to a panel layout that is clear and concise, every function corresponds to a knob or switch. The KONNECT is designed with an interface that will be intuitive even to non-musicians. There are four input channels, which can be used for both microphones/audio sources and instruments. Each channel is equipped with an independent volume control.

The all-in-one design combines a mixer, power amp, speakers, multi-effect unit, and feedback canceller into a single unit. This eliminates many of the inconveniences of using a conventional PA system, such as the difficulty of transportation, the need to provide speaker cables, the difficulty of finding the best location for the speakers, or the need to find a partner to help you set up. The sturdy front grill also protects the speakers from impacts during transportation. There's a hand-grip that lets you easily carry the unit with a single hand, plus a stylish, high tech design.

Getting the optimal sound for a given location usually requires the technical skills of a mixing engineer. However, the KONNECT is equipped with a VOICING function that lets you choose complex equalizing preset settings that optimize the sound for the instruments or the background music that's being played - simply by turning a single knob. Now it's easy for anyone to get the perfect sound.

The KONNECT provides five preset types: MUSIC is for enjoying music with powerful sound, MALE VOCAL and FEMALE VOCAL are optimized for male/female vocals or speech, and ELECTRIC GUITAR and ACOUSTIC GUITAR are for guitar performance. By using the dedicated KONNECT App, you can choose from an even wider range of 17 types including BASS GUITAR and KEYBOARD.

These VOICING presets are meticulously set using an EQ with five bands: Lo, Lo Mid, Mid, Hi Mid, and Hi. For every preset, the gain, Q value, frequency, and curve of each individual band are carefully voiced to obtain the ideal equalizing result for that specific situation. Simply by turning a single knob, any user can easily achieve the optimal sound for a variety of situations including a singer-performer, small band, dance music, or various other events.

Remote control from a smartphone:

With the spread of digital mixers in recent years, wireless control using a tablet is a must-have in the professional workplace as well. The KONNECT also lets you use the dedicated KONNECT App (supports iOS 8.1 and Android 5.0 or later) to connect via Bluetooth, allowing users to use their smartphone or tablet to wirelessly control the unit. KONNECT can be operated from a listening position without having to walk over to the unit's rear panel.

In addition, KONNECT App satisfies both people who are unfamiliar with mixing as well as people who like to make detailed settings to their own taste. You can switch between STANDARD mode with its simple parameter structure, and ADVANCED mode which lets you edit more detailed parameter settings.

Equipped with a generous selection of inputs, the KONNECT also supports Bluetooth audio (using channels 3/4). Use it to provide backing tracks for a live performance, for DJ work at a party, for background music during a speaking event, or for choreographed music in a dance environment. Without any complicated connections, you can easily play back music wirelessly from your smartphone or tablet.

Korg TM60 Combo Tuner Metronome (black) Korg TM60 Combo Tuner Metronome (black)

High-precision tuner & metronome with larger display & improved battery life
Notes: The best-selling KORG TM series, which lets you use a tuner and metronome simultaneously, has been revamped. The TM-60 is the newest model and features a larger display that can show the tuner and metronome simultaneously. The battery life has also been dramatically improved. With the all-new TM-60, you'll be able to enjoy pitch training and rhythm training without having to switch functions or be concerned with battery life.

Tuning and rhythm training are indispensable for brass band or orchestral practice. In addition to letting you use the tuner and metronome simultaneously, the TM-60 features a display that's approximately 1.3 times larger than the previous model (the TM-50), allowing easy viewing even when the unit is placed on your music stand, and also allowing the tuner and metronome functions to both be viewed simultaneously.

No longer will you have to switch between functions; you'll be able to use practicing techniques that are idiomatic to orchestral instruments, such as keeping a consistent pitch over the course of a long note while varying the tone to add vibrato in time with the tempo, or checking the pitch of chords while using the metronome.

The enlarged display is backlit. You can adjust the brightness in two levels, soft or auto, ensuring stress-free tuning even when you're on a dimly lit stage or in an orchestra pit.

The circuitry has been redesigned to achieve a battery life of 130 hours, approximately double that of the previous TM-50 model (tuner in use, backlight off). There's no need to worry about the remaining battery life even during extended practices or performances.

Needle-type meter with excellent response:

KORG's proprietary technology accurately detects the pitch without any time lag. The pitch drift that is prone to occur during long tones played on a wind instrument can be detected before it happens, letting you train yourself to produce unwavering tone with stable pitch.

A wide detection range of C1-C8 supports a variety of instruments:

The TM-60 can detect note names and pitches for a variety of orchestral and other instruments. The range from C1 (32.70 Hz) to C8 (4186.01 Hz) can easily be detected. Even acoustic instruments that are difficult to detect because their sound contains a significant amount of low-frequency energy or a large number of partials, such as guitar and ukulele, can be tuned easily and accurately.

Marks that indicate pure major and minor third intervals:

In an ensemble such as a brass band or orchestra, harmonies of third intervals are easily perceived as out of tune, and can be made to sound better by slightly adjusting the pitch to a pure major or minor third. The TM-60's meter scale provides marks that indicate pure major and minor thirds, and simply by tuning so that the needle coincides with these marks* allows you to play in beautiful harmony with an ensemble. This is convenient not only for orchestral instruments but also for vocal music or a cappella practice.

Easily set the tempo using three different methods:

You can set the tempo using three different methods: "pendulum step" lets you increase or decrease the tempo value in the same way as the settings on a standard pendulum-type metronome, "full step" lets you specify the tempo in single-step increments in the range of 30-252, and "tap tempo" lets you specify the desired tempo by pressing the switch in time with the song you're playing.

Fifteen rhythm variations for practicing a wide range of musical genres:

There are 15 different built-in rhythms* including time signatures from 0 through 9 as well as duplets, triplets, triplets with the middle note omitted, quadruplets, and quadruplets with the middle notes omitted, and the tempo can be freely specified in the range of 30-252 beats per minute. Sophisticated rhythms such as triplets or quadruplets with the middle notes omitted are used in a wide range of styles from classical to rock and jazz.

Enhanced ease of use with a newly designed stand and battery compartment cover:

The design of the TM-60 pays careful attention to every detail of the unit. A folding stand lets you position the unit stably. The battery compartment cover is designed as a single piece with the unit itself, eliminating any danger of the cover being lost when you replace the batteries.

Convenient memory backup function and auto power-off function:

The memory backup function ensures that the tuner section's calibration and reference tone settings, and the metronome section's tempo, time signature, pendulum/full-step, and backlight settings are remembered even when the power is turned off. (These settings are initialized when you replace the batteries.)
If 20 minutes elapses while the metronome is not operated and no sound is being input to the tuner, the auto power-off function automatically turns the power off.

The needle-type meter shows the pitch quickly and accurately. Operation is simple and smooth, and easily understandable even for the beginner.

You can select either guitar or bass mode. In each mode, the string number is shown beside the note name, letting you tune correctly and confidently. Guitar mode also supports 7-string guitars, and bass mode accommodates Low-B and High-C strings as well. Dropped tunings are also supported, allowing detection in the range from one semitone lower to a maximum of five semitones lower.

With a reference tone sounded by the built-in speaker, sound out mode provides not only a visual but also an audible pitch reference. This is especially convenient when you're replacing the strings, since you can start by tuning roughly while you listen to the reference tone, and then make fine adjustments in meter mode.

The GA-50 is equipped with an output jack. Connect your guitar to the input jack, and connect your amp etc. to the output jack so that you can check your tuning even during a performance.

The GA-50 allows approximately 135 hours of continuous use (when using zinc-carbon batteries). You can use it with confidence even during long hours of practice. When the remaining battery capacity runs low, the display shows an indicator, letting you know that it's time to replace the batteries.

A new mechanism reduces the possibility that the unit will overturn, making it less likely that the tuner will slide off and fall when placed on a music stand. You'll be able to concentrate on your playing without fearing that the tuner might fall during the performance.

The memory backup function remembers the calibration and sound out mode settings even when the power is turned off. (Settings are initialized when you replace the batteries.) The auto power off function automatically turns off the power when 20 minutes have passed without sound being input.

The folding stand allows the tuner unit to be more stable on its own. The sliding battery cover is designed as a single piece with the unit itself, so there's no worry that the cover might be lost when replacing the batteries.

Korg Pitchblack Advance MG Pedal Guitar Tuner (limited edition metallic grey version)

Compact tuner pedal with large high-visibility display & true bypass - limited edition metallic grey
Notes: Available in metallic grey for a limited time only! The Pitchblack Advance is now available in an all-new, limited-edition metallic grey colour scheme. This new finish is both elegant and tough-looking and is a perfect match for the flowing lines of this pedal.

An evolution of the best-selling Pitchblack tuner. The ultimate pedal tuner, meeting the needs of every guitarist:
As the clear standard in pedal tuners for the guitarist or bassist, the Pitchblack is loved by professionals and amateurs around the world. The Pitchblack Advance is the next-generation model, a further evolution that features an advanced cutting-edge form and many of the functions and technologies developed for previous models of the Pitchblack series. Embracing both the traditional and the revolutionary, it represents the perfect summation of pedal tuners.

Cutting-edge design, with a superbly visible display:
Featuring a slanted design that hints at a new age, the Pitchblack Advance retains the toughness that is characteristic of the series, in spite of becoming even lighter in weight. The display features high-brightness colour LEDs, nearly doubling the size of the note name display and providing amazing visibility. Whether you're on a dimly lit stage or outdoors in bright sunlight, this display will always be easy to read.

Ultra-high tuning accuracy of +/- 0.1 cents:
When using strobe mode, the Pitchblack Advance allows ultra-high-precision tuning with i0.1 cent accuracy. It's a great choice for exacting situations where even slight errors cannot be tolerated, such as in professional recordings or stage performances.

Four meter display modes:
Choose from four meter display modes to suit your playing style. In addition to the standard "Regular mode," you can use "Strobe mode" or "Half-strobe mode" in which the direction and speed of meter movement indicate the pitch change for easy visualization of even minute differences, as well as "Mirror mode" in which two LEDs move from left and right to coincide in the centre as you tune.

True bypass has absolutely no effect on the sound:
The true bypass design allows the input sound to be output with absolutely no change (when the tuner is off). In other words, the tuner circuit does not change, degrade, or colour your sound in any way. Since the input sound is completely muted when the tuner is on, this unit is ideal for use on stage.

DC out allows parallel connection for powering other pedals:
If a separately sold AC adaptor is used, the DC OUT jack can supply power to another effect unit. Since a dedicated power supply circuit is provided for DC OUT, it can provide stable and noiseless 9V 200 mA power.

Completely eliminates unwanted noise:
The Pitchblack Advance provides a stable playing environment for all players. When using a power supply, for example, noise can be caused by interference between different pedals using the same power supply. The Pitchblack Advance is equipped with a circuit that suppresses sudden changes in current, and also applies software control, thereby completely avoiding the occurrence of such noise.

Achieves the longest battery life:
The eight-year journey of the Pitchblack series has brought its high efficiency and long-life design to an even higher pinnacle. With approximately 30 hours on zinc-carbon batteries and approximately 60 hours on alkaline batteries, this new unit achieves ultra-long-life operation that is six times greater than the Pitchblack. Even on a long tour or an extended recording session, it will continue to fulfil its role as your faithful partner.

Quality digital toy piano with excellent pitch & accurate tone
Notes: First impressions stay with us. If it's an instrument, the sound of that instrument continues to reverberate in our hearts and minds even when we become adults.

Just because something is called a toy piano, doesn't mean it has to sound like a toy. If the instrument has correct pitch and accurate tone, a child who plays with the instrument will look forward to better instruments as they grow older.

The KORG tinyPIANO is a digital piano made by a musical instrument manufacturer renowned for professional pianos for the children who carry the future.

Accurate pitch and true tone:

KORG believes that the way to foster a true sense of value is to be in contact with true quality from the very beginning. A truly valuable present for our children must be of a quality that will satisfy the adult who chooses the gift. The tinyPIANO lets you play the deep, rich tones of a sampled grand piano with the stable pitch that you expect from a digital piano. With an emphasis on safety and durability, moving parts have been reduced to the minimum and the volume has also been adjusted to a modest level that will be appropriate for a child's ears.

Fashionable, cute, and serious:

The cute design is essentially a miniaturized upright piano, with a fallboard just like on a real piano, and a miniature 25-note keyboard made by KORG for ease of playing. The body makes extensive use of wood for a solid feel when touched, giving it a sense of quality and sophistication that elevates the instrument above the category of toy piano, thus making it ideally suit the decor of any room.

Twenty-five built-in sounds that let you learn while playing:

Good sound is not limited to grand piano tones. There are a total of 25 built-in sounds including sounds that you've heard in classic songs, such as electric piano, clavinet, organ and bell, as well as sounds that befit a miniature piano, such as music box and toy piano tones. You can learn the sounds of instruments while actually playing them, as if the tinyPIANO itself were a picture book of instruments.

Fifty built-in demo songs to enjoy even when you're not playing:

The tinyPIANO contains 50 automatically playing demo songs that cover a wide range of styles. In addition to being a great way to hear skilful performances, these songs can provide enjoyable background music for your room, like a music box. Each demo song is assigned to play using a tone that's appropriate for it, but you are free to specify a different tone to suit your taste or the desired atmosphere. Even when playing back the demo songs at night, you can turn down the volume and enjoy the background music without disturbing those around you.

Small, easily transportable, and powered by AA batteries:

Speakers are built into the compact body. Since the instrument is powered by six AA batteries, you can enjoy piano performances anywhere and anytime. Without needing to be set up in a specific location, you can move the tinyPIANO from the living room to the bedroom or even outside according to how you feel that day, and enjoy music in the style you like. This instrument is too good to let the children monopolize; it's a miniature electronic piano that adults will enjoy as well.

Korg IE 1M In Ear Metronome Korg IE 1M In Ear Metronome Korg IE 1M In Ear Metronome

Ultra-small in-ear metronome that fits directly in your ear - ideal for personal practice
Notes: The MM-1 micro metronome which went on sale in 2002 earned enormous popularity thanks to its shockingly small size and its revolutionary usability. After numerous requests, KORG is releasing a new in-ear metronome with even more functionality than the original.

The In-EarMetronome is an ultra-small metronome that fits easily in your ear. Since you can hear the metronome sound directly in your ear without it being overpowered by sounds around you, it's ideal for personal instrumental practice. You can choose from a variety of beat and rhythm variations, and while compact, it provides a full range of metronome functionality. Tempo can be adjusted smoothly using the jog switch, while a proprietary holding mechanism ensures that the In-EarMetronome remains firmly planted in your ear.

Practice your instrument while listening to the rhythm directly in your ear:

The In-EarMetronome is a unique style of metronome that you use by wearing it directly in your ear. Since the speaker unit fits directly in your ear, it's useful not only for personal practice with any instrument, but also when you want to hear an accurate rhythm without being drowned out by the sounds of your surroundings, such as if you are practicing while surrounded by high-volume instruments.

A wide variety of beats and rhythms:

The tempo setting range is a generous 30--252 bpm, and a wide variety of beats and rhythms are provided. You can set the beat in the range of 0--9 beats, and choose the rhythm from quarter notes, duplets, triplets, triplets with the inner beat omitted, triplets with the third beat omitted, quadruplets, quadruplets with the middle beats omitted, and quadruplets with the third and fourth beats omitted. This covers your practicing needs for a broad range of songs, styles and techniques.

Use the jog switch to set the tempo intuitively:

The In-EarMetronome features a jog switch on the side of the body, allowing you to easily change the settings without removing the unit from your ear. Using the jog switch you can select not just the tempo setting, but also the beat, rhythm, and volume. This provides a compact yet highly intuitive method of operation. The power button, mode select button, and an LCD display that shows the tempo and other information are located on the inside of the body.

Comfortably and securely fits a variety of ear shapes:

The In-EarMetronome utilizes two distinctive mechanisms to ensure a stable fit in any ear, large or small. The first is an Ear Fitter that extends from below the speaker. Its angle can be finely adjusted by rotating the speaker itself, allowing to fit the various shapes of ear hole. The second is an Ear Clip that opens or closes to fasten on the earlobe. The clip ensures a solid hold that will not be dislodged even by sudden shocks or vigorous movement when in use.

Extended operating time, and memory backup:

In spite of its ultra-small sized body, the In-EarMetronome provides approximately 200 hours of continuous operation using a coin-type lithium battery. The memory backup function remembers the tempo and other settings even when the power is off. The battery can be easily replaced by opening and closing the cover located on the back of the body.

Ear pad and carrying case included:

To enhance the fit, the In-EarMetronome includes a well-cushioned ear pad (*). Also included is a carrying case that neatly stores the In-EarMetronome itself, the battery, and the ear pad. You can take this with you for convenient rhythm training anywhere you go.

Also ideal for jogging and walking:

In addition to its usefulness when practicing a musical instrument, the In-EarMetronome can also enhance your exercise. For example, people who walk for the purpose of exercise or weight loss are often advised to walk at least 20 minutes at a regular pace of at least 70 meters per minute; by using the In-EarMetronome you can keep your training pace constant, synchronized to the sound of the metronome. This is a great way to maintain a consistent speed for walking, jogging, race-walking, weight training, or any other exercise.

Miniature music player for ballroom dance practice
Notes: Enjoy private dance lessons anytime - an ultra-miniature music player that you wear in your ear.

SyncDancing is an ultra-miniature music player for ballroom dance practice that you wear in your ear like an earphone. In addition to metronome functionality, it has 20 built-in standard ballroom dance songs, so you can practice at any time while listening your favourite dance songs. This one unit provides everything you need for improving your dancing skills, sharpening your sense of rhythm, and becoming familiar with dance songs. You can practice by yourself, or synchronize the tempo via infrared so that two people can each wear a unit and practice together.

Practice dancing while listening to the rhythm or song directly in your ear:

SyncDancing is a unique style of music player and metronome that you use by wearing it directly in your ear. Since the speaker unit fits directly in your ear, you can practice dancing with the correct rhythm while hearing the music directly in your ear. Because you can concentrate on the sound without being distracted by nearby sounds, this is ideal for personal practice at home as well as for practice in a large dance studio or hall. SyncDancing is extremely small and lightweight, so you can dance without any distraction.

The keys to improving your ballroom dance skills are to acquire steps and technique, nurture your sense of rhythm, and become able to express yourself by dancing to the music. With SyncDancing, you can experience rhythms and music anytime and anywhere for effective practicing.

Twenty standard ballroom dance songs are built-in:

A total of twenty standard songs for ballroom dances such as waltz, tango, rhumba, and cha-cha-cha are built-in, and you can play them back while switching between the metronome and the song (*). Each of the internal songs was created by a professional arranger who actually produces music CDs for ballroom dance. The tone generator section also takes advantage of KORG's many years of experience in developing synthesizer technology, packing a high-quality sound engine into the smallest possible size. Since these songs play back as SMF, you can freely change their tempo. With SyncDancing, you can enjoy serious dance practice with CD-quality songs.

Infrared tempo synchronization, ideal for practicing as a couple:

SyncDancing supports not only individual practice but also practicing dance as a couple. Simply click two SyncDancing units together and press the sync button to synchronize the tempo and timing via infrared (*1). Even while wearing the unit directly in your ear, both partners can practice while hearing exactly the same tempo.

The timing (delay) from the moment of synchronization until playback begins can be set in a range of 0--90 seconds (*2). This gives you flexibility to meet the needs of various situations. For example you can specify a shorter delay if you're synchronizing the units and then immediately starting a lesson, or use a longer delay if you need time to get into your position in a large hall.

Built-in voice count is useful for lessons:

SyncDancing's metronome sound (tone) provides not only the standard "beep beep beep" electronic tone but also a voice count of "one, two, three." You can practice with confidence while hearing the correct count.

A wide variety of beats and rhythms:

The tempo setting range is a generous 30--252 bpm, and you can choose from a variety of beats and rhythms when using the metronome. This covers your practicing needs for a broad range of songs.

The clip ensures a solid hold that will not be dislodged even by vigorous dancing when in use.

Notes: Everyone hears the same tempo in their ear - an in-ear metronome with synchronization.

The SyncMetronome is an ultra-miniature metronome that fits easily in your ear. It lets you hear the metronome sound directly in your ear without being drowned out by surrounding noises. It can also synchronize the tempo via infrared, providing the ideal way for multiple people in a brass band or marching band to share the same tempo during practice. With a variety of beats and rhythms, its compact yet also provides a full complement of basic metronome functionality. Change the tempo easily with the jog switch while a unique fitting mechanism keeps the unit securely in your ear.

Practice your instrument while listening to the rhythm directly in your ear:

The SyncMetronome is a unique style of metronome that you use by wearing it directly in your ear. Since the speaker unit fits directly in your ear, it's useful not only for personal practice with any instrument, but also when you want to hear an accurate rhythm without being drowned out by the sounds of your surroundings, such as if you are practicing while surrounded by high-volume instruments.

Infrared tempo synchronization, ideal for multi-person practice sessions:

The SyncMetronome is ideal not just for personal practice but also when multiple people need to keep in time with each other, such as when practicing parts in a brass band or a marching band. If you have two or more SyncMetronome units, they can be synchronized via infrared, ensuring that everyone shares the exact same tempo and timing even when the units are worn directly in each person's ear. Until now, part practice required a single metronome to be placed in the centre of the group, but inadequate volume was a problem. The SyncMetronome eliminates such concerns, letting you practice with everyone hearing the same solid tempo in their own ear.

Tempo synchronization is easy; just click two SyncMetronome units together and press the sync button. There's no limit to the number of units that can be synchronized.

The SyncMetronome features a jog switch on the side of the body, allowing you to easily change the settings without removing the unit from your ear. Using the jog switch you can select not just the tempo setting, but also the beat, rhythm, and volume. This provides a compact yet highly intuitive method of operation. The mode select / power button, sync / mute button, and an LCD display that shows the tempo and other information are located on the inside of the body.

Comfortably and securely fits a variety of ear shapes:

The SyncMetronome utilizes two distinctive mechanisms to ensure a stable fit in any ear, large or small.

In spite of its ultra-small sized body, the SyncMetronome provides approximately 100 hours of continuous operation using a coin-type lithium battery. The memory backup function remembers the tempo and other settings even when the power is off. The battery can be easily replaced by opening and closing the cover located on the back of the body.

Ear pad and carrying case included.

Analog modeling synthesiser and vocoder with velocity-sensitive mini-keys and built-in speakers
Notes: Already something of a modern classic, Korg's compact synth and vocoder features built-in speakers in this upgraded S model. Huge fun, easy to use and great for live performance.

Supplier's notes:
Shape your sound, bring it anywhere: The microKORG S continues to build on the success of the original.

With a serious sound, ubiquitous design, and superior build quality, the microKORG analog modeling synthesizer became an instant world standard when it was released in 2002. Since then, the microKORG has found its way into the hands of musicians far and wide, and now, receives an update to ensure it will remain one of the world's most beloved synthesizers for years to come.

The new microKORG S features a built-in 2+1 speaker system with power that far exceeds its size. Its body sports an elegant white motif, and features new presets that represent the sounds of a new generation. Beneath the microKORG S's sophisticated exterior hides a sound engine both brutal in strength and universal in application.

Built-in 2+1 speaker system ensures a rich and full sound at any volume:

Inside that compact body of the microKORG, we've included a carefully constructed speaker system consisting of stereo speakers with clear imaging, plus a woofer that emanates a startling amount of low frequency. The chassis uses a new box structure, and the combination of ample box volume and a bass reflex port takes full advantage of the speakers, thereby delivering a rich sense of volume that exceeds the size of the speakers, a clear sense of positioning, and a rich low-frequency range. In addition to the battery-powered operation of the existing model, the inclusion of the built-in speakers allows an easy yet full-fledged performance experience even in an environment where there is no power supply or PA.

Since the speaker box is contained within the chassis of the instrument, the vibrations from the speaker can be felt through your fingertips. This tactile feedback allows you to experience the same subtle and dynamic response as when playing an acoustic instrument or electric piano.

Increased memory, new programs, and additional user programs:

The memory capacity has been increased from the original microKORG. Mainly centered on simple and present sounds that shine on stage, we've added 64 powerful preset programs that meet the needs of the changing music scene, including clearly defined and punchy leads, electric pianos that sound great in an ensemble, and powerful and solid basses. In addition, we've also newly provided 64 additional slots for user programs, so you can save your own original sounds without overwriting the presets. This encourages a sound design process that's ideal for this instrument: select a sound that you like, and edit it.

Elegant new design retains the spirit of the original:

The microKORG's distinctive form has been beloved worldwide for more than ten years. The microKORG S adds speakers, yet carries on the looks and compactness of the original. In addition, the front panel features an elegant white reboot, updated with maple wood for the side panels.

Favorite Select function:

There's a new Favorite Select function that lets you assign up to eight of your favorite programs. Since this lets you instantly recall the sound you need, it makes live performance even more convenient.

All of the functionality of the original microKORG, plus so much more:

This new instrument carries on all of the original microKORG's functionality, including the ease of selecting a program of a desired musical genre and then editing the selected sound, a vocoder with an included miniature microphone, and battery operation that allows you to perform anywhere. As a beginner's first synthesizer that's easy to use, as a supplementary live synth for the stage, or as a sound module for production, the microKORG S will continue to play a role in every music scene around for many years to come.
