Recorded mainly in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg, the album's eight tracks offer a trip into a parallel universe, characterised by delicate instrumentation and recurrent sounds of rain, serving as a percussive backbone. Singing in both Swedish and Danish, the trio creates an atmosphere of brutal intimacy reminiscent of Deux Filles, while musically evoking the spirit of Un, early Charalambides, and Dadamah.
