Paris label Transfigured Time is at it again and this release showcases some great tracks by some up and coming producers from around the world doing some impressive stuff. Sure, they all wear their influences on their sleeve but when they do it as well as this, it's all good! "Drum Circle" by General Ludd" is a bare bones African rhythm workout that's totally awesome. "Naja" by Jordan Blacksmith is a deep, soulful, atmospheric cut reminiscent of early John Beltran. "Chant for You" by Prequel is deep dusty afro house going for the Sound Signature vibe. "See" by Bakradze and Stolen" by Akwaaba are the kind of techy and sublime deep house that'd appeal to lovers of Freerange and Delusions of Grandeur. Lastly "Contrast" by London's Tenderlonius is the kind of dusty, slow and sexy R&B that'd make Max Graef and Glenn Astro blush.
