Review: Sama' Abdulhadi is a DJ who very proudly represents her Palestinian roots and is the first artist from her homeland to break out onto the international stage. She has a passion for sound design and has famously been arrested and jailed for eight days for desecrating a religious site when she played a set, with permission, at Nabi Musa. Her entry into the legendary fabric series is a doozy with emotive techno and cavernous deep house from the likes of Michael Klein, Carbon & Peter Groskreutz and Acid Arab as well as her own cut 'Well Fee' (feat Walaa Sbait).

Review: Here is Confidence Man debut for Fabric's acclaimed Fabric Presents mix series, flaunting the lesser-heard DJing chops of this contemporary pop-dance duo. "Have confidence, man" is the central motto of the collaborative pair made up of Janet Planet and Sugar Bones, who first came up in Brisbane, Australia band found rapid acclaim for their easily assimilable blend of electro pop, dance and indie. Their debut mix for Fabric flexes an adroit ear for the vim-affirming ends of life, scouring the hidden depths of their well-threshed record crate of 90s rave and trance, with tunes by the likes of Joe Goddard, Jex Opolis, Wallace and Sweely all implying an innate, strutting, blue-steel-over-the-shoulder confidence, innate to all yet realised by few.

With over 35 years of experience, Garnier elevates the dancefloor like no other, and this collection reflects his exceptional taste and influence in the genre. The compilation features standout tracks such as Deon Cole's infectious 'Where The Freaks At', the atmospheric 'Aftermath' by Culoe De Song, and Anane's reimagined 'Walking On Thin Ice'. Each side offers a seamless flow of energy, including highlights like Sammy Virji & Flowdan's 'Shella Verse' and the dynamic 'Urban Snare Cypher' by Equiknoxx. His mix is a real doozy that here gets the full deluxe edition treatment and comes on 4 x12"s with a hefty booklet. The House Odyssey mix opens with afro house from South African producer Mr. Blase, leading into vibrant cuts from Cape Verde to Chicago. Newer faces like Culoe De Song, Neinzer, and Tal Fussman join stalwarts DJ Spen, DJ Lady D and Mike Dunn. The Rhythmic Resonance mix delivers high-impact techno moments from Red Axes, John Tejada, Electric Rescue, and more. Garnier's UK-focused Into The Low-End session includes Skrillex, MC GQ and more and all in all offers up a diverse mastery, from luminous house to bass-heavy techno.

She shows that off once more here with her selections for the mighty Fabric presents series. It is raw, fierce and rough yet seamlessly moves through breakbeat, electro and the still magical charms of Autechre's remix of D-Breeze's 'Crazy For Love' from 1999 which closes the mix in style.

Review: Globe-trotting Kompakt regular Kolsch has taken time out of his schedule to deliver a non-stop mix of previously unheard material for Fabric. The album was inspired by the German producer's hectic touring schedule, with each of the tracks named after a particular flight taken to or from a gig. Musically, it's a fluid and evocative journey, with Kolsch moving from spacious and dubbed-out electronica to more hypnotic, forthright club fare via a variety of off-kilter techno and dancefloor IDM cuts rich in tuneful motifs, sun-kissed electronic melodies, spacey sounds, soft-touch beats and heady aural textures. It's beautifully paced, with each track sounding just as good at home as it would in the club.

Review: Overmono is a real techno-making machine that rarely makes a misstep. He's landed on Poly Kicks and XL already this year and now his entry into the long-running and legendary fabric series is another doozy. Here we have the double 12" selection featuring key tracks from it such as his own 'If U Ever' and a fantastic cut 'I Have A Dream' (feat Benjamin Zephaniah) for an LB Dub Corp album of a few years ago. Blawan's typically supersized 'Fourth Dimensional' is another big moment in an album that is jam-packed with them.

Review: Flame haired techno talent Rodhad has been at the heart of the Berlin underground for more than a decade now. His sound is based in loops, darkness and melodic melancholy and that's exactly what he serves up here on his superb entry into the long running and legendary fabric mix series. As well as a couple of his own subtle mind melters, there are plenty of sci-fi sounds, masterfully minimal grooves and intergalactic techno offerings packed in to what is a compelling mix for both mind and body. It's a great statement of his sound and is sure to prove a timeless mix.
