Review: Bowie headed out on the worldwide Glass Spider in support of his album Never Let Me Down in May 1987, joined by legendary guitarist Peter Frampton. He show was ambitious even by his own high standards, with theatrical overtones and choreography based around its theme of 'Rock stars vs Reality' and although it was criticised at the time as overblown and pretentious, it's since become recognised as influential. With a mix of current and classic tunes, this album catches Bowie In full concert flow.

Review: A rough and ready recording that catches the psychobilly heroes in action at the Keystone's venue in Palo Alto, California in 1979. They're as raw as it gets but the chaos doesn't mask an essential feel for vintage rock 'n' roll all reimagined in a b-movie world of zombies, aliens and monsters. As well as the title track, there are visceral renditions of arguably their most famous song 'Human Fly', 'Teenage Werewolf' and 'Sunglasses After Dark', although everything here reeks of the same intoxicating spirit.

Review: Nirvana still seems cool as fuck all these many decades after their frontman died. Their musical legacy lives on each time a new generation licks into the grunt chromes of the music, or each time we get a reissue or special limited edition picture disc album like the one. It is a very real and raw recording from their show at Hollywood Rock Festival which was actually held at Paca da Apoteose, Rio de Janeiro on 23rd January 1993. Plenty of the band's classics made the setlist and they sound as sleazy and gritty as ever on this recording.
