Dual voltage control amplifier & overdrive - 6HP
Notes: Tallin is a dual voltage controlled amplifier (VCA) with overdrive, offering some unusual control features and a range of attractive tonal characteristics. Each of the two identical channels offers two simultaneously available inputs for voltage control over signal attenuation or gain, with linear and exponential response to CV. Volume control knobs offer manual gain settings ranging from fully closed (-80dB) up to +18dB. A colour LED indicator displays output signal levels. A soft-clip circuit avoids harsh clipping distortion, while a switchable overdrive circuit offers two carefully crafted distortion responses, simulating the sound of classic tube amplifiers.

Since both CV inputs are simultaneously active, they can be jointly exploited within patches featuring more complex volume control that otherwise would require using two traditional VCAs in series. As the signal path is DC-coupled, Tallin can also be used for handling the control voltages.

Three attenuator-amplifier combinations with individual & mix outputs - 10HP
Notes: Neat amp/mixer/attenuator utility module from Vermona. Not much more to say about this one. It makes things louder and quieter or blends them together. What more do you want?

Supplier notes:
Regardless of the size of your modular system, the number of modules it contains and its intended use, there is basically only one thing at stake: level adjustments. Often the full level of a signal is too high and needs to be attenuated. Also the reverse case, that it is too low, occurs more often than you think - an amplifier is needed.

Amplinuator 3 cleverly combines both functions. The LEVEL controls attenuate input signals to zero (left stop) or boost them by a factor of two (right stop). In the centre position, the levels remain unchanged. In order to ensure sensitive settings in the centre position range, we deliberately omitted the use of a potentiometer with centre detent. Instead, the knob has a dead zone. This guarantees a reliable finding of the zero position. Each of the three channels has outputs with positive and inverted polarity.

The sum section combines all signals. Amplinuator 3 also works as a 3-in-1 mixer. It likes audio signals and control voltages equally.

Amplinuator 3 is a sophisticated helper in best Vermona quality.

Precision calibrated analogue VCA - 4HP
Notes: The Tiptop Audio VCA is a full featured, precision calibrated, analogue Voltage Controlled Amplifier. At its heart is a novel design of a control circuitry - a function that lets you sweep continuously through three different response curves: Logarithmic, Linear, Exponential - giving you all three shapes in a single module. This special control circuitry design by Mr. Osamu Hoshuyama was adopted into the VCA module to make it a great sounding synthesizer VCA with flexibility to address all duties: level control for both audio and CV modulation, gating audio into silence, and amplitude modulation effects.

A VCA, Voltage Controlled Amplifier, sometimes referred to as an audio gate, is an essential module to any Eurorack and no system is complete without one. The concept is an input, an output and a control that sets how much of the input signal passes through to the output.

A great VCA means minimum feedthrough of the control signal bleeding into the passing signal and minimum distortion applied to the passing signal. An excellent audio gate means minimal leakage of signal from IN to OUT when the control tells the VCA to fully close. These are the most critical conditions for a good sounding, good responding VCA and are what the Tiptop Audio design carefully addresses. 2 LED peak indicator lights on the front panel light up with incoming CV or audio signals. While a clipping indicator for audio is expected, clipping of CV is often overlooked and it's included here to visually maintain the full dynamic range of an envelope driving the VCA.

The Tiptop Audio VCA lets you concentrate on creative uses rather than figuring out the module's anomalies. The result is an excellent sounding synthesizer VCA that's a joy to use and pleasing to hear.

Snare drum module made from the TR808's circuit adapted for Eurorack use - 4HP wide
Notes: Introducing the SD808, part of our new series of drum modules that brings analog percussion to the modular synth world, instantly turning your system into a self-contained music machine.

The SD808 is the TR-808's analog snare drum circuit adapted for use in Eurorack modular synthesizer format and was designed to sound like a fresh-out-of-the-box, 1980s TR-808 snare. Adapting the circuit to the modular format has allowed us to add special features like independent accent levels, a high-powered gain stage, a dual-input pulse-shaper, and an adjustable noise source - all without compromising the signature sound of the TR-808 snare drum.

The SD808 sounds tight and extremely snappy because it's analog - the real thing, not samples. The sound is made with three analog sound generators mixed together: two oscillating sine waves and a noise source. The SD808's front panel controls have a lot of sweet spots with sounds that are not just limited to snare drum sounds; it can also create other electronic percussive elements.

The noise source generator in the original TR-808 machines were revised in later production batches, resulting in variations in sound across the production run. The SD808 uses this later, revised circuit to create a snare drum hit that is slightly darker, has more body, and is more realistic. Just like other drums in this series, the SD808 includes a high-powered output gain stage capable of producing signals up to 20Vpp, allowing you to get an array of harmonized snare drums sounds with even tighter attacks. On the inputs, we have designed a dual-input pulse-shaper circuit so you can trigger the SD808 with Trigger/Gate signals from step sequencers, clock dividers, or any other pulse/clock sources. This eliminates the need to shape pulses sent to the module and ensures the same stable sound at peak power, regardless of your pulse source. All these unique features make integrating this legendary sound generator into your modular synth easy, unleashing the power of real analog drums.

Multimode filter based on the Steiner-Parker design - 8HP
Notes: Welcome to the Forbidden Planet, an all analogue multi-mode filter design influenced by the 1975 Steiner-Parker Synthacon model. Control the Forbidden Planet manually or through CV and take the sound of your Eurorack into new orbits.

Forbidden Planet has three filter input jacks: High Pass, Low Pass and Band Pass. The High Pass section is this module's signature sound - a crisp sharp-cut with no residue, designed to add High Pass filtering capability to Tiptop Audio's wide range of Eurorack modules. Send a throbbing kick drum through the High Pass section and filter out the rumbling lows while maintaining the pulse of the beat. The Bandpass is clear and useful in isolating a pie-slice-range-of-frequencies while cutting off the low and highs, great for accurate sound design or sculpting audio into that sweet spot. The Low Pass is an airy classic 12db two-pole analogue slope ideal for monophonic synth patches and filtering down to the essential low-end bass we all love.

The Forbidden Planet Resonance utilizes an internal feedback path which can sound smooth or aggressive depending on the knob setting. At a low setting, it emphasizes the cut-off harmonics, at middle settings it begins to self-oscillate, and towards maximum setting it forms interesting tones and all sorts of chopped grainy bits of self-oscillation perfect for entering into a sci-fi world.

The Forbidden Planet is an impressive multi-mode analogue filter which adds a broader filter spectrum to the Tiptop Audio modular family and unlocks forbidden creative possibilities in a small package.

Wave multiplier & sub-octave generator - 12HP
Notes: The Fold Processor is a voltage controlled wave multiplier and sub-octave generator. The circuit is based on a classic diode design that adds odd harmonics by folding the incoming signal, followed by subdivided square waves.

The wave folder creates new waveforms from the standard sine, triangle, sawtooth and square waves, has a dedicated output jack and CV input with an attenuator making it very easy to create beautifully animated folding sounds. Adjustable voltage controlled Inject alters the bias point creating an even wider palette of sounds.

The subdivide generator squares the fold output generating 4 more sounds spaced one octave apart, each with its own gain knob and mixed to the Subdivide output jack. Mixing the four can create anything from discordant square wave swarms to sweet harmonic oscillator stacks, from a stable square version of the folded wave to freaky PLL like glitched slides.

Overall results can sound evil at times and sweet at others, a true multi-faced devil.

Analog bass drum snythesizer module - 4HP wide
Notes: Introducing the BD808, part of our new series of drum modules that brings analog percussion into the modular synth world, instantly turning your system into a self-contained music machine. Its small size, minimalist design, and modern production methods have allowed us to bring the world's most famous bass drum sound generator back at a very low cost. The real thing is here again.

The BD808 is the Roland TR-808's Bass Drum circuit adapted for use in Eurorack format and tuned to sound like a machine that comes fresh off the original 80's assembly line. The adaptation to modular format has allowed us to add some special features like independent Accent levels, a high-powered gain stage, dual-input pulse-shaper, and extended decay - all without compromising the signature sound of the TR-808.

A widely used technique with TR-808 machines is to run the drum sounds through outboard amplifiers to add gain and then pass the sound through just about anything to generate additional harmonics caused by clipping and distortion. In the BD808, we have already included this high-powered output gain stage capable of producing signals up to 20Vpp, extending from the original palette of sounds and allowing you to get an assorted array of harmonized bass drums ranging from sharp attacks to crushed tones using this simple yet effective technique! On the inputs, we have also designed a dual pulse-shaper circuit so you can trigger your BD808 with Trigger/Gate signals from step sequencers, clock dividers, or any other pulse/clock sources. This saves you the need to shape the pulses sent to the module and ensuring the same stable sound at its peak power, regardless of differences in your pulse source.

All these little, but unique, features make integrating this legendary sound generator into your modular easy, unleashing the power of real analog drums and making those speaker cones shake.

Analog noise & random source module - 4HP
Notes: This new revision of the Quantum Rainbow features all of your favourites from the original plus two new noise outputs to expand the palate even further.

Known as one of the best voiced noise sources to date, the Quantum Rainbow is a surplus of true randomness. Unlike digital noise which will only ever be pseudo random at best, analog noise is the only real source of natural random fluctuations. This is because analog noise is the actual sound of real electron behaviour, as they break through a semiconductor junction. The QR uses a reverse biased transistor as the source of this amazing phenomenon.

Interesting fact - studies have been performed in order to prove that the power of thought is linked to statistical phenomena via the means of controlling random electron behaviour.

Special attention was paid when voicing the seven colours of noise in order to provide the most pleasing and accurate coloured noise pallet - that only a true analog noise source can deliver.

B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

Take advantage of the instability!

The Eternal Spring Filter is quite different than most filters. It belongs to that category of sound modifiers which could be called an "effect", which is to say that it doesn't just filter the sound in a regular manner but also adds a considerable amount of edge/personality. At times it sounds like a wavefolder and when you plug a nice slow LFO into the CV input, you can really get some intense sounds out of it.

At lower drive settings, this filter adds noise, grit, and harmonics, while at higher settings the sound of the filter takes over and replaces your input with sparks and sludge. It sounds great on synth leads, on basslines, and really adds a lot of movement to drones. It is a weird beast which is capable of some different sounds than other filters in your system. On top of all of that, this filter is not temperature compensated and has plenty of musical instability. The cut-off and Q move around nicely to add energy to your incoming audio.

Additive interval pitch sequencer for turning triggers into melodies - 6HP
Notes: In a slim 6HP format the Rebel Technology Tonic offers one adjustable and five fixed intervals. Each interval has a trigger input and manual trigger button. Freely combine intervals for more than four octaves chromatic range.

The bottom interval is negative, the middle four are positive. The top, adjustable interval has a range from minus one half octave at fully counter-clockwise, to plus one octave at fully clockwise, with zero in the middle.

The default tuning gives you whole tone steps: +2, +4, +8 and +16 semitones. The bottom, negative interval drops the pitch by a semitone. This provides a basic range of 32 semitones, not counting the adjustable interval.

The module is entirely analog, each interval can be tuned using the 23-turn precision trimpots on the back of the module.

Dynamic impulse filter synth module in Eurorack format - 8HP wide
Notes: A New Species of Lowpass Gate:
Organic and percussive, the Dynamic Impulse Filter utilizes an entirely new, all analog design to replicate the impact transients and vibrancy of a percussion hit. The result is a versatile filter module that sounds natural and energetic. The Dynamic Impulse Filter works in one of three modes: resonant lowpass filter, high quality VCA, and a combined lowpass gate mode that manages both timbre and loudness at the same time. The core of the filter uses a Sallen-Key topology to produce a smooth two pole filter that will self-oscillate at high resonance settings.

We Love Vactrols Too...
The dynamics response control is the key. Historically, lowpass gates have used a light dependent resistor called a vactrol to impart a magical, organic response onto a sound. This unique signature has given the vactrol an almost mythical status in the synth community. However, the venerable vactrol is not without its problems. Vactrol response times can vary wildly, creating sonic differences from module to module that cannot be adjusted without replacing the vactrol. The fruit of over two years of research and development, the Dynamic Impulse Filter evolves the lowpass gate into the present by retaining the sonic characteristics we love about vactrols while solving all the problems that come with it. The unique design of the Dynamic Impulse Filter replaces the vactrol with a modern analog circuit created to replicate and expand on the signature sound of the vactrol. The response time of the Dynamic Impulse Filter is not static like a vactrol; instead it is tuneable allowing the response of the module to adapt to any musical context.

Used as a filter, the Dynamic Impulse Filter offers a wide sonic palate with smooth frequency sweeps and aggressive resonance. The Dynamics Response control is an essential part of the filter's unique ability to create rich, tuneable sounds. The impulse trigger input and the exclusive Dynamics Response control allow the module to add an organic, percussive quality to any sound or become a versatile analog drum generator. The Dynamic Impulse Filter will uniquely emulate everything from snappy deep kicks, woody toms, and expressive hand drums, to open up a new world of electronic percussive sounds.

Shared Response:
The Response output of the Dynamic Impulse Filter can be used to control other modules that utilize vactrols. The Response output superimposes the variable Dynamics Response onto vactrol based modules allowing the response of a static vactrol to become adjustable. This opens a range of new possibilities for other modules that use vactrols.

Dynamic Impulse Filter Controls:
- Dynamics Response Knob - Sets the decay time related to the impulse gate input and dynamic CV input.
- Dynamics Knob - In filter mode, the dynamics knob controls the centre frequency of the filter. In VCA mode, the dynamics knob controls the pass through signal level. In lowpass gate mode, the dynamics knob controls both the centre frequency of the filter and the pass through signal level.
- Dynamics CV Knob - Attenuates the incoming dynamics cv signal.
- Filter Mode Resonance Knob - Only active in filter mode, the filter mode resonance knob controls the amount of resonance.
- Mode Switch - Switch between the 3 module modes. VCA position (up) enables VCA mode, both position (centre) enables lowpass gate mode, and filter position (down) enables low pass filter mode.
- Input Jack - Audio signal input.
- Dynamics CV In Jack - CV input used to modulate the dynamics amount.
- Response Out Jack - Dynamics response CV output. This output if the dynamics response circuit is optimized to control the vactrol response of modules utilizing vactrols. It is designed to be patched into a CV input. The response out jack will respond like a gate when used with non-vactrol modules.
- Impulse Gate In Jack - Gate or trigger input used to strike the vactrol and quickly modulate the dynamics of the module.
- Out Jack - Audio signal output.

Voltage controlled analog waveform decimator effects module - 8HP wide
Notes: The Crush is an audio destroyer; a voltage controlled, all analog sound decimator. A sonic laser designed to shatter waveforms into a million pieces. The sound of the Crush module is defined by three parameters, Sample Rate, Interpolation, and Mix. Sample Rate assigns the periodic voltage sample timing, breaking down an audio source into ever-larger static chunks. The Interpolate switch tries to rebuild the original waveform from the remaining pieces imprinting another layer of errors and unique artifacts on the output. The results are crushing.

The Crush wrecks audio without ever sounding harsh or thin. Compared to a digital bit crusher, the analog Crush sounds full and warm. Taking advantage of unlimited bit and sample rate resolutions, the Crush avoids lo-fi digital results by smoothly downsampling at infinite resolution.

An integrated voltage controlled mix circuit allows the perfect amount of destruction to be added to the audio. Manually set the mix or use a control voltage to sweep from squeaky clean to completely crushed.

CRUSH CONTROLS:
Sample Rate Control - Sample rate control.

Sample Rate CV In Control - Sample Rate CV input jack attenuator.

Interpolate/Step Mode Switch - Step mode offers true downsampling. Interpolate mode attempts to smooth the downsampled waveform.

Output Mix Control - Controls the signal mix of the Mix Out.

Mix CV In Control - Mix CV input jack attenuator.

Crush Patch Points:
SR CV IN - CV input modulates the Sample Rate.
MIX CV IN - CV input modulates the Output Mix.
INPUT - Waveform Input.
CRUSH OUT - Processed waveform output.
OUTPUT - Mixed waveform output

EQ synth module & overdrive
Notes: KR is based off of the concept of a guitar tonestack: you get a gnarly drive on the top and a super clean two-band shelving EQ with switchable midpoint after that. There are separate ins and outs, too, so if you want to EQ a thing and distort the other thing at the same time you can!

Kith Ruina's inspiration comes from the world of guitar amps. A drive into an EQ is an extremely common configuration for shaping guitar tone, and we find that it works extremely well for synths as well. A grungy drive into a pristine EQ gives excellent tone control, and with separate ins and outs for the two sections KR can be configured to fit into any patch you throw at it.

Master clock transport module with comprehensive feature set - 8HP
Notes: The COUNT is a master clock transport with a rich feature set suitable for a small drum system. User has control over master tempo with coarse and fine adjustments as well as bipolar CV modulation capabilities. There is a range switch which allows the master tempo to toggle from slow to fast speeds. The master clock can be initialized with a start/stop switch. Pulse width for all outputs can be controlled with a single knob or bipolar CV.

The five additional outputs at the bottom of the module allow clock sync and distribution to other modules in your system. The START output sends a single pulse when the clock starts to give a reset reference for all other sequencing modules in your system. The four additional outputs are all divisions of the master clock which can be configured with the TOP, BOTTOM, LEFT, RIGHT switches. TOP/BOTTOM switches the divisions from "even" to "odd" metered divisions whereas RIGHT/LEFT switches the divisions from "beats" to "bars." Possible divisions are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36. The user also has the additional capability of changing these outputs from upbeat to downbeat with the BEAT switch.

Analogue synth module composed of three drum voices - 12HP
Notes: The module TT/CO/CL 522 is an enhanced circuit was used before in the MFB 522, Tanzbar Lite and Tanzbar drum machine.

As a modular concept you have the possibility to control the parameter DECAY, TUNE and PITCH (only Tom/Conga) via CV-signals from Envelopes, LFOs and Step Sequencers. The unit can be triggered by different signals.

Beside sequencer generated analogue and digital trigger-signals drum pads, piezo pickups and dynamic mics may also be used. Here the SENS controls allow individual adjustment of the input sensitivity. Dynamic triggers also change the volume, tone length and pitch.

The functions of Tom/Conga in detail:

DECAY adjusts the decay time up to one second.
TUNE sets the frequency of the TOM from 80 to 150 Hz (CONGA 120 to 200 Hz).
PITCH controls the duration and intensity of the pitch envelope.
ATTACK sets the click transient of the Tom/Conga.

To switch between Tom and Conga, a trigger impulse is needed.

For the CLAVE, DECAY adjusts the decay time. TUNE calibrates the CLAVE between 800 and 1500 Hz.

The module has a wide of 12 HP (60 mm).

The module was developed as a modular component. Therefore, the parameters decay for cymbal and open-hihat and tone can also be controlled by CV-sources like envelopes, LFOs, step-sequencers. Manual adjustment is available for the parameter tune that affects both cymbal and hihat as well as for the closed-hihat's decay.

Triggering open-hihat, closed-hihat and cymbal of the module is possible through various signal types. Besides sequencer generated analogue and digital trigger-signals, drum-pads, piezo and dynamic microphones may also be used. Here, the controls allow individual adjustment of the input sensitivity. Dynamic triggering will not only affect the sound's volume but also attack and sound length slightly. The functions in detail:

HIHAT: The hihat sound is created by several square-oscillators that are fed into a band-pass-filter. Two decay controls allow individual sound-length-adjustments for closed- and open-hihat. In addition, the decay parameter for the open-hihat can be controlled by CV-voltage.

TUNE: Sets the frequency for all square-oscillators simultaneously. Because the cymbal sound accesses the same oscillators, tune also affects this sound.

CYMBAL: The cymbal sound is based upon the same sound source as the hihat, only that it uses two band-pass-filters that individually shape the attack- and decay-phase. However, the decay parameter controls the length of both attack and sound length. This parameter can also be controlled by an external CV-source. Tone sets the balance between the differently filtered signals paths. This parameter is also under CV-control but does not offer an internal attenuator.

A specialty of the cymbal sound is its tone-input. Here, you can connect an external sound source that replaces the internal square-oscillators for the decay phase. The internal oscillators are still in use for the sound's attack-phase.

The module has a width of 12 HP (60 mm).

MFB Digital Delay Module (synth module)
MFB
Cat: 695614 Rel: 16 Sep 19

CV controllable digital delay with delay time from 2ms to 4000ms
Notes: The Digital Delay Module is a CV controllable digital echo with delay times of about 2 ms to 4 seconds.

The circuit comes from the MEGAZWERG has been improved in some points.

The audio signal is connected to the "In" socket and is connected to the "Out" socket again, depending on the Mix knob (left Original, right the Delayed). The signal can be limited with the "In" control. The LED indicates an overload.

The delay time is set with the Time slider and can be modulated via the CV Time input.

With the switch "Freeze" or with a positive voltage at the "Freeze In" the input signal can be frozen.

If the "Time" control is set to max. is equal to the input voltage at CV Time about 1V/oct and the range is 4 octaves.

With the "Range" control the delay can be roughly changed in time steps. The Feedback slider adjusts the amount of signal feedback. Using the FB Send and FB Return jacks, the feedback signal can be tapped separately, routed to another module or external effects unit, and fed back into the delay.

The module is compatible in design and bus power supply to the Doepfer A-100 modular system.

The power consumption is +/- 30 mA. The module has a width of 8 HP (40 mm).

Dual Low Pass Gate synthesiser module - 4HP wide
Notes: The LxD, Low Strike Duo, is a dual-response, two channel, direct-coupled, Low Pass Gate, which utilizes vactrols in order to provide simultaneous control over the Amplitude and Frequency Spectrum of an Input Signal.

It is, in essence, a VCFA (Voltage Controlled Filter Amplifier). Unlike the Optomix, the LxD offers two different filter responses. CH. 1 offers a 12db/ Octave response that is mildly-resonant, while CH. 2 offers a 6bd/ Octave that is non-resonant.

The Output of CH. 1 is normalled to the input of CH. 2. This normalization puts the two channels in series, which is similar to the VCF into VCA arrangement made popular by many monosynths of the 1970's.

4 stage function generator or ADSR module - 8HP
Notes: CONTOUR is a 4 Stage function generator, or ADSR, derived from our 0-COAST synthesizer. It is designed to create control voltages to drive the Dynamix, modDemix and other fast VCAs, VCFs, and more. The Contour takes inspiration from the original Loudness Contour circuit of the MiniMoog, which is perhaps the most well-known example of East Coast Synthesis. The simplified control set (where Decay adjust both the decay to Sustain and the Release) makes it quick and intuitive to set-up. The Contour module adds full voltage control, a mirrored output, End of Onset and End of Contour Gate outputs which allow it to be highly integrated into any modular synthesizer regardless of coastal allegiance.

Useful quirky filter and distortion unit 6HP
Notes: Cassa CV comes equipped with two trigger inputs. A mix potentiometer enables the user to crossfade between both instances. Thanks to the dual design, it is possible to mix signals coming from two sequencers or other trigger sources to create complex polyrhythms, fills and such.

For shaping bass drums, Cassa CV offers frequency and resonance potentiometers. Additionally, there are control voltage inputs plus attenuators for both parameters. Furthermore, the strength of incoming trigger signals influences the sound. Low resonance settings lead to crisp, rather harsh kicks. Using the frequency potentiometer, it is possible to vary between slim and extremely bulgy results. High resonance values make the circuit scream bloody murder.Still not hardcore enough yet? Then dial in the Cassa CV's distortion circuit and listen to some of the most obnoxious bass drums on planet earth.

As the Cassa CV is basically a filter, which gets excited by trigger signals to generate sound, it is possible to use the inputs for audio material as well. The results don't have much in common with what you might expect from a VCF. The module colors audio material intensely, squeals like a stuck pig and adds a boatload of dirt.

Designed by Tonylight & Peppo Lasagna

Bongo CV with two voltage-controllable parameters 6HP
Notes: Bongo CV comes equipped with two trigger inputs. A potentiometer allows you to crossfade between them. The sound varies depending on the level of incoming trigger signals. With just one input patched, the knob can be used as a tone control for treble attenuation. This behavior is not surprising, as the Bongo CV is basically a pinged filter. Accordingly, the sound shaping parameters are called frequency and resonance.

The cutoff potentiometer is slightly erratic. Small changes sometimes have a huge impact on the module's sound. The resonance leads the Bongo CV rather early into violent self-oscillation. Both sound shaping parameters feature CV inputs plus attenuators.

The filter is followed by a distortion circuit. It not only adds dirt to sounds, but also removes a lot of bass. - Very important for creating "real" bongos. - Without any distortion, the results are more reminiscent of bass drums or low toms.

The inputs can not only be fed with triggers, but audio signals as well. Patched like this, the Bongo CV acts as a filter. The sound qualities remain the same. Depending on the knobs' positions, the sound is rough to brutal and more or less dirty.

Dual high quality stereo VCA/panner - 10HP
Notes: VCAs are the heart of any system and the K6100 offers a small and flexible design that offers excellent performance in a small package. It looks great and sounds great, offering several different modes of operation. You can use it as two independent VCAs or combined for ganged / stereo operation. Each channel has an offset control that can be used to tailor the response based on your CV input source, or used as a manual volume control.

By using internal normalling connections, the input signals and CV signals are normalled to the second channel when only the first channel inputs are used. This allows you to use the K6100 as a dual VCA with the same source, or as a stereo VCA with the same control voltage signal. Or, for that extra level of dimension use the PAN IN control to adjust the relative balance between the two channels.

The uFold is a collaborated design with David G. Dixon.

This is the version II of the original uFold.

We looked very closely at how some of the most loved timbre shaping circuits worked in classic synth modules; Not just in how they were implemented electronically but how they sounded and how efficient they were to get great sounds. it was important that their design was very versatile in range of timbres but still easy to use and with well thought out control ranges.

When combining the Dixie, uVCA, uFade and uFold you can achieve extremely complex palette of sounds with just a few modules!

Three-channel active/buffered attenuverter & summing mixer
Notes: Triplatt is a three-channel active/buffered attenuverter and summing mixer. Each channel has a knob, which can function as a unipolar attenuator or a bipolar attenuverter, depending on the setting of its corresponding two-position polarity switch.

Each input is normalled to a built-in precision +5V DC voltage source. With nothing plugged into the jacks, each knob controls a voltage range of 0 to +5 V or -5 to +5 V depending on the position of the channel polarity switch. Outputs A and B are also capable of a range of 0-10 / -10 to +10 when using the special function switches.

Each output is normalled to mix into the output of the channel below, making it possible to do sub mixes in groups of two or three.

In addition, each channel has a "special function" switch to alter its input voltage in a specific way. Channel A has a 2x voltage multiplier switch, allowing you to double the voltage sent into Channel A. Channel B has a +5V switch, allowing you to add 5V to whatever voltage is sent into Channel B. Channel C has a mute switch, allowing you to completely turn off the signal being sent into Channel C.

Headphone amp capable of driving high impedance headphones via a 1/4" stereo Neutrik jack
Notes: Outs enables your modular system to output both professional and prosumer compliant audio, and send it to external amplifiers, mixers, recording devices, or DAW interfaces. Using the L+R Level knob, it scales modular-level voltages down to the level required to drive external gear at either the +4dBu balanced professional line-level standard or the -10 dbV unbalanced standard.

Headphone monitoring is also provided via a low noise built-in headphone amp (with its own independent level control), capable of driving a wide range of impedances - from studio grade headphones to portable style earbuds.

To use Outs, simply connect the final output of your patch to the 1/8" inputs (where the built-in activity LEDs light up to indicate the presence and intensity of the input signal). The left input is normalled to the right, so you can create a stereo signal from a mono source. Or if you have an Intellijel Mixup, you can remove a jumper from its rear panel, and connect it to the Outs module using the 3-pin link cable included with the Mixup.
