Spring Sonnet (5:22)
Early Assembly (6:10)
Vertical Society (5:40)
Vertical Society (DJ Python remix) (4:42)
Review: Patrick Conway makes his fantastic debut on the Exotic Robotics label here with four tracks of wires electro electronics. 'Spring Sonnet' kicks off with jittery leads and a nagging pad over silky beats, then 'Early Assembly' casts you adrift in an ocean of rebred with scruffy broken beats spread wide apart. 'Vertical Society' taps into some old school rave energy with big horns, pitched up vocal stabs and jungle beats. The remix from the reggaeton king DJ Python then slows things down to a heavy, bouncy groove with brilliant loops dragging you in further each time.

Softest Moon (6:48)
Magic Pebbles (8:37)
Cross Antennae (6:31)
Bronze Teeth (6:57)
Review: Seattle-based producer Taylor Hawkins is Flora FM, and now follows up his 2019 solo EPs Chaos Light and Mycelination with a new one on London label Exotic Robot. as always he brings curiousness to his electro, particularly on opener "Softest Moon". It has big breakbeats and sci-fi pads, but a whole eco system of little alien sounds that add real vitality to the beats. "Magic Pebbles" is another trippy and colourful cut with a soft acid bassline, "Cross Antennae" is slick and futuristic tackle and "Bronze Teeth" is an all out old school rave with bells, whistles, the lot.

Deep House
A Higher Place (6:46)
Trackin 101 (4:48)
Interplanetary Jazz (DJ Fett Burger Grazy Slope In Saalabach mix) (12:23)
Review: London based newcomer Sports Casual is said to have recorded this inaugural lease for Exotic Robotics using 100% analogue chinos, Roland boat shoes, a bottle of Old Spice and an old cashmere rugger jumper slung over the shoulders - hence the catchy title. Featuring two original cuts in the form of the deeply emotive "A Higher Place" featuring hazy pan-pipes, woozy synths and razor sharp breaks and the old-school acid house era vibe of "Trackin 101" that's kind of reminiscent of greats like 808 State and A Guy Called Gerald. There is also a 'super grazy' DJ Fett Burger remix on the flip - literally the "Interplanetary Jazz" DJ Fett Burger Grazy Slope In Saalabach mix, featuring a gnarly EBM style bassline throughout.

Magick 101 (feat Joel Holmes) (4:53)
Mystique (4:41)
Sub-Aquatic Rift (3:06)
Texlectro (3:40)
Ambient Track 43 (4:06)
Review: Berlin based Texan Dustin Evans aka Textasy returns, following up a slew of heavy hitting releases on Natural Sciences, E-Beamz and 777 in recent times. Coming up in the same scene in Dallas that has brought us visionary producers over the years like Gerald Hansen aka E.R.P./Convextion and Bill Converse, Evans displays the same kind of talent that shows there must be something in the water down there in the Lone Star State. He presents the third instalment of London's Exotic Robotics here with some throwback sounds: featuring the deep acid breaks of "Magick 101" (feat Joel Holmes), the pitched-down rave antics of "Mystique" and sublime closer "Ambient Track 43".
