Review: As if The Microphones' output wasn't comprehensive enough already, Phil Elverum and co. have decided to compile every release from the indie rock band's 25-year strong career into a singular "humungous" box set. The item itself is a heavy-duty, full-colour, foil stampled slip case, containing every moment of heartbreak captured and laid to wax by Elverum since 1997; that includes the mournful, folk-textured tones of 'The Glow, Pt. 2', 'Mount Eerie'. That's not to mention a comprehensive collection of early tapes, live recordings, unreleased outtakes, and stems for - yes - almost everything they've ever released.

Review: Brace yourselves, we potentially have some rather worrying news. It has been 25 years since 'I Should Coco' was unveiled to the world, debut album from Gaz Coombes and Co. If you remember when that happened then there's a good chance you're now reflecting, or trying to remember everything (anything?) you've done in the meantime.
The band in question - Supergrass - hope some of that involves some of the contents on this expansive box set. Or not - in many ways it's more fun to use this as a discovery tool. A mammoth six LPs, 13 CDs, 7" single ('Caught By The Fuzz / Richard III 2020 Remixes'), book, colour poster and selection of badges are offered, allowing you to get fully immersed in the kaleidoscopic world of these psychedelic-tinged alternative rock dons.
