Far Out's endeavours to get the global disco community to remix tracks from their talent heavy tropical disco outfit the Far Out Monster Disco Orchestra has already seen some fine commissions from the legendary John Morales, the timeless 4 Hero and the excellent Mark E. The latest twelve inch on the project arrives wrapped in the usual sealed acetate sleeve sees Veronese don Isoul8 from the Neroli imprint step up to remix "The Last Carnival". Fans of Azymuth will be all over the samba disco heat of original, which features some delightful lead vocals from London singer Marcina Arnold. The Italian's remix swerves the track towards a more substantial dancefloor proposition with the emphasis on the bass and intricate layers of percussion.
