Notes: While the inner sleeve is the most important protection for the actual vinyl record, this won't protect your album cover from damage. Without protection, your album art is likely to get scratches and scuff marks or even tears on the spine. The colours can also fade if exposed to sunlight and heat.

These protective sleeves are made from polypropylene which is a great all-around choice for economical protection. The material is crystal clear so it won't obscure your album covers while on display. In addition, these sleeves are UV resistant which protects from sun damage and fading and keeps vinyl records in top condition no matter their age.

Vinyl record outer sleeves by Big Fudge are made from durable, crystal clear high-density polypropylene. Unlike industry-standard polyethylene record sleeves, which are opaque and easily clouded, our outer sleeves allow your album art to stand out and last longer.

Like all our other products, our outer record sleeves are designed by record geeks who want to make products worthy of their own standards. Other protective covers may split at the seams or wrinkle, but our sleeves are designed to forego all of those issues. These clear vinyl sleeves will fit both single LPs comfortably and accommodate your prized gatefold or double albums snugly. Big Fudge have streamlined the vinyl outer sleeve design further by removing the bulk that resealable flaps cause in other brands' sleeve styles.

These High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sleeves are similar to the original "Rice-Paper" Sleeves. They are made from 3 layers of HDPE and 1 layer of acid-free paper which is sandwiched between 2 of the layers of HDPE. The acid-free paper neutralizes migrating acids as well as absorbs moisture. The HDPE resists static build up and protects against abrasion.
