Review: DJ Agitated made a big impression with his 'Magic Overlooked' EP back in 2024, and now builds on that momentum with the follow up. It's a welcome return to the Dolly TS series with more robust and punchy analogue explorations. 'U' Focu Ranni' is straight up body music with fragment vocals pacing about the mix, then 'E=p22m+U(X,T)' takes on off E-ed up waves of techno euphoria with hurried drums and lush synths and 'Don't Mind' brings a filter-heavy, hardcore house sound that will gets fists punching the air. 'Rug Pull' is a dub techno pile-driver for more high octane fun.

Review: Dolly's TS series looks to the sounds of Italian duo Dynamic Forces here and they come through with a perfect blend of slamming body music and heady synth work across four visceral new cuts. 'Before We Die' kicks off with lashings of sheet metal synths and turbocharged beats. 'Virus' then gets a little larceny with some suspensory pad and icy ringlets of hi-hat over liner beats and 'Ending' then gets deeper and a little more paired back which allows the cosmic synth work to shine. 'Panacea' shuts down with a tight percussive number and high speed dub chords that will rattle walls.

Review: Italian turbo talent Earwax brings his techno perspective to this new one from the Dolly TS series. 'Upstairs Downstairs' soon sweeps you up with its buoyant and bouncy techno drums and wavy cosmic synth lines. 'Protection' then gets more dark and heads down with a menacing low-end throb and increasingly edgy percussive through-line. There is comic tension and turbulence to 'Key Of Life' with its unsettling and eerie synths and banging drums, and last of all is 'At The Door', which races on with hints of original 90s techno rawness. Very useful, high-functioning techno.

Review: Portuguese talent Vil has established himself at the forefront of the scene with music on Hayes, Klockworks, and Planet Rhythm. Now he unveils his first full-length album on Dolly's TS series with 'Birds Of Prey' which serves up raw, percussive grooves, distinctive house and techno elements and refined Detroit-inspired elegance. Across eight tracks, Vil proves himself to be quite versatile while serving up an immersive trip to the heart of the dancefloor while transitioning between deep, melodic, uplifting moments and darker, boundary-pushing beats. Vil's ability to balance energy, emotion and innovative soundscapes really shines through here.
