Charlotte De Witte puts a turbocharged spin on Jerome Isma-Ae's version of 'Hold That Sucker Down', originally released by The O.T. Quartet in 1994. Her remix keeps the trance-laced hook front and centre but strips it back, toughens the low end and steers it headfirst into warehouse territory. The Belgian producer leans into her signature pressure-cooked techno built for high-stakes sets; the euphoric swirl of the first is still there, but this one's leaner, louder, and itching to erupt. While the source material hails from the mid 90s, De Witte doesn't treat it as a relic, instead retooling it as a present-tense weapon. One foot in history, the other firmly planted on the gas.
